   Server was fantastic, everything was great; however, was disappointed that my request that I provided on online booking was not fulfilled. 🫤 I had asked that a piece of dessert be given to the birthday girl - my bestie! Lol Suggest online bookings be monitored a little closer that’s all. Thanks - i do enjoy your Establishment!!

   While the food always keeps us coming back the service is less than satisfactory. Similar issue at the downtown location as well. Not uncommon for our server to disappear at some point and only be seen again after our food has been sitting at the window a little too long.

   Sitting in the bar area the music wasn’t as loud (which is good). At our previous visit we sat in the main area (evening) and the music was quite loud. I like being able have an easy conversation with my dinner mates, not yell. The food, service and value were great. Free Birthday churros was a nice bonus. Thank you!

   Food was excellent, felt a bit rushed, did not know there was a time limit on table, pretty much asked to leave because our time was up. No time to even have dessert.

   I didn’t catch our servers name but he was very polite and attentive! The food tasted great and we were able to take advantage of the kids eat free special for Cinco De Mayo! No complainants :)

   Too loud. Squat at a table by the kitchen. Speakers too loud. Slow service while others who arrived after us weee served before us. Food wasn’t great quality like I remember from Water Street location. Overall not a great value for the expense. Likely won’t return.

    They did not acknowledge that it was a birthday celebration despite being put in the app so we missed out in the free dessert or margarita. We only knew about it because we overheard them at another table acknowledging a birthday. The food was not great. Appetizer was good however the tacos were very bare and the server did not explain that there were no other toppings in the tacos (one of us has a sensitivity to onion and asked for no onion/on the side salsa). The tacos came out with only the meat, no sauces, etc.

    I love the food at Cojones, but the Paradise location compared to their Downtown location was a disappointment. Ambiance wasn't close, the service was OK at best (seemed inexperienced and rough around the edges). The bar section looks l8ke it would be fun with a crowd, but the restaurant experience was ... bla!

    The food was fantastic and came out quickly. The service was good although our server had a lot of tables and did keep us waiting for a little bit towards the end of the experience but not a problem! He was busy and did apologize! Only issue being that it was SUPER expensive for what you get.

    Another amazing time. Went for my sons birthday. Zack was amazing as always. We go here for his service, food was good as well but he is our main reason for coming back. #1 employee! Great job Zack!

    Terrible service. She checked on us when we had our appetizer, but not once after. We had to flag someone down for cutlery, our mains were extremely spicy and had no way to get water, and finally, we again flagged someone down to get boxes and a bill. It seemed like a lack of team service, as other tables around us were also experiencing the same issues, and a focus on closing the restaurant instead of providing service to paying guests. This was not an understaffing issue to the observing eye. I raved about this restaurant to my husband and was excited to take him. Very disappointing for a pricy bill.

    Only had appetizers but took a long time for them. Had cheese con queso with chips. Chips were the bottom of the bag and not one full one. Server did get more but was sarcastic that “she isn’t suppose to do this”

    Great meal as always but price was interesting - nachos were $24 on menu given to us but online, Facebook and the QR scanner we’re all showing as $22. Also, sad the complimentary chips and salsa are now $3.00 - that was such a great perk for this restaurant - because the salsa is amazing - salsa served with nachos would be good too- would also like to suggest larger sized Pepsi portions !
