We like the restaurant! Food is good as usual, services are ok. The menu has room to improve for more choices.... for example, lamb chop, good dish of seafood are missing.... we would like to see more options on menu in the future.

Toby, our server, was very attentive and polite. The food was delicious and the steaks were cooked to our persona preferences. The triple desserts were all so delicious and the chocolate torte or cake exceeded any and all expectations. Great for our get together!

Horrible service. Had to ask for the whereabouts of our waiter 4 times and asked for drinks. Our waiter greeted us, took our water order, then came to clean the table and drop dessert menus that’s when we asked for the check. Food was decent and restaurant looked nice, unfortunately service ruined the night and our celebration with friends.

I booked for a friend’s bd party, the staff was quick to sit us at our table and the food arrived at a daily good time. However the customer service provided was very poor. The waitress seemed troubled to be asked questions to the point that we were all very uncomfortable to even ask her to take a group photo. The service was not friendly.

We ordered the Centre Cut NY & 7oz Top Sirloin. We asked for medium. Both were charred on all sides and the meat was tough and overcooked. Not tasty at all. The sides that came with it were also bland The service was great though. Very kind and prompt. Overall not happy and would not return

Terrible experience. Server completely disregarded the table. We advised the server to bring children’s meals with the appetizer. Placed our orders right away and still had to wait for 1 hour for appetizer to come and no kids meals. Server had no idea what was going on. She kept walking past the table and avoiding eye contact. We requested dessert with a candle. No one brought it and server came with bill. Overall experience was terrible. Better service and staff training required.

Jessica was our server: she is amazing. Anticipated what we wanted like a BOSS. Had a super-fresh Chop salad. Great drinks, too: props to Selena and Matt at the bar: you two are 👑👑. Hopping bar scene. Friday DJ music was energetic but not as loud as before = better now. All in all, a perfect Chop guys’ night out.

Overall a very good meal. Food was better than expected with the lobster mac a cheese a big hit. Staff was friendly and service was very good. Only negative was sitting beside the servers' station. A bit too much activity for us. Will return.

First time eating here. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection. We had the Wild Mushroom and Goat cheese Dip as our appetizer. We did the Chop Experience where you can add soup or salad to your steak. We chose the The French Onion Soup and it was amazing. Main- Top sirloin steak and fully loaded baked potato cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend going here.

Went there for a birthday dinner of 2 people , made a reservation and all of that. But i just felt like they gave us just a random table near the kitchen, i asked to have a better one and i was proposed basically just another one closer to the kitchen, had to forget about it. I would go back there for a simple dinner but not any special occasion. However food and drinks was good , i would not recommend the dessert was just a waste of money .
