   We waited will staff buzzed past us and ignored us at the podium waiting to be seated. Then they didn’t have the heat on(every guest had their winter coats on) the drinks took 15 mins and our food didn’t come until after we were in the theatre. They apologized and offered us free popcorn. Then the food was AWFUL. It was ice cold and the quality and taste was horrible. I feel like it’s going out of business and they have pulled any and all resources. The popcorn came and my drink that I ordered didn’t come. So I went out at 10 and the whole theatre was closed. Couldn’t get a pop at 955 on a Saturday. Never going to vip again.

   Super cool experience. Was our first time. Would recommend coming 1hr before the show starts if you plan on eating then you have 15-30 minutes to order popcorn and drinks in the theater. Some items like a burger exc. are a bit messy to be eating in the dark (in my opinion). Also should provide a little recommendation for timing when it's the last movie of the night and close to last call. Overall best movie experience I've had in a while. My last few experiences had been ruined by loud teens and children.

   Because their vegan friendly menu is not vegan friendly at all our shared appetizer was stale (not fresh from the oven) fries with truffle gravey. My burger was OK, however the fries were equally as crappy as the appetizer! Because there was no vegan friendly dessert I couldn't share my cheesecake with my wife. Don't get me wrong the cheesecake tasted good, however overpriced.. Probably to stay on par with the price of popcorn 🍿 at the confectionery. I enjoyed the movie experience and recommended it highly, however do yourself a favor and eat at Montannas or Eastside first, if you want to enjoy your dinner...

   Our food took almost an hour and one of our party didn’t get her burger because it apparently fell on the floor in the kitchen. When they made her another one, it came out pink and not fit to eat. My food was also cold. Then when we ordered the popcorn, it was extremely salty and none of us could eat it.

   Ordered Quinoa salad. They had been out of quinoa for a couple of days. (it was Saturday night) I could understand if it was earlier in the week but on a "busy" weekend. FarmBoy is in the same plaza. They carry quinoa. Did not have many other options for my allergies. Wait staff stood there a bunch of 5 or 6 and did not come to our table for over 5 minutes. Almost like they were debating who was going to serve us. Overall we will probably not do dinner at the theatre before our again. Seats and overall room were great for the movie.

   We decided to watch Top Gun Maverick and try the VIP lounge and restaurant at the Cineplex on Fairway in Kitchener. My husband and I shared coconut shrimp, he had a grilled chicken wrap and fries, I had grilled chicken tacos. With a couple of glasses of wine, we spent $100 and the food was absolutely horrible! It didn’t taste fresh, was swimming in sauce, greasy, and we both felt unwell after our dinner. What a missed opportunity; this restaurant is in a prime location for theatre-goers coming and leaving and it missed the mark on many counts. The cinema experience itself was top-notch, but for meals, we will be dining elsewhere from now on.

   The service was non existent, we sat at our table for 25 mins and never had a sever come up to us. We gave up and ate in our movie seats.

    Ordered a Caesar but they were out of Clamato. Ordered grill chicken tacos but they were out of grilled chicken. Gentleman beside us asked for a bottle beer, only one available.. one single bottle. Supplies were very low, wasn’t impressed.

    It was a great experience. We were greeted at the front and asked if we were dining and watching the movie . Our tickets were scanned and we chose our seats. Since it was just my husband and I there, it was not too loud . The service was exceptional and the food was delicious . Our server checked in frequently and also let us know when to go into the theatre way before the movie started . When we went Inside , there were lots of people and servers ready to take orders. The chairs were very comfortable like sitting at home and being able to recline was even better . Also it had a nice little tray for putting our left over truffle fries from dinner . We ordered drinks and enjoyed the movie . Best movie experience ever .

    Service was great, very helpful with suggestions. Food was great, I'd definitely recommend the VIP dining before the movie to enjoy some time before watching.

    Our time was overall good. Our food came before our drinks which seemed a little backwards. The food was good quality but portion sizes weren't really worth the cost.

    Not great for the food but excellent atmosphere. Good for a couple of drinks before a movie. Pizza was soggy and overdone with cheese. Dough was not fully cooked. Fries were good, burger okay.

    Service was pretty slow, but to be fair it wa Christmas Eve for dinner. May not be like that all the time.

    This was our first time using VIP The longe area was very nice to and we were greeted as we entered the door. Tracy was our server and she was very helpful and very friendly! The food was good but not great for the price. We only had apps so maybe the burgers or sandwich es would have rated better! The beer was good and cold and poured properly arriving at out table still with a head! We plan to return. Thx for a great evening

    This was the first time at this restaurant for use. We enjoyed the open ambiance and the food. The staff was working to accommodate us, but our waiter was MIA for a bit and someone else was taking his place, so things were a bit 'scrambled'. That said, we were able ro get into the theatre on time and all was well.

    Had a reservation but it still took 30 minutes just to get our drinks and then the staff disappeared again. My husband got the wrong order a while later but because we had waited so long and couldn't find staff he didn't get it corrected. We were offered free popcorn afterwards "for our troubles" but we waited until seated for our movie to order more drinks. Staff in the theatre were much more aware of their guests and we had great service from them.

    Everything was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. The restaurant is so beautiful and the vip theatre experience is excellent, I will never watch a movie the old way ever again. I would also just dine at the restaurant without seeing a movie as well.
