This is the 2nd time we went there. First time outstanding. This time the martinis came out not icy cold like the first time. Salad was served the same time as the meal. The mahi mahi, which was excellent the first visit was overcooked, dry and had the consistency of chicken breast. Our drunken shrimp appetizer was excellent as it was before. Seemed our waitress was being spread to thin. Even though I remarked about the mahi mahi being over cooked we were not offered a refund although she did bring an extra wine sample. We did enjoy the truffles and expresso. We likely will not dine there again. Bad experience for what we paid.

The food is always great. The restaurant started picking up, so mid meal the service got a little slower. The noise level was up as well making dinner conversation a little more difficult.

We had our office Christmas party at Coopers Hawk. The staff were wonderful! Our waitress was awesome. She took great care of us and attentive to refilling drinks, etc. The food was amazing! Everyone liked their food and the desserts. Thanks for making our staff dinner a memorable experience!

Service was great. Food was tasty and a decent value for the price. The only thing that wasn't great was the tight fit between tables. Removing just one table from the floor area would be much more comfortable.

The floor was very slippery by our table and my friend almost fell but our server and our food was great. We did wine tasting before our meal and our wine expert V was great we enjoyed chatting with her.

This was our first time at Cooper's Hawk and we have zero complaints. The wine tasting while waiting for our table was an excellent addition to the experience. The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent.

I love that they opened up the back room for regular seating due to not having a party. The seats back in the room are so quiet. My husband and I didn’t feel like we had to talk loudly to hear each other. When we walked through the main dinning area the sound was so much louder. My server Abby saved the day. I was delivered the wrong meal, which I would not have minded eating, but she took it back to make sure it was gluten free. She brought me the correct gluten free meal and saved my evening from a “gluten attack” The food was amazing. I would pay for the recipes for their flavored oils and marinades for the crispy Brussel sprouts, the chicken gardenaria and the chicken Parmesan , especially the seasoning the the tomatoes. The back room atmosphere was perfect for quiet dinning.

Great experience. The only issue was for the first time we were told that some of our wine club benefits had expired. Previously, we had been told that benefits rolled over from month to month. The explanation from our waiter was not was not satisfactory

This was the first visit for all four of us, but the first opportunity we could get together. We all enjoyed the food, the service, and of course the wines. We will be back. I joined the wine club!

We have dined at this Cooper's Hawk several times. I always come away raving about my meals. Whoever the chef is, I hope he/she stays around for a long while. This is the biggest asset of this restaurant. Though a little bit on the expensive side, considering the quality, it does not seem unreasonable for the most part. I really like that they have many selections at different price points. Among the selections are what seem to me, healthy choices compared to many other restaurants. The decor is minimalist in design, but I personally like that. It is also is spacious. I was quite happy to notice that there was no loud music playing though soft Christmas music would have been fine. What I am not as enamored with: it is almost always chilly in the restaurant. Most people do not want to eat with their coats on, but sometimes it seems needed. And the other thing: We had reservations. Walked in to LOTS of empty places including some booths which we were wanting. The available ones were not reserved yet the hostess did not want to seat us in any of them. I would suggest that unless tables are being held for someone and a party requests to sit at one of those tables or booths, it would be far better customer service to let them do so. If the "unavailable" tables are due to spreading out servers so no one is overburdened -or whatever, I would suggest informing the customer that while they can sit there, it might be a wait due to the server being busy with other customers. Then the customer can make the choice. But to forbid them to be seated where they request does not seem very welcoming.

Celebrated our 31st anniversary. We are wine club members. Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted with Happy Anniversary wishes. We were taken to our table and given a card for our special occasion-such a classy touch. We celebrated with Blanc de Blanc bubbly and terrific meals. The restaurant and wine club our top notch.

This was my forth time at Cooper’s Hawk in Toledo. Each time was just as good as the last! The wine tasting is so much fun! The drunken shrimp appetizer is amazing, even the gluten free version! The braised short rib risotto…Amazing! Our new favorite place!!

Not busy at all when we got there but wanted to seat us way in the baby next to a large table. I said nope. We gave a reservation and I’m not sitting next to a big group. They get all the attention and are so loud.

We were seated in a wedged in 4 person table when there were plenty of intimate 2 person booths (it was our anniversary and we noted that in the reservation). Service was VERY slow. 15 minutes until first contact, took 25 minutes to get water. The last two anniversary dinners we received two truffles for dessert, nothing this time. The food was good, but service was poor.

Had a 6:30 reservation and arrived 10 minutes early. Table wasn’t available until 6:50. Restaurant was very busy but when you know that, management should have been better prepared! Guessing they overbooked and in doing so they caused undue wait time! Reservations should be reservations, if I would had been 15 minutes late they said they could cancel my reservation.

We had a reservation but it still a twenty minute wait. We were given free wine for our wait. The Thanksgiving menu was very tasty and more than I could eat. I was very pleased with our server and the other wait staff.

Turkey dinner was good, big portion. The stuffing was marginal not like Mom made. Not enough gravy and the pretzel bread was burnt. It was busy, but I still think the food delivery was slow.

This was our first visit to Cooper's Hawk. It was Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint! From the service to the food, our visit made Thanksgiving awesome! 2 of our party had the Thanksgiving menu and it was perfect! The other 2 of our party ate off the menu and loved their food. Our server was lovely and the cranberry Sangria was delicious! Highly recommend 👌

I made reservations for my son’s birthday. My husband ordered the fish and the entree came out and tasted like the meal sat under the heat lamp for a while . We felt rushed , the waitress seemed to be in a hurry. It was a Tuesday night , not even a weekend. My son ordered burgers med which came out well . Not sure if it was an off night , but very disappointed.
