CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. It was really nice, my only complaint was the beef short ribwith my risotto was tough and hard to chew. But everything else tastes great :)

Our "go to" restaurant while staying at the Sandman Signature Suites. Nice having it attached to the hotel itself. Steaks and encrusted cod were excellent, nice wine selections too boot! Special thanks to Jasmine for wonderful, personable service.

The Chop burger was amazing, the food came out with perfect timing. The kids meals we really appreciated the fruit and veg before the meal was served. The steak was perfection, along with the chimichurri. Would go again any day of the week!

We went for my husband’s birthday. The staff were absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic. The chef even cooked his prime rib the way my husband requested. Everyone went out of their way to make the dinner special for him. In fact, they went above and beyond. My husband left there with a full stomach, a huge smile and even a birthday card they made and all signed.

The most important thing about the evening is that they took my wife’s shellfish allergy very seriously. Special attention to her needs was reassuring.
