   Chops restaurant is exquisite ! Everything was top notch and I honestly cannot wait to go back again The ribeye bone in had flavor flavor flavor. The mashed potatoes with Lobster mixed in very tasty. The seafood pyramid prefect- the service was impeccable - so many items on the menu I want to try next time!

   Disappointing. The food was excellent but service was not. My martini was warm. Our waiter seemed to want to rush us out of there. We were celebrating a big birthday so they brought a complimentary dessert - which was a very unappetizing glob of rum raisin bread pudding with a sloppy “happy birthday” scrawled on the plate. It was a disappointing end to a disappointing and expensive meal.

    They forgot to bring out any sides with our steak...even though we ordered some. Got sides after finished eating steak. Also had to ask for bread twice. Ordered a salad to share and got 1 salad 1 plate. At this price point need more attention to detail.

    Food and service top drawer. My wife and I both had the Caesar salad, 12 ounce filets and baked potatoes preceded by expresso martinis. The steaks were perfectly cooked and juicy. Service was attentive, but not overly so. Excellent experience and will return.

    Food was really good and actually well seasoned. after reading 30 bad reviews about sitting upstairs, we opted for downstairs dining and it was great. only bad thing was our server never acknowledged it was our anniversary like they always do when I mark the special occasion. We've been here for 4 anniversaries in a row and it was the 1st thing they say when they greet us except this time

    The food was simply amazing! The filet was very tender and delicious. The lobster tail was very good and the portion size was great for the price. The server was great and explained the food and drink options perfectly. I will definitely return.

    Would not recommend to a friend. Waiter was terrible as was his services. My wife ordered a cup of coffee. Was delicious but hat to ask for a second cup at end of meal. True story. Waiter forgot spoon for coffee so he reached to the center of the table and placed a serving spoon on her saucer. True story. Waiter was very inattentive until time to pay $600.00 plus checkover $700 with tip. Food was very good and a good value. But poor service ruined the experience. Will go to another high end steak house before going to Chops again and risking another poor experience.

    Chops is perfect for celebrations. The food is really good and atmosphere is electric. Not necessarily the best place for quiet romantic dates due to the noise factor but overall a great place to dine.

    I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I saw photos of the interior on-line for years and thought it was very beautiful. I was reluctant to pay the high prices but decided to take the risk. The service is very good, as was the food. The truffle fries and onion rings are first rate. The crab cakes were not quite as good as the ones I had at Bistro Niko (not enough sauce and they fell apart) - but still far above average. The banana cream pie is somewhat overrated. I was never fond of it when I tried it at Buckhead Diner. The ambience of the restaurant is a refreshing change from the usual white box warehouse restaurants everywhere in Atlanta with awful abstract or cubistic art on the walls. Lobster Bar would truly look spectacular with some outstanding art nouveau stained glass lights or windows (Tiffany's lavender wisteria). The restaurant is a lot smaller and cramped than it looks in pictures. The two restrooms are deplorable and the restaurant should have at least four + there were no paper towels so you are forced to touch the germy door on the way out! I miss the luxury bathrooms at Niko. The elegant vaulted ceiling hangs lower than expected and contributes to the terrible noise. Voices echo off the ceiling and bounce around the room - a civilized conversation is impossible. I won't be returning to Lobster Bar but will continue going to my favorite restaurant - Bistro Niko.

    This is an outstanding value as far as volume of food. Very expensive but you will walk out full and with no regrets except for eating to much of the delish bread assortment served when seated. Special occasions and very much worth a splurge!

    Food was excellent with the exception of the Spinach Salad. We have it every visit. The dressing is usually a bit sweeter and the salad is warm when it is made. Not this time. Other than that we will be back and our waiter, Matthew, was top notch.

    My mother, from NJ, called and ordered a bottle of wine for our anniversary and they(staff) said they did not know who it was from, later said its from someones mom, I didn't know till later after we had left, got a call from my mom asking if we received it.

    Pricey but the food is amazing! The manager however is extremely roud…. He wouldn’t let us sit at our table to start ordering before the other two guests arrived. I probably won’t return because of his unprofessionalism! We had a $600 dollar tab and should be able to sit while waiting on two more people to arrive. If it wasn’t for the experience with the manager I would rate 5 stars.

    Always perfect! Our favorite restaurant. Lobster was fantastic. Ambiance was great, service was good—Shay Many times we like to sit at the bar. The best bartender-Festus always provides great service
