This is my second time going and again I had a great experience! From the service to the food everything was on point. Taylor was so nice sweet and accommodating! Mike made sure our meals came out hot fresh and tasty. I will be going back.

The only disappointment I had was that the restaurant did not have valet parking and looking for parking can be a nightmare. Overall the evening was really good. The staff was very friendly and nice. Great food

Our server Valeria, tried her best to provide good service but it shows she had no training. Also drinks were very late, not her fault but the bar's fault. The old Churrascos used to train their staff and it showed on how uniform the service was at all locations. It is not fair to set your wait staff and reputation for failure by not training your young staff.

Beautiful restaurant. Amazing location right on the waterway. Wide variety on the menu. Attentive service. Delicious cuisine with dishes that you just can't get anywhere else. For the entree we had Lomo Saltado from Peru and it was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Delicious as always. Great atmosphere. There's something very salubrious about walking down the semi-dark pathway, then following the stairs which opens up into the main dining room. I love visting every time. Lately we have met for brunch and the selections are always up to par, very fresh and bountiful. Great value too!!!

From the beginning it was a bad experience. Although we have made reservations over 2 weeks ahead of time and arrived to the restaurant 10 minutes earlier we were sat on a table having the sun blinding us. When we asked for a table that didn't have the sun in front of our eyes they said the only available was a high chair table which we cannot use. The restaurant should have some type of blinds, curtains or something blocking the sun rays. Then, the waitress was inexperienced to say the least. Water glasses were empty until we were asking for more water. Keep in mind we only asked for water. When asked for a teaspoon to eat the ice cream dessert she handed us a huge spoon used to serve salads or something big like that. The only good thing was the food but the Tres Leches was dry.

Dined here on a Saturday night during Houston Restaurant Weeks 2023. THE GOOD: her calamari, my crab cakes, her fettuccine al pesto, my churrascos Argentina, her chocolate tres leches, my tres leches, the waitress, and the manager who got us the table we reserved and personally served our entree; THE MEDIOCRE: had made a reservation a week in advance for a low table, but the host tried to put us at a high table at the threshold of the hostess stand and bar (i.e. worst table in restaurant); THE BAD: N/A

Food and service outstanding! Had crab cake appetizer followed by salmon for dinner. We topped it off dessert (I had bread pudding) and it was all good. You pay a premium price for food and wine but well worth it. Only caution is how loud it is if seated near large table- we had to request being moved. Noise echos from loud table- if conversation is important- make sure you are not near large tables.

We haven’t been to this location in awhile. This place is loud, very loud. The decor has no sound absorption at all. The Westhimere location is much better. On the other side, the service was excellent. Russell C was very attentive to our needs. We came for “Restaurant Week”, and they had an extensive range of choices. It was a very enjoyable evening with friends, except for the noise.

We were disappointed this time. I believe the place has gone downhill. We went for my husband's birthday. Very warm and there was trash on the hallway down. The nice wall water fountain was not even on. The server was cold and unfriendly. He didn't go over anything on the restaurant week menu or regular menu. We noticed all other servers going over several different dishes. He didn't even say happy birthday to him until we were walking out. Like I mentioned above just overall disappointed.

We went in for our Anniversary, and when at first we found out it was buffet on Sunday until 4:00, we weren’t too happy! HOWEVER, it turned out great! We were able to try lots of things we never were able to, and it was all delicious! Lots of options including dessert, and an omelette bar. We very pleased and felt it was an amazing deal for what we could eat! We will be back!!

The restaurant was very hot and we were all uncomfortable. The salmon dish was overcooked on one side and undercooked on the other. One of the soup dishes was missing during serving and took a long time to receive. The ice cream on the dessert was melted when served. Parking was difficult and parking voucher supplied by restaurant was not honored at the parking garage. All in all, not a good experience.

It was a little warm in the restaurant. We have had record breaking temps so I understand but it was warm enough that several diners used their menus as fans. It was a concert night so the service was slow but our server was excellent.

First time trying Churrascos at Waterway in The Woodlands we came into the restaurant for lunch. We had reservation so we was seated immediately. Great experience 10-10 Ambiance 10-10 Service 10-10 Food was delicious 6-10 small portions Noise level 1- was very nice quiet we did go for lunch not very busy yet Service was outstanding l definitely will be back.

Unfortunately did not get the chance to have a full meal. Walked in at 6 for our 6 pm reservation. Was told it would be a 15 to 30 minute wait even though we had made reservations. Asked if we could wait at the bar and he said he had to check. Host came back and said yes but do not expect for us to get served soon. Bartender took our drink order and asked for a water as well. When bartender came back with drink I asked for a water. He said I’d have to wait a while. Never got the water. Watched guests who came in after us get seated before us. Asked hostess why and they said we would be the next sat. Finally sat at a table. 15 minutes no one came to take our order. When server came, she said someone had told her we sat ourself and would have to check with the bartender if she could serve us. We left.

Please avoid this place like the plague. We went here for our engagement dinner and I can say this has probably been my worst experience with a restaurant ever, and I previously worked in the service industry. Eduardo was our server and he did not want to be there at all. He had an awful attitude the entire night. Starting when we first got there. When we all wanted to start with water he angrily came back and snatched all the glasses and bottles that were on the table. When we tried to order drinks he ignored about half of our table and we had to ask him multiple times to take the orders of the other people. They only brought 3 baskets of the chips for a party of 13. We asked for another one, after asking four times they finally brought one right before the food came. They overcooked two steaks, one being ours, we told him and he didn’t say anything and took both of our entire plates for about 15 minutes. So by the time they brought our plates back everyone else was done eating. He never came to check on us, and anytime we would ask him for something he would sigh or roll his eyes. They did not treat the day special at all and we told them multiple times it was for a special occasion. The AC must have been broken or something because it was hot and humid inside and we asked them multiple times to turn it on or bring a fan and they never did. The bathrooms were also super dirty and looked like a tornado went through them. We got the mixed plate that had steak chicken shrimp and sausage and the plate for two had literally the same amount of food as the plate for one. For the quality, they are ridiculously overpriced and I could have made the same thing on my backyard grill. If you love food, quality service, and celebrating special events without dripping sweat and being disrespected, go ANYWHERE else. McDonald’s has better service.

I usually highly recommend Churrascos...and it did not disappoint. A great place for a quiet evening meal with your spouse or a relaxed setting for lunch/dinner with a client or colleague. The entrance at street level needs some updates (I think the location is rented and the entrance does not belong to Churrascos but someone will need to chime in if I am incorrect.)...
