    I had to write the food a one star but I wouldn’t actually know as we never got served! We arrived 20 minutes early and where told by the door person to go chose our own table, I guess as the place was empty aside from two other customers and staff. We sat for over 30 minutes past our reservation time and we never spoken too from any of the staff. Finally we got fed up and left; we ended up having an amazing dinner at Rosters (in Alexis Neon) instead. My advice, never bother with the fourm’s “restaurant” it’s a waste of time. There definitely is many other options, two of them being eat in the actual movie theatre as your movie is playing (the service there was amazing) or go to Rosters.

    This was my first experience at Cineplex! I loved it. The food took a little long to come out, but my server who was just the sweetest explained that the kitchen was running behind and discounted my meal. The best service, good food, good prices. Recommend and will go again!

    My fries were cold and my crispy chicken burger was crispy but tasteless. My son’s chicken wings were also lacking in taste. My husband’s fries were hot and the burgers ordered were good apparently.

    It was complicated to reserved thé VIP lounge. I reserved it online but i wasnt enough i also had to reserved it there and no one new how.. exept thé manager..

    Nothing was available on the menu. We had to change at least 4 of our initial choices. Service was a little slow even though we were the only ones there. Food was okay for the price.

    Place was almost empty and the service took long. One of the bartenders was watching tv most of the time. We ordered food before the movie and we got our food when the movie started. Other people got the food before us. Compared with last time this time was very disappointing.

    VIP was sold out but we were still able to reserve a table in the lounge, so we thought we could sit, have a drink and play pool. At arrival, the doorman did not let us in despite reservation. We were not “checked in”. In fact we were ridiculed and could have saved the trip, and killed some time elsewhere.

    The Movie Experience is no longer in the theatres. The value, the ambience, and the experience have disappeared from as early on as the early 2000's. The screens are smaller, the rooms are more sterile looking, the quality of the screens are scratched / damaged, the purchasing tickets online costs a premium... Their is no way that a meal for three at a local restaurant (Miso Soup Bowls 3x) should cost less than three large popcorns + 1 soft drink + 1 candy bar at a movie theatre... but oh yes, it does (20% more expensive). A night out for a family of three with snacks is a $100 dollar night for 90 minutes, add on parking and you've got not a whole lot of value given the return on investment for the "movie theatre experience".

    Reserved a table successfully only to be told there were no seats available once we arrived. The relationship between Cinéma Cineplex Forum VIP and OpenTable is non-functioning.

    Professional and friendly staff. Good food/drinks too! And prices were not too bad considering it's in a movie theater, similar to any regular bar prices.

    You can reserve on Open Table but it’s misleading. You can’t go there unless you have a VIP movie ticket. Even if you have a ticket for a non-VIP movie, they won’t let you in. Nothing at all on Open Table not in the confirmation email after reserving says anything about that.

    Bartender needs to learn how to mix drinks they were horrible (I was a bartender for 7+yrs). It was way too cold, everyone was wearing their coats. The waiter was great but slow, there were not many people in the VIP area that evening. In movie room service....while we ordered our snacks at the bar, early on, we were the last to get our drinks/snacks on the room. Overall for the experience and price.... meh.

    Great place to unwind with a drink before a movie. Staff were great. Inside the cinema, you could have ordered lots of food before the movie started to enjoy while you watched the film. I liked it alot.
