   Cipriani never disappoints. 5 stars all around! The customer service is A+ along with the food and drinks. You must have a Bellini, the signature drink and of course the homemade gelato for dessert. We enjoyed the veal carpaccio appetizer and the Dover sole entree. GRAZIE!

   Loved this restaurant. The food was great although very pricey. The servers were very attentive but not intrusive. The ambiance was great even with the noise level being a 8 out of 10. I would like to know why there is dress code for the restaurant but never enforced?

   I was very disappointed with my experience at Cipriani in Vegas. The food was delicious and good size portions. However, when the server delivered my Cosmo in a shot-sized glass I was shocked, to say the least! I asked where the rest of my drink was and was told that they do not use stemware. The bus boy was too busy trying to turn my table over that he took my Cosmo away and I was not even finished with it. We apparently took too long to order and they sent the manager over to take our order (intimidation move). We were told to order all of the food we wanted for the evening. Again, we felt pressured and rushed!

   My Salmon was good but nothing to brag about not much flavor so I squeezed lemon on it. The vegetables I got on the side taste like lighter fluid and I could not eat them, they looked good but no way I could eat them.

    Great food and service. Short ribs and Chicken excellent. Only reason I gave 4 stars was it’s the only restaurant at Wynn we ran into that didn’t n’t allow room charge without an ID, which I didn’t have with me. Also left credit card in the safe. Awkward at end of meal and someone else I was with had to pay.

    The food was good, the service was ok, but the noise level was off the chain. 2 of us couldn't even have a conversation without yelling at each other. Overall I would say overpriced for Italian food without a nice atmosphere which this was not simply due to being very crowded and extremely noisy. We were happy to leave which isn't what I am looking for when I am paying $100 plus for dinner for 2.

    My wife and enjoyed everything about Cipriani. The food was prepared very well and and presented nicely. The service was attentive but not over bearing. The people watching is first class too! Overall we are looking forward to going back.

    Still the best Italian restaurant in Vegas and I don’t mind treating myself at this high end dining once in a while. We went for Mother’s Day and ordered cucumber salad (refreshing), osso buco, fried chicken with butter lettuce, eggplant Parmesan and lobster pasta. All tasted great with the perfect amount of seasoning that doesn’t over power the meats themselves and never over salted. And never leave without having their tiramisu which is the best I’ve ever had.

    Seated immediately, service off the chart. I had their heirloom tomato salad and tagliatelli with pesto, husband had tuna tartar and scallops. Yum! Ambiance perfect. Lots of people but noise level really good. Food came out fast and honestly was excellent in all ways. Highly recommend.

    Horrible. Brought out of town guests to treat them for coming to our daughter’s wedding. Lights too bright, glassware is cheap, pasta like the Olive Garden. So many other places to spend your money.

    Just got back from Italy, and was excited to try Cipriani’s. Don’t waste your money! They are a high churn restaurant, lacking any personal engagement. They want to get you in and out as soon as possible. The food was mediocre - veal and rice??? The server had to be reminded multiple times that we wanted to dine, but that was a concept he did not understand. It was noisy, and servers are running around like robots to get people out as soon as possible. There’s so many great restaurants in Las Vegas I would strongly suggest, as a certified foodie, save your money, and find some other.

    Having a 10:30 reservation, means you are coming in and expecting to be treated just the same as the first reservation of the night. Upon arrival, before being seated, the hostess made myself and my better half aware that the kitchen was closing at 10:45. Having a reservation time at 10:30, and then having the kitchen close 15 minutes after you are seated. really does not make sense. At least a 30 minute buffer from the reservation time, till the kitchen closed at 11 PM should be a given, especially for a restaurant in Las Vegas. This is industry standard across-the-board. We quickly rush to order. The servers,/floor manager. Seated us at the bar, I requested for a table. They sat us at a table with no place setting. I then had to ask for a place setting for the food we were about to order. Overall, being in the restaurant for less than 55 minutes. And spending over $150. The service, the food value, and ambience does not match what Cipriani it’s supposed to be. Highly disappointed for being a restaurant in the Wynn, where I frequent. This does not live up to Wynn standards. Once the restaurants lease is up. I am sure they will be shuttering their doors.

    This was hands down the best service. My party of 6 was 45 minutes late to our reservation and they were so amazing with accommodation, attitude and service. Our glasses were never left empty and multiple waiters would check on us. accommodation would pull out our chairs for us ladies even when we would go to the bathroom and come back. The food was PHENOMENAL. We ordered 7-8 things off the menu, and all of it was exceptional. 1000000% recommend!!!!

    Out on the town for our nieces birthday Food was spectacular. Appetizers were uniquely special. The gnocchi melted in your mouth. My perfect Manhattan was perfectly smooth and delicious my niece just Loved the Bellinis, yes plural. .

    I have been to 4 in USA and the one in New York 60 times and the one in Venice I love New York but this one in Vegas has more room and decorated so NICE VERY ART DECO this is my new best love and last but not least the food was perfect for all 4 of us GENE PONDER MARSHALL TEXAS

    Ha to Open Table using "energetic" as the highest level of noise. It's inaccurate. The acoustics at Capriani are terrible. Hard to hear people sitting practically on top of you. Otherwise, comfortable seating, decent food, excellent service. Overpriced for what's given but that's Vegas :)

    Let’s start with entering the restaurant. Host/Hostess stand was hidden to the side, unnoticeable and tucked away. We stood at the front door for a few minutes before peeking around to see staff standing and looking at their phones. Our table was very nice. Huge booth set for 4-6 people with our reservation requesting 2 people. Food was mediocre, presentation on all we ordered was sloppy with zero effort . Service was terrible! Appetizers came out but with no time to enjoy or even have simple conversation . Before we knew it our entrees came to the table. Our appetizers pushed to the side and entrees placed in front of us with no proper “marking” of silverware. Auctioned off the food, mixed up our orders and still waited for fresh silverware. We ordered a bottle of wine prior to ordering any food only to pour it ourselves after a very pour presentation. They served a HOT Latte in a water glass with no handle. Hot coffee in a water glass? Had to flag a manager down because our server was no where to be found. The manager had a hard time grabbing the hot glass with barehands (no tray) just to go pour into a coffee cup. Didn’t remake it, stated “I just poured it into a cup”!!??!!? Check was presented, we were still trying to enjoy coffee but the server kept rushing and checking on payment. He grabbed the check and at the same time clearing the entire table. Wasn’t even finished with my espresso. Extremely rushed with terrible service all around. Highly over priced with such poor presentation. Basically paid $$$ for a pizza because that was the only thing somewhat decent. Walked out with not a single person acknowledging us with a thank you, have a wonderful evening, how was your experience…. ?? TERRIBLE 👎

    Had a show to catch and they were all over it from a timing perspective. Staff knowledge of food and beverage is phenomenal. Great experience, 2nd time and even better than the first. Great menu options.
