    It appears Cooper’s Hawk doesn’t know how to schedule reservations. We arrived just before our 6:15 reservation and were told it would be a while. 40 minutes later I asked when we could expect to be seated and was told there were 5 other parties ahead of us and it was probably going to be 45 minutes or so. The hostess then stated that Open Table is the one that over reserved their restaurant. We won’t be trying to eat there again.

    Wonderful experience! Our server was professional, prompt, and extremely efficient. Combine that with a great bottle of house red wine and delicious food, it made for a perfect dinner.

    Our server was very attentive. We were not rushed and felt comfortable eating and socializing. It was a little loud because because the restaurant was at full capacity.

    Food was just ok. The veggies weren’t great at all and mushy. Definitely not a repeater for us. Our server was very friendly but I think the hostess was having a very bad day.

    Service was great! Curtis was very energetic and made sure we had everything we needed. Brought some friends for the first time and they enjoyed the food and wine.

    As usual the food was excellent, service was professional, friendly and well educated on wines and menu items. The atmosphere was perfect and would just like to say I enjoyed another meal at Cooper’s Hawk!

    Our waitress was great! Made sure my friend could get her gluten free food, very attentive! Best service ever! Portions seemed a little smaller than 4 months ago! Seemed like chicken Madeira and mashed potatoes were larger portions before and not much aspargus. But service made up for less food.

    Appetizers, wine and dessert were great. Dinner was disappointing, with polite but slow service. Very dark, had to use our phone lights to see the menus. I would come back for wine and appetizers but not dinner.

    My wife's fish was overcook so it was sent back. The replacement fish that came was also over cooked. In general I thought it was a little pricey for the food.

    Overall great time. Got in right at our reservation time, no waiting. Food was pretty good, wine was decent. Prices slightly high, but not terrible. Server was very good and kept our large party organized and moving at our pace.

    The restaurant is considered high end. The food was good, the service was not so good. When asked about the food, the waitress had to get the menu to tell us what the assortment was on the cheese plate. The food delivery person literally dropped the plates on our table. We did not complain, as our company was too shy to express themselves. The presentment overall was blase'.

    Fabulous night at Cooper’s Hawk. Started with a great wine tasting conducted by Alex in the tasting room. She was highly knowledgeable and professional, and guided us through some excellent wines, great job! We then had dinner and had excellent service from our server Brandi who was another fantastic professional. Can’t say enough about the top notch service we received from both the tasting room and the dining room. Kudos must also go to the kitchen staff. Seasonal Surf and turf was amazing.as was the Parmesan crusted Mahi Mahi. One of the best meals I’ve had at Cooper’s Hawk

    Service was very slow. Not sure if there were not enough wait staff or what, but took us a full two hours to order, receive our food, eat and be out the door.

    Really great experience overall. Friendly staff and good value for good food, only note is the women’s restrooms need repair. Two doors wouldn’t close.

    Pros: Very Nice Server, clean restrooms, nice ambiance. Cons: Very salty risotto, overcooked shrimp, questionable scallops, calamari like rubber bands, spaghetti and sauce nice ans hot but cool meatballs. Everything took a very long time to come out after ordering. Including drinks. For the price, I expect better food quality. At the very least, prepared properly.

    Val is excellent! He does things the others servers do not do. For instance, when we go there we always have to ask for gluten free bread first thing for my wife. In the last year…no server has said “oh let me get you the gluten free menu as well” until Val. Also we get the wedge salad every time…nice little touch when Val brought the pepper over and asked if we wanted some on the salad. Coopers Hawk Orange Village…listen to this. Val needs to train the rest of your crew…service is about the little details, and he crushes It. Food was food. Only nit-pick on the food is they use the same GF table bread as a GF sandwich Bun..? Get GF Buns please.

    Servers were excellent even though it was quite crowded. We were celebrating our 53rd anniversary and were presented with a flute of champagne for each. Appetizer of calamari was delicious and my husband raved about his trio of fillet medallions. We are definitely going back, lots of menu items we need to try.

    I recently signed up for Coopers Hawk wine club and I am pleased to say that this is one of the best decisions I have made thus far and here's why: The Wine tasting is key to selection of the perfect wines. I don't have to get a bottle of wine that I don't like. The Bartender especially "Larissa" Knows her wines and makes excellent suggestions. Best part the hostesses will save your reservation while you same wine. I am very happy with management and the staff. Thank you for empowering management as they are willing and ready to accommodate. The food is great thus far, I will circle back to the food as I want to explore more options on the menu. This is one of the best restaurants in my opinion and I hope to keep my membership for a long time.

    Didn't get food , took forever to get appetizers, don't believe waitor put order in people that came hour after us received their food, drink nasty, soup nasty etc only wanted burger never came.

    We sat in the bar area and I like the bar area cause it’s not as noisy and the service is always really nice. The bartenders were great very attentive. The brussels sprouts weren’t cooked all the way through. They were still very crunchy and somewhat raw which is the first time we’ve ever had that. Everything else was good

    This was the 1st time we were there on Thanksgiving holiday and they were extremely busy. Our server must have been new and I believe was overwhelmed w all of the people, crowds. Food arrived after an hour wait, which was highly irregular for Coopers Hawk, but it was a busy holiday. Food was excellent, well prepared, delicious. Perhaps way to many reservations were taken.

    The Thanksgiving meal was executed flawlessly and had all the holiday favorites. The wait time was acceptable, given the number of diners being served. Adam, the waiter, was extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated with the wait time for food.

    We’ve been here a couple of times, and it’s a pleasant experience. The last time was Thanksgiving, and the meal was reasonably priced and the food was good — especially the pumpkin cheesecake dessert!

    We were very pleased with our Thanksgiving meal at Cooper's Hawk. The only glitches were: One person in our party received her meal about 20 minutes after the rest of us did. Our appetizer also took about 40 minutes to come out. The waitress was terrific and so was the food - we will definitely return. A packed house and very busy kitchen led to just these few errors.
