Beautiful restaurant and good food, but the service (although everyone was nice), is painfully slow. We dined here twice - once for dinner and once for breakfast, in case they were having an off night. It is clear that they are both new (haven’t found their groove) and severely understaffed. We think it has the potential to be an excellent restaurant in time. The best dish we had was the Halibut, which was an easy 10/10. However, we were informed that it would soon be taken off the menu in favour of a lobster tail, which was disappointing news. Our other food items over the course of both services: the French onion soup, salmon tartare, burger, wine, gin and tonic, coffee, salmon eggs benedict and toasted bagel, were fair, but as locals, we can unfortunately think of numerous places who do it significantly better, especially for the price point. Stellar atmosphere, but the service and removal of their best (and apparently most popular!) dish makes this restaurant one we won’t return to, at least for some time.

Steak was over cooked and very tough, after meal was brought did not have a server come back to the table for 52 minutes. Initially they said they would take $10 of the bill, I refused since I did not eat my dinner, eventually they took the price of the meal of the bill, it was now 10:45 PM, too late to reorder, I was a guest at the hotel and there was no offer of financial compensation or for something to eat, a very disappointing experience. I understand things happen, but there was no concern expressed by management or the staff, poor training and poor management.

I had a reservation for me and my friend, it was her birthday. We had a good time and the meal was delicious. It took a little time but no complaints we loved the service and the server even offered a bday desert. Made our night. I totally recommend.

Very boring. Service was mega slow when we were not more than 10 people that evening. Waiter and waitress are not warm at all. And they took 1h to bring a bottle of water we requested. Basic orders were mistaken. Ambiance is nice but feels « empty ».

The beauty of the environment hit bottom at the main course stage. The soup is good. The medium steak is pink only in the center. The burger was not seasoned or had the right sauce to go with it, and the main thing was that it was burnt to the bitter, There's a big difference between the beauty of a carbon fire and the bitterness of a carbon fire. and the waitress that suggested us sprinkle some salt ourselves after that，what？！, I ended up leaving a 15% tip, but would never go again. And bring my son to McDonald.

Food was disappointing. We had to send one meal back as it was inedible. Presentation was poor. We ordered a charcuterie board and ir came scattered across a dinner plate. Service was horrendous - server wasn’t attentive and food was very slow despite a relatively empty restaurant. This is in stark contrast to Muze up on the fifth floor. Muze was absolutely amazing. Our regret was not staying there for dinner. Skip Commodore and go to Muze!

Maybe it was an off night, but service was terrible. Forgot an entree and a main course, forgot to bring utensils for the main meal, slow service, did not refill water in a timely fashion, and the waiters had an attitude. The food was good not great. The onion soup was too sweet. It’s a shame because the decor is warm and inviting.

The appetizer dishes were fantastic. We had the fois gras and the pâté. However, the main dishes, while decent and definitely not bad, felt like a level-drop from the appetizers. Overall still a great experience and we enjoyed! If the restaurant elevates their main courses though I’m sure this restaurant will be more popular.

Super service! Nourriture de type cuisine française. Les plats que nous avons gouté étaient tous bien exécutés et délicieux. Les entrées étaient fraîches et originales. L’offre de vin est dispendieuse, mais une belle carte de cocktail et mocktail est aussi disponible. L’endroit était visuellement magnifique. Les desserts étaient biens aussi.

The visual was nice but the food was expensive and some of the drinks/food has weird taste that shouldn’t be in them. The service was amazing tho especially the bartender, he was very very nice. We are outside so it was louder but it was still as beautiful.

Avis aux coeliaques : Ne vous fiez pas au logo sans gluten inscrit sur le menu déjeuner. On m'a servi des patates en contact avec du gluten, j'ai dû faire refaire mon assiette et on m'a servi du pain avec gluten me disant que c'était sans gluten. J'ai été en malaise dès ma sortie du resto.
