Great food great price great service by Antonio . Had coconut shrimp for appetizer, burger and fries for me, burger and salad for my wife, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Will definitely do it again!

I enjoyed the fish tacos, soft shell, which were delicious. The deep fried cod was moist & the cabbage slaw dressing in the taco paired well with the fish. Light enough not to bother your digestion during the movie & satisfying the hunger. Prompt & courteous service.

The server was new but he let us know and he made sure we made it to our movie on time. The vibe and drinks were good! It’s a great idea to combine dinner and a movie. Very convenient. The food on the other hand is extremely over priced for what you get. It was fine if the prices were lower but my 13 dollar truffle fries were normal fries with parmesan sprinkled on top, my friends 19 dollar taco salad was lettuce, beef, cheese and sour cream with none of the other vegetables/toppings advertised on it and the one persons veggie quesadilla was only cheese and canned jalapeños. If prices were lower I would understand the arena concession type food but it is decently expensive for what you get. Next time I will just get a drink and popcorn!

Food was god awful, expensive and cold. Service was trash, they need to be trained more. Aesthetics however were amazing and fish bowl was good too. Overall, Would I recommend? no. Would I go there again? No.

The food is quite basic but tasty and prepared well. The deal on wine is very good on a Wednesday so I recommend going on the ‘date night’. Service was courteous and timely and the atmosphere is nice with excellent access from the parking area.

We were told that we’d have to wait half hour for our food because of the VIP cinema orders ????? Were we not VIP even if we chose to eat before entering the theatre? Otherwise food was great and waitress was fine

The food was horrible. The fries were cold and inedible, and the drinks were watered down. Several patrons returned their food for the same reason. The burger was cold and tough to chew. I’m not sure what is going on, but the food has gone downhill, and I will never be eating there again.

Bought the Wednesday night VIP movie and dinner package. Wait staff were excellent however the kitchen had serious issues. We waited over an hour for our food and then it all came at once since we had to leave for our movie. Wait staff did a great job keeping us informed but the kitchen needs to up its game. Food was fine but we had to rush through it

The waitress seemed very inexperienced and confused. There were 4 customers in our party. The main dishes were brought to 2 customers with a shared side dish even before the appetizer was brought to the other 2 customers. These main dishes were missing an ingredient. The appetizer was eventually brought for the second couple. Much later, the main dishes for this couple was brought WITH the shared desert. This desert included ice cream which melted while we were eating our main courses. I consider this type of serve a disaster. The food was not much better - the coconut shrimp were obviously a reheat product and not made fresh. The chicken on the caesar salad was cut into tiny pieces and looked like it came from the grocery store (not fresh). The croutons were the small packaged type. In addition, the dishes were the type that we have used at home with our children. Not very appealing. At this point in time, we would not recommend this restaurant. Hopefully, Cineplex or whoever has the contract for this restaurant will use these comments to make improvements.

Horrible service. The server didn't 'hear' my order when I ordered so my food was delayed. There were other customers there whose orders were also delayed. Then after paying my bill the server had the audacity to ask why I only tipped 5%. I have never in my entire life been so appalled. We ended up bringing the issue to the manager. Then to top it all off we ordered popcorn while seated and again my order of a small popcorn took way too long even after the person I was with received theirs and we ordered at the same time. Overall a horrible experience on a Thursday night when it wasn't even busy.

Limited menu but more than adequate for a bite before a movie. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere looking out the window at night with the reflection of the lighting on the windows. Service was very good and friendly.

First movie night out since Covid. Had a great experience. Service at the lounge was exceptional! All protocols followed, staff were enthusiastic and welcoming. Even received a free dessert from the staff to celebrate our anniversary. Happy with our choice :)

Had reservations for 7:30 for Valentine’s Day. Party of 4. Arrived 7:25. We were also watching bad boys movie at 9 pm. When I booked the seats I had difficulty claiming my scene points , I have 24,000 points. Once we got there we tried to get a refund and use points but we were told that while the transaction is being done someone can take our spot so we might lose our tickets during the process. Our food was taking a long time, waiter was very nice and told us they are very busy. I didn’t want to eat in the dark during movie and that’s why we made reservations. Our food finally came when we were sitting and watching previews. Food that was ordered at 7:30 came at 9:05 COLD! We asked for 2 items to have sauce on the side and came with sauce all over our food! It was messy. We were very disappointed in the quality. The movie was great but this being Valentine’s Day we were very disappointed.

The food is regular bar food....nothing special really. And they do not present it like it looks in the pictures. The theater was nice and clean. The seats were great. With the exception that it was like 36 degrees outside and about 30 degrees in the theater. You may as well of worn nothing because it was so hot. Staff was friendly for sure but it can use some work with somethings. Other then that I would recommend anyone try it for a nice evening out that is low key.

My husband and I had a great evening! The food was yummy and the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite and gave us a table right in front of the tv to watch the raptors game!

This place has terrible table service. I've been several times with friends to watch a game on the big screen. Inevitably, the staff is more interested in the game than they are in caring for their tables. On my most recent visit, I counted 5 servers crowded around a screen with no one watching their tables. The VIP lounge is a great concept that should be a win with Cineplex but I can't see this place surviving without some serious work on the service side.

Had a great server who introduced us to the recently revamped menu. Loved the new truffle fries and fresh options. I enjoyed the falafel wrap and my husband enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger. Defiantly not what I expected from a “movie theatre”!

The Queensway VIP Cinemas provides and exceptional experience. Perfect night out for either a couple or group of friends. the Hostess seated us right away and our server was attentive and helpful. the new menu has a wide range of offerings including Gluten Free and Vegetarian options. We chose to order our desert and snacks through their in-seat service and had everything delivered to our seats in the auditorium. overall a great night out.

Service was terrible - took over 20minutes for server to approach. Server kept forgetting our order.. took over 45min to get our food once he got it right and then both appetizer and main meal came out together ... food was sub par. Very expensive for what it was
