   The beef dish I got was way too salty and beef was very chewy. Would have been better with one tablespoon less of salt. The waitstaff seemed very rushed and they were just ready to close for the day. Cute place but I’ve had better Thai food.

   Such a great spot. Loved using OpenTable to make reservation. Staff was professional and pleasant. Loved the Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai, but also Sake was solid. Great server who gave candid assessments of menu items. And in and out in 75 minutes to make movie. Loved it all.

   So disappointed in the service tonight. Got seated at 7pm and hadn’t seen a server at 715. Asked the manager if we could order. He graciously took our order and apologized for an ice machine or such being out of order and causing them to be busy. It was not busy. Got our food. Still never saw a server. 45 min later, I went to the front desk to ask for our check/pay and get to-go containers. Had it been our first time there, I would never go back.

    We loved Coconut Thai. The flavors of the sauces are what make it so special. The masaman curry was perfection. We enjoyed red curry and cashew stir fry.

    Great food but the service was less than desirable. The server never checked back with us to see how the food was and we didn’t have all of our silverware so we had to get up and go and ask for it when the food came. The server never came back and asked us if we wanted more water or anything dessert etc. there were only two other tables in the restaurant so it was not busy.

    The food here is always amazing! We got the coconut curry- I got it with chicken & my daughter, got it with tofu - we absolutely love it every time we come….. request your level of spiciness. My husband’s favorite is their Pineapple Fried Rice- the presentation alone is outstanding- it comes in a scooped out pineapple half! The portions are generous so you’ll always have wonderful leftovers for lunch the next day. This is our favorite Thai restaurant! For a close parking spot, park across the street along the outer edge of the US Bank drive through. You can park all along the far right curb.

    Food is always very good - service was good at the start, but then we never saw our server again for another 30 min. Might just be slightly understaffed (they do have a help wanted sign on the door). Still - food is great, and nice selection on the menu.

    Absolutely loved Coconut Thai! We were seated immediately, server(s) was attentive and provided some wonderful recommendations on menu items. Food came out promptly, hot, and tasty. We will be back!! Totally recommend especially if you love Thai food as we do!

    After we were seated and received our food, we quickly understood why there was a crowd. Coconut Thai Edina food is incredible and made from scratch. The decor is fun and different from most Thai restaurants around town. The wait staff went above and beyond. Our server was was attentive and informative. As busy as they were, he didn't seem stressed or overwhelmed. We most definitely will go back.

    The restaurant seated me right away while I waited for my guest. The menu looked yummy and I ordered a glass of wine which took quite a while to arrive even though the restaurant was slow. It was a Tuesday night. My guest and I ordered the Gyoza and the tofu spring rolls. They we both really fresh and tasty. Good service. I ordered the Tom Kha with chicken. I was asked what spice level to which I said medium but the dish arrived very mild. I’ve had Tom Kha many times at many restaurants and this was sooo heavy on the coconut milk and way too light on the citrus. It was not special and bland. My guest ordered the papaya salad medium and it was super fresh and tasty and quite spicy. It might be worth another try as it has potential but I’m not sure if they can bring it.

    A great place to enjoy authentic Thai food! Like everywhere else, they are understaffed but they still do their best to hustle and get your order out quickly. So make sure to order in one go after you’ve looked at the menu or better yet, look at it online before you go! Great portions and a good value for your money. Authentic Thai desserts too!
