    Food disappointing, barely warm. We had booked for the following night also, we cancelled that and had a much better meal in the village 100 mtrs from the Fairmont.

    We had exceptional service which is what you expect for a high end restaurant. We started with sousvide octapus finished on the grill. Super tender with a refreshing pickled dressing. We then ordered the tomahawk sharable and it was worth every penny with the sides included. All very flavorful. Dessert was a wonderful topper with local ingredients. One note, if you go for an early sitting, expect small children and more distraction (noise).

    Nous avons été pour le souper , nous avons bien été accueillis dès le départ , notre serveur était très gentil et nous as bien guidé tout le long des choix au menu , tout le repas était excellent , les entrées foie gras et que dire du homard , nous recommandons ce restaurant

    The restaurant is very clean, but not “warm” in a welcoming way - austere perhaps. The food was high-priced and very good. The waiter was quite helpful when we ordered. I started with the Onion Soup and we shared Foccocia, both of which were tasty. We then shared a braised Lamb shoulder au jus, which was accompanied with Roasted Cauliflower and Moroccan-spiced Cauliflower Rice. Excellent! The shoulder serving was large and we only finished half of it, but we were very satisfied.

    Above expectations, a five star experience. Up to Fairmont standards. Fish was delicious and wine selection also very good. The service is definitely what makes this experience unique. I cannot recommend it enough.

    Very good food and attentive service. The restaurant was sparsely occupied during our visit but past visits indicate that the quality is maintained regardless of how busy they are. A really fine hotel dining room. The menus could be enlarged with more fish and seafood choices. However whatever is on their somewhat limited menu is beautifully presented and delicious.
