Service was horrible, it wasn’t crowded or busy. After being seated for 15 minutes had to ask if we had a server. When he finally came, wasn’t the friendliest. We ordered, never came back asked us if we needed more drinks or anything. Felt like we were bothering him by just being there.

We got the small antipasto (which was pretty big) AND the burrata for an appetizer for four of us. Big mistake! We could barely eat our dinner because we were so full. Oh well, leftovers for the next day. Great food and service.

My husband and I return at least once a year to Cibo. This is where we had our first date. Everything about Cibo is fantastic and well worth your time and money. I would suggest making reservations for sure!

My friend and I waited for a month and a half before we could get a reservation for this restaurant. We were both very excited and couldn’t wait to try this restaurant we’ve heard so much about. Well…the experience was underwhelming, to say the least. First, we were seated right next to a tree; so, every time someone would walk by, they had to duck so they wouldn’t hit the tree. SUPER annoying! Next, we asked for bread for our table and the waiter brought our cold bread. When I asked if the bread was supposed to be cold, he said he just grabbed some from the kitchen and asked if we wanted warm bread (duh, that’s why I asked). Oh- don’t let me forget that when the bread was brought out, we got NO butter, oil, etc etc. So, shortly after, a different waitress brought out our bread and set it at ANOTHER table. They told her it wasn’t their bread and she then brought it to us. This bread was burnt to the core- I couldn’t believe it. And, of course we weren’t given any small plates. I guess they thought we wanted to eat it on the bare table? Our regular waiter came back out and apologized for the first batch of bread, stating he forgot to press the button to warm the bread (go figure). Fast forward to when we finally got our food. The food tasted pretty good, not bad at all. The service we received was just horrible. We had to ask for napkins, plates, literally everything you need to enjoy your meal. At the end, my friend went to the restroom and came back stating how disgusting it was. That was the icing on the cake for us to determine that we definitely would not be returning to this restaurant.

I love this place and have written many reviews. I have lived in Phoenix a little over 1 year and this is my favorite restaurant in the entire valley. The atmosphere is perfect and staff is just wonderful. The pizza is the BEST! Thanks to all of you for giving me good times always.

The waiter checked on us one time meanwhile checked on the table next to me 3 or 4 times. There were no utensils or napkins at my table when I arrived or when I got my appetizer. I had to ask for some when I got my main course because that was the only time the waiter came around.

Very neat atmosphere on the patio under trees with strings of lights in them. The staff was very friendly. The pizza I tried was quite good. The pasta I got (linguini with olive oil) was good but would have been better with garlic and grilled chicken added. Strangely, they don’t allow alterations, so I had to settle for just pasta with no meat.

This was our 1st time celebrating our friend’s birthday. Our server was amazing! Never let our drinks run out, knew a lot about the menu, friendly and professional. The food taste authentic, was hot and fresh. The ambiance was so relaxing and beautiful with all the dim white lights hung in trees and all around. Will definitely be back! Only con: finding parking was insane. Our one friend circled for 30min.

Great food was not overly priced however we drove over an hour to enjoy a birthday dinner for a party of 7 and reserved over a month in advance, and we were sat by the cleaning station. This took away from the overall ambiance with loud clanking dishes.Service was OK not very warm, but food came out on a timely matter so that was good. With a few changes, this place would be a five start in my humble opinion.
