   I have eaten at Conservate a few times and the ambiance, the food and service are always incredible. My husband and I dined there last evening for our anniversary and Conservate was impeccable as usual. The food was absolutely sumptuous and our server was wonderful. He went out of his way making our meal and experience perfect. I feel so terrible that I can’t remember his name. Huge kudos to everyone at Conservate. 😊😊

   The entire experience was lovely. The server provided great recommendations and was very attentive. We shared a tomahawk steak between the 5 of us with a few sides and it was perfect.

   ********UPDATE******* I was happily surprised by an email received almost immediately upon providing my review below from the restaurant. Not only did they respond to my feedback, but they went so far as to explain that they used my feedback as a coaching opportunity for their staff. They also provided me an opportunity to revisit in the future. Mad respect for that. *********original review below************ This restaurant had great reviews and is in a restaurant hot spot in Hamilton. The food was good, but for the price we felt it could be better. The steak, although good was undercooked and the seafood was slightly overcooked. The server, although attentive, pushed us to order our main dishes even when we asked to wait and order after our three dishes of appetizers so we didn’t feel rushed. She pushed on, so to avoid an backward exchange during our birthday celebration, we ordered our mains while our appetizers that were just delivered sat getting cold on our table when we wanted to dive in to enjoy them. We may have enjoyed the appetizing dishes more if they weren’t cold by the time we spent over 10 minutes ordering our mains. At least they gave us a free dessert for my daughter’s birthday. That was a nice surprise. All-in-all, it was okay but not great. Lots of things could be easily fixed, but we won’t be back to try it again anytime soon.

   Was a great night out with friends. We were able to comfortably talk and enjoy a meal. Excellent Service from our waitress. Made my Birthday Extra special.

   The restaurant is beautiful, clean, modern and service was amazing. Had a fantastic meal, many options for cocktails and appetizers. Will be returning soon!

   Over-priced for a supposed upscale dining experience. For the prices, one would expect your steak to arrive cooked as requested -in this case ordered rare, got medium. So one of us sat with a cooling meal and waited for the replacement meal to show up. Also, I found the low lounge chairs to being an impediment to sitting comfortably to eat. We won't be back.

   Exceptional experience! Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully plated. Highly recommend the scallops as an appetizer as well as the lamb rack and braised beef short rib for entrees. Service was fantastic, Alicia was attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. One of the best meals I've ever had, already making plans to return asap to try more of the menu. The restaurant is gorgeous and the kitchen staff are obviously incredibly talented, can not recommend this place enough! My sincerest thanks to the entire team at Conversate for making our special evening all the more memorable!
