It was great, there was 9 of us the tree was beautiful. We were the only ones in the dining room which was surprising. The waitress was very good and helpful.

Dinner was good. We came for prime rib. After a drink at the bar, we sat down. Unfortunately, at 6:30, there was only one piece of prime rib left. 6:30. Not good.

Went with a group a couple weeks ago to check out Trivia night and have dinner. There were nine in our group and everyone enjoyed their meal and had a fun time playing trivia. We won actually 😊! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and efficient. We decided to go back and again all enjoyed our meals and had fun playing trivia. We will definitely be going back.

We enjoyed the Prime Sirloin Steak. It was tender and juicy and cooked as we had ordered. Our server, Sophia, was very efficient and very congenial. Will definitely visit again. The manager came by and asked how we enjoyed our dinner. He was very pleasant. It was easy to make reservations through Open Table.

Love eating outside with the beautiful views in the summer, but now that it’s fall we moved inside to the dining room for dinner on a Thursday night. The service could be improved, but the diverse menu options and quality of our dinners were excellent. Compliments to the chef on the Chicken Zachary!

Thursday, the evening my friend and I visited, was pasta night, so I decided against my intended burger order and opted for the pasta. It was prepared to order at a dining room buffet. The chef behind the buffet table accepted my request (challenge?) to prepare a pasta dish that would be elevated above typical local red-sauce joint offerings. He delivered wonderfully from a buffet of multiple possibilities. The flavors complemented each other for a truly exceptional pasta dish; a much better dish than I would have specified. The Thursday evening pasta buffet is $20 for all you can eat. The plate the chef prepared for me was plenty for me, so I didn't go back for seconds. My friend said his beerburger was cooked perfectly and he enjoyed its toppings. Unbelievably, in this age when we are surrounded by excellent craft breweries, the restaurant DIDN'T HAVE EVEN ONE, on tap or in bottle. The chef said this would change, but in the meantime . . . it's cheap, flavorless, characterless national beers, except for Sam Adams Seasonal, which isn't bad. The desserts were equally problematic: dry-as-dust carrot cake and thick-as-tar flourless chocolate cake. Both may have come from the local supermarket (days previously?) rather than fresh that day from the restaurant's kitchen. I recommend the Cooley Kill Restaurant for its Thursday pasta night, but don't expect a craft beer or a great dessert.

Would have been better to eat in the dinning room not the Bar. The Bar was to noisy. We were seated right next to the door leading to the patio. They pushed two tables for 4 together and the person where the tables joined had an uneven surface, Would have preferred a round table to seat the 5 of us.

The food, service and ambiance were great. We sat outside overlooking the greens. Music was playing in the corner and the service was great. My salmon was perfect. My husband’s burger was awesome and the drinks were great. Can’t wait to go back.

Once we received our food, it was very good. However, severely understaffed, and servers were inexperienced and couldn’t answer basic questions about menu and bar selections. I knew it was going to be a challenging evening when I had reservations for five, hostess sat us at a table for 4 and it was set for 3 people! I’m willing to try it one more time because of the ambiance and the food was good!!

We ordered drinks and two appetizers. The appetizers arrived in 20 minutes but the drinks took 1 hour and that was after us pestering them to bring them. The second round of drinks took 45 minutes. The waitress stopped twice to ask if there was anything else we needed and I told her once again that we were still waiting for our dinner order. The couple next to us stated it was the worst dining experience ever for them. We have similar bad service on our golf league night. Food is good but service is horrible.

My party of 6 went to their July 3 event. Waited a long time for drink orders, menus, and food order. The drink order for one of the members of my party took about 40 minutes. So, it was free. Nice except they didn't put alcohol in it. The fireworks were delayed 45 minutes. Wouldn't have started until 10pm. Too late for my group. We left without ever seeing them. They didn't even get the check right. Two extra dinners were on our tab. Very disappointing. Won't go there again.

My wife & I had dinner in a beautiful setting...we had burgers, beer & fish sandwiches...all very good! Our server was very efficient & very pleasant so no complaints in this category. Next time, now that I know the table layout on the patio, I will select a table away from the main dining room door...there was a very large wedding party that finished their dinner and came out on the patio which is fine. Next time I will pick a table more secluded. Great place for a relaxing dinner!

Great service and food! Had the short rib tacos and a salad with house made bleu cheese, both were delicious! My mom and sister also enjoyed their dishes very much, the crusted cod and fish sandwich! Would definitely go back when I’m in the area! The golf course is a beautiful view too especially at sunset!

I had the braised short ribs, The item description on the menu was "Short Ribs braised for 3 hours served with carrots, celery, and onions served over mashed potatoes" What I got was one rib that looked and tasted like it was cooked 3 days. No celery and no onions.
