Awful service. We had schedule more than an hour before the movie to eat and had made a reservation for a table. The restaurant was empty, nobody to receive us so we sat at a table. Took more than 20 minutes before someone came and took our order and more than 30 minutes to receive it. I had to eat my plate in 10 minutes because the movie was starting and this was not a plate that could be eaten in a dark theatre. The manager was unapologetic.

La nourriture N'est pas très bonne , qualité prix n'y est pas, très décevant!. C'est bien dommage. Mais le cinéma, c'est super!

Je croyais qu'en réservant une table (pour la première fois dans mon cas) que je pourrais voir le film que j'avais choisi. Et à ma grande surprise, NON. Il n'étais pas disponible au VIP. Je trouve que le site internet m'a très mal renseigné et plus jamais je retournerai. Vous avez perdu des clients.

Le Cinéma VIP et les salles VIP sont parfaits! Mais le resto/la nourriture est loin d'être à la hauteur du concept VIP. Ce qui est écrit sur menu n'arrive pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on reçoit. Goût, cuisson archi bof. Les serveurs sont gentils mais le service est long. Bref l'alcool, les boissons gazeuses, pop corn, poutine sont valeur sûre.

Groupe de 4 pour Rise of Skywalker, arrivés à 18h10 pour film à 19h30, la serveuse n'avait pas été avertie de la réservation, mais un membre du groupe arrivé à l'avance en avait pris une, sinon on aurait pu attendre plus. Il y avait beaucoup de monde mais pas plein, plusieurs quittaient pour la représenattion de 18h30. Le plus long, comme les autres fois, c'est d'avoir la nourriture après la commande (vers 18h30), elle est arrivée à 19h10, alors on a mangé plutôt vite ;(

Le restaurant était en rénovation, donc plein de machine de construction qui traîne, aucune ambiance. Des employés qui rient et parlent ensemble au bar, j'ai compris qu'ils attendaient l'ouverture de la salle de cinéma pour faire le services, mais je trouvait cela dérangeant. La porte du stock room grand ouverte, une vue sur les étagères de produit pour le casse croûte J'aurais aimé qu'on m'avise que le restaurant était en rénovation, je ne crois pas que j'aurais réservé. J'avais l'impression d'être dans une cafétéria d'école, pas du tout l'Ambiance VIP.

Je recommande le cinéma VIP mais pas le restaurant où il n’y a pas d’intimité, trop d’éclairage et aucune ambiance. On dirait qu’on mange dans un restaurant d’aéroport. Décevant pour l’ambiance mais bien pour la nourriture. Excellents choix végétariens et vegan.

Man of my friends have asked about my experience and i told them it was a waste of money. Here are my issues and not all entirely the fault of Cineplex. 1. Ticket price 23$ for no added value than other movies except for the fact that i can order my food at additonal cost 2. Seats are like normal cinemas (except it had a table) 3. I ordered my food 30 min in advance and my food came 20 min into my film ( all i ordered was popcorn +drink) 4. When i got there at 615pm for my 730 movie the guy said i can go to my cinema and sit and order food but when i got there the movie was still playing...when i went back to the guy he said "oh well the movie is probably not finished yet) therefore we went to 3 brasseur and ate there instead. 5. The seats are not what i expected and the screen was not that bug so not sure what the VIP experience is Unfortunately i did not see why i would sepnd 23$ versus 12$ at guzzo...

Je vais vous écrire en Français. C'est la plus mauvaise expérience et plus jamais je vais y retourner. Mon mari a commandé un Fish and Chip. C'est du poisson congelé mal cuit il était froid ainsi que les frites. Pas mangeable. Pour ma part j'ai commandé une pizza et ca aussi c'est du surgelé que je ne mange même pas chez nous. Le film ne nous a pas plu (c'est hors de votre contròle) et les siège je sais pas si il se baissait mais on j'avais mal au cou. Le service n'en parlons pas les gars jasaient entre eux et ca pris un temps fou pour venir nous servir. On avait l'impression qu'on les dérangeait. Après avoir recu notre commande ils ne sont pas posé la question pourquoi on avait presque rien mangé. On fêtait notre anniversaire de mariage. Cela a couté 120.00 et on est allé mangé au 3 brasseurs. Quel gachis.
