Had the Chefs Menu with the Sommelier addition. Incredible combination of appetizers, entrees and the accompanying wine. The service was beyond attentive to detail and making sure I enjoyed the experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful and located within a tropical jungle.

We had the Chef’s Menu and every dish was better than the last. The was a delicate blend of flavors and a wonderful variety. The scallops were particularly delicious! Our server, KiKi, was excellent. My wife and I shared the menu (adding in one appetizer) and it was more than enough food for two. This was as good as it gets.

Loved the place; the food, service and atmosphere. Only one negative: a nearby table was fairly loud in their discussing of what seemed to be potential business plans. Of greater concern was the group’s use of foul language. Not suitable for a quiet couple (us) celebrating an anniversary, or for nearby children.

Excellent food, service and wine. My only issues were as soon as they cleared appetizer plates, they dropped dinner. Didn’t give me time to relax, have some more wine then have dinner. Food was excellent but next time I go I will not order my dinners until I finish my appetizer. You should not be rushed when having the type of meals they prepare. No time to savor previous course.

Excellent place and magical ambiance. A wide variety of drinks, wines and whiskeys. A special proprietary 27-years aged rum, which is a divine experience itself. Food is very creative and delicious with over the top, unique flavors. Service is fantastic with very knowledgeable staff. The Cava is a must place to visit inside the restaurant. Desserts are pure sweetness pleasure. The whole place is enchanting, nested on the Ritz Carlton Reserve, and right in front of the beach with the sounds of the sea waves as your background mood enhancer. You will be amazed by this culinary experience. A+

The food quality was institutional at best. My food came raw when ordered medium after a long wait. My significant other finished her meal before my remake of a simple grilled fish dish came back. Not what would be expected at a diner let alone ritz reserve property.

Outstanding meal in one of the most exquisite settings-anywhere. Our service was extremely slow and poorly paced. But the waiter was apologetic and comped us a portion of the bill, which was greatly appreciated. Would assume it was a fluke and will definitely go back if we’re lucky enough to return to Dorado.

Wonderful as usual. Excellent fresh seafood. Steaks that are the most amazing I have ever eaten. Wine list is perfect. And service is outstanding . Add all that to the ocean breeze and sound of the waves and everything is perfect.

Obnoxious children at adjoining table watching loud videos on their cell phones. Father became belligerent when we asked the kids to turn it down. Staff ineffective at resolving situation. We (a party of 7) finally moved to another table outside.
