Cooks & Soldiers
I made a reservation why do you insist on putting me in group seating. I asked to be moved to an individual table and you put me by front door.
Always a great place to eat. Our waitress was excellent.
Fantastic food, excellent service, beautiful ambiance. Nice all around!
Great for tapas--both traditional and inventive. Excellent wine list, good cocktails. Very noisy--better for a group than a couple.
Cooks & Soldiers never disappoints. Wonderful food, great service and a really creative bar with new surprises on the menu all the time.
We loved Cooks & Soldiers. Our server was great--he consistently recommended some of our favorite dishes, including the warm chevre cheesecake. Great drinks, great tapas variety. Absolutely great experience.
Our dining experience at Cooks & Soldiers was truly first-rate in every way. The staff went above and beyond in their kindness and generosity and the food and cocktails were superb.
my experience was very pleasant. This was a new experience for me, I have eaten in the area and never considered C & S until a friend recommended it. Great atmosphere, good food and drinks!
This was my first time here. The food was good. The portions were larger than I expected for a tapas spot. My only issue was seating. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived but we were sat in a back corner near where servers came and went. I could have asked for a different location. I will next time should the same issue exist.
We had a great anniversary dinner at the bar with Mike. This is our absolutely favorite restaurant. I love the octopus and the fact they let me order it without the sausage!
Overall we were disappointed. The restaurant had a great ambiance and we were really excited for a unique meal. Instead we had below average food and sat underneath a leaking AC pipe. Water constantly dripped on us during dinner. Overall, we would only go back for the drinks, which were great.
Amazing server and somm
Loved everything but music was too loud for an easy conversation-
We love this place and consider it the best of the Castelucci group!
Good Stuff. Great service and an attentive staff. We were there on a Monday and we were seated under a drip from an air conditioner, they moved us with no problem. One of the dishes we ordered did not come out and when we let them know they brought it to us for free. That's good customer service! The wine by the glass list was great, I'm not sure if they had a more involved list or a som but that's ok for a Monday. Getting everything we wanted minus the wine cost about 35 a person. With the wine it was closer to 100.
Excellent food. Creative cuisine. Consistent quality.
Absolutely amazing all around! Creative and well presented small plates. Lovely cocktails. Desserts were stellar.
The food, cocktails, and the service were outstanding. Beautiful restaurant. Definitely made my birthday great!
The bartenders were awesome and Nick was very attentive . Great time, we’ll definitely be back.
Cooks and Soldiers is one of our family’s favorites for a special evening celebration or to meet up with friends. The flavors and offerings are always a treat and the quality of the personable and knowledgeable service makes it such a fun evening. The creative cocktails and homemade tonics are truly delicious. We took an old roommate from Boston whom we hadn’t seen in decades and were proud to have Cooks and Soldiers represent our great Atlanta cuisine. He loved it. We had fun testing and tasting and our server was a great asset with her knowledge and suggestions! Thank you! (During the meal, our Nashville based 24-year-old daughter saw where we were on Find My Friends. She texted us and said “HOW COULD YOU GO TO C&S WITHOUT ME?!!”) 😄
Great tapas. Good ambience. A little too loudly. Service was quick.
Great service! Food is AMAZING!
Atlanta has a large variety of fantastic cuisine but this place is definitely our new favorite. Absolutely worth getting a babysitter and makig the drive for.
Wonderful! Delicious, interesting cuisine and a stellar ambience. Will definitely go again!
This was my third visit and my wife’s first, by far this was my best experience here. I have been telling my wife for about 2 years how much I love this place, the cocktails are creative and delicious just as much as the food. Our service was top notch (Ryan waited on us), we wanted for nothing the whole night. Of our group, I was the only one to have been here so we were very diverse in our plate selections, the smoked sunchoke was a hit (I think we ordered three plates of it), along with carpaccio and a few other items. Go with confidence, this place is great! Cheers!
Two somms on hand? Yes, please. We live in California and are partial to the wine in our region. Loved taking an adventure into the extensive list of Spanish wines on the menu with the GM/sommelier... great price points and made our meal so enjoyable!
We love this place! Service is always outstanding both at the bar and at table. Cocktails are especially good and there is a good selection of beer too. Great for quick bite before a show or hanging out for awhile.
Great meal (have the duck confit tapas), lovely staff. We had a really nice time.
excellent as always; noisy but delicious, fun and lively atmosphere
we were there for a birthday celebration and it was wonderful! our server was great, the food was delicious, and the drinks were unique and tasty... would highly recommend!
We really our enjoyed our night at Cooks and Soldiers. The grilled cheese is a must. We also ordered the 1kg ribeye. It was good, but I have had better steaks in my life. We split it between 4 people and still had leftovers, but we had to try many of their small plates, too. We had doughnuts for dessert. They had some spice to them, so our table was split on liking them.
I can’t even begin to describe how delicious the food was. The dining room is well-decorated. I loved the lightning and chairs. We never got to the grilled meat to share, instead electing to order 8 small plates to share between the three of us. Service staff was on point!
Dined with a colleague on a business trip. Great variety of Tapas, some unique options, our waiter was well informed, helpful and provided great service. Highly recommend!
Great service and interesting flavor combinations. Always a favorite spot in Atlanta!!
Cooks and Soldiers was great always. Highlights were the cocktails, the meat and cheese board, the pork belly, and the Bone in Ribeye served family style. The only disappointment was the meatballs, as the nutmeg/other "sweeter" ingredient used was overpowering. The service was great and very attentive. I would recommend that every Atlanta resident eat at Cooks at least once, as it is worth the price.
Fabulous food and the drinks were amazing. Do get the desserts - yum
So unique and delicious! I ate many things I’ve never tried before and it was all amazing!
Fantastic Spanish/ Basque flavors, excellent service from Luis and Christopher is a knowledgeable and passionate somelier.
Thank you all; we will be back!
This was our first time dining at Cooks & Soldiers. Everything was fantastic. Our server made a few thoughtful recommendations, after she asked what we were most interested in trying & what we absolutely didn’t like. I really appreciated her insight but also she was just really fun & personable. I’d definitely return & have already highly recommended to a few friends.
Best service in town
