    The server was good but seemed to dismiss our questions about ingredients in the food as my wife is allergic to wine. Also the food was over cooked and bland. The noise was so loud between the drunk table and the loud music I couldn’t even hear my wife talk to me. It ruined date night. Definitely overpriced

    Very happy with food. Restaurant was on the noisy side as there appeared to be a private party underway. Bartender needs to rethink recipe for Bloody Caesar. Didn’t enjoy it Would definitely go attend for a nice steak dinner

    Great food and service. We had the prime rib and chop house burger and French onion soup. Everything was delicious. Out Waiter was very attentive and service was excellent. Would recommend!

    The meal was good but I wished they served my salad after I finished my appetizer and my main course after I finished my salad. I felt I was being rushed. Also no one asked if I needed a refill of my drink . I had to wave for someone to come. When they did they poured water into my glass that had pop in it.

    We come here at least 10 times a year for birthdays and family events. Service was wonderful as always however my steak wasn’t to my liking and was a little rubbery.

    Been to various Chops in the past this was the first time at this location. Food was good overall. However the service was very poor. We asked that the appetizers we ordered come out the same time as our child’s meal, as we were eating apps for our dinner. We finished eating our apps before our child received her meal and it took us repeatedly asking the server then the manager on the status of our child’s meal. I appreciate restaurants can busy, understaffed etc but communication and follow-up on that would go a long way in making the service better. I appreciate that the covered the cost of our child’s meal but simply communicating and letting us know would have helped along the way.

    The evening was very nice but l feel like we were duped with the prices on Menu, my husband opted for the all in meal deal, and the price was at the top, with choices including drinks, thought it was too good to be true because, you need to look very hard that there were prices for the drinks on the meal deal. The way the menu is set up it looks like it is part of the deal, Not! It was $20.00 extra, the server knew that we thought it was part of the deal but did not mention it wasn't so l feel like we got a raw deal, the drink choice should not be included in the meal deal but could have been at the bottom as an add on, this was a second chance for this restaurant but they failed, we will not be back, we feel cheated and it doesn't sit well. On a Sunday night it was pretty empty, prices have increased alot and now you pay more for add ons when before everything was included so you pay alot more.

    Excellent dining experience, near the airport; very good food quality; we did the chef’s sirloin taster menu and shared around different dishes; the 7 ounce sirloin with lobster butter was especially good as was the recommended pairing of red wine (Black Oak Cabernet Sauvignon). Great server too 👍

    service was great, steak was just as ordered -very good seafood very tasty can work on sides... vegetables were warm not hot and lobster mac and cheese did not have much lobster in it, only on top as garnish and sauce was salty

    We had a lovely meal and the servers were great. We had a front of house manager who hovered, was not friendly, and made us feel like he was trying to get us out of our table as quickly as possible. It was inconsistent with the rest of our experience.

    Pretty good food, fries could have been a bit crispier but steak was spot on. Ambiance nice with good energy but not overwhelming noise. Our server Shaq was super great, positive energy and attentive.
