   Service took too long, food was lackluster and overpriced, and while the main selling point is being able to go to your movie right after, the bills take too long and result in my party being late consistently. 20+ minutes is too long for ringing up bills. On another note, drinks were good (still pricey, but oh well) and ambiance was lively. Overall, good place for stopping in for a few drinks before a show, but maybe not a full meal.

   I appreciate that the staff were able to combine our reservations together (6+5 booked separately). However, the food took quite long to get out even after considering the party size (11 people total). We asked for our bills and it took around 25 minutes to actually get to our table, which I think is quite long and it made us late for our movie. Perhaps there should have been more staff working in the theatre considering the reservation was made with at least a week’s notice ahead of time and that it was a premiere night on top of being a Friday night. We’ve been here a couple of times and have been disappointed with the service the past three times, so we will kindly not revisit this specific location.

   I had a very enjoyable night with my boyfriend here. We had such a good experience that we wont go to watch a movie at cineplex any other way now! The service was outstanding and the food was great. They have a lot of finger foods and light snack foods. The drinks are not what i was expecting out of a movie theater, they were beautiful and some of them were massive! (Its called a fish bowl go figure) It's a bit pricey but i dont mind paying that money for one of the best movie theater experiences of both my life and my boyfriend's

   We made our reservation for 5:45 so we could have a full dinner before the movie because none of us had eaten all day, but the building didn't open until 6pm. When we finally were allowed in, we were told we would not be allowed to eat in the lounge, but were required to eat in our seats in the theatre instead. Eating in the seats was awkward and uncomfortable, there is no room for more than a plate and a beverage, and we had to put extra items on the floor. Dirty dishes had to be placed on the floor and then you couldn't move for fear of kicking dishes and making noise. We also found that the food quality wasn't as good as previous visits: it used to be fabulous, but this time it was awful. The various tacos had so much sauce, that's all you could taste. cocktail was completely different from previous visits and tasted terrible, brownie hard as a rock and inedible. Our previous experiences were amazing, the food used to be wonderful. I hope things get back on track, soon. Until then, we will have dinner elsewhere.

    Only issue we had was that the Calamari was beyond their shelf life. Otherwise everything else was great.

    Food was really really bad. Got served dessert first, which on the menu looked really good. Got served a really bad tasting wrapped cookie. Then appetizer and entrees were served together. Pulled pork sandwich was OK. Drinks were awful though. Could barely taste any alcohol and the mojito did not taste anything like it traditionally does. It tasted more like water than a mojito. At least the beer was good. I did like the actual theatre though with the comfy seats.

    We were amazed with the number/quality of the vegan/vegetarian options. Every dish can be accommodated for vegan/vegetarian and our food was delicious. Will definitely return!
