Excellent service from Claudine herself. Majella seated us and remembered us from a few weeks ago. The food was delicious and the birthday girl even got a piece of cake. Two of us had eggs benedict and the other had the Maritimer Breakfast. We can't wait to go back for lunch or dinner!

We went to Claudine's for lunch on a weekday as my mom had heard that the Eggs Benedict were amazing and they wanted to try somewhere new. My club sandwich was very good. My parents had Eggs Benedict and athough they said they tasted good, they were served warm, not hot. My mom was disappointed . She did suspect that they would have been more enjoyable if it had been hot.

This restaurant has become a must stop for us whenever our travels take us to or through Fredericton. It is very easy to find with ample free parking outside the restaurant. We have enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. Claudine’s serves one of the very best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. And they offer several excellent varieties of Eggs Benedict.

We stop by whenever we are in Fredericton on our drives from Toronto to Antigonish because Claudine’s breakfast is exactly what you want/need in the morning (especially on long road trips): delicious food, hearty portions, wide and varied selection and great service. The restaurant is Scandinavian-meets-Canadian-lodge chic and feels so incredibly homey and welcoming. Claudine herself is always there when we visit and really makes her guests feel as if we’re having a meal with family. We’re en route home now and are planning a lunchtime stop tomorrow - can’t wait!

The staff were very friendly. The food was great. We had lobster rolls with the poutine as well as the grill cheese. Everything was delicious. Save room for a piece of the chocolate cake. Well worth the extra calories.

It was my first visit to Claudine's and I will definitely be back. Friendly, attentive staff and delicious eggs benedict done a variety of ways. It was difficult to choose but I had the Lobster Eggs Benedict. Delicious! Looking forward to the next trip!

The staff were absolutely lovely. The lobster roll was chock-full of lobster and very delicious. It was a very nice little spot, the perfect place to get dressed up and go out for a brunch or lunch.

Our waiter was really friendly. It is so nice to have someone that would take a little extra time to converse with people. I had the fish taco with a Caesar salad. My Husband had the steak with fries. Everything was really good. Presentation? Outstanding!!! Thank you
