    Running late is never fun but, the staff held our table. We celebrated our friends birthday and Spencer made the night perfect. He went above and beyond. Well done Cooper’s Hawk!

    About 15 minutes wait even with reservations. Could not sit outside without waiting a lot longer…Worth it though, service and food were spot on. Noisy, but a very nice restaurant with tons of drink choices and creative menu options

    Great food, service was lacking, the waiter helped others that came after us after only giving us our drinks and bread then another 40 minutes went by before we had to flag him down to take our order, it was semi busy but not crazy busy, would understand more if a lot of the table had people in them! But overall the Food made the night!

    Food is very good but the service is not. Our server was pleasant and polite but inattentive. We waited for everything except menus and water. I estimate that we were there at least 30 minutes longer than we needed to be waiting for drinks to arrive, to order food, and to get the bill. I don’t think we’ll be back.

    We became wine club members last month, and visited the Troy location to pick up our bottles and have dinner. Our server Alex was incredible. Very kind and treated us well. Thanked us many times for being members. Food and wine was fantastic. We will be back!

    2nd time here and food and service outstanding. 3 of us had the surf & turf. One had salmon. All good. Highly recommend. Con: quite noisy. It would help to work on acoustics so guests can enjoy conversation that is reasonable.

    The glazed salmon is a favorite and it did not disappoint, it was very delicious. The medallion with spinach mascarpone ravioli was the chefs special and it was amazing. Had the red wine of the month and we enjoyed that as well- we will be back soon.

    Seated in a high traffic, high noise area. Asked for better seating we could see, but were told not available. Several cocktails unavailable due to out of stock ingredients. very slow service. fish (Mahi) was overcooked, tough and stringy. We've had much better experiences previously, but this was a disappointment.

    My husband and I had an absolute awesome date night at CH. We made a reservation online and got there early and got sat earlier, which was great! Our server was so nice and knowledgable and she didn’t pressure us. We ended up boo sis the wine club for the value and we’re excited about it. The food though!!! The brussel sprouts were so good. Best we’ve ever had. I had the filet and it was perfection. We shared a bottle of wine and then got dessert. We can’t wait to come back. It was a perfect date night.

    Had reservation ahead at 8:30PM for 5. Gave table at 9:15PM. What is the purpose of reservation? Poor communication and lack of commitment from hosts who doesn’t seem to have any training. Highly disappointed being my first time and wont recommend.

    The food is mediocre and over priced. I’ve been there twice with the same experience. The food is too salty. The presentation is nice but it doesn’t matter if it’s too salty. I really wanted to believe it was me but it was the same problem with the short ribs and the chicken picatta. The seafood bisque was really good. The service was good and accommodating. People seemed to enjoy the wine tasting. I don’t have to return because my main goal is to enjoy the food.

    Sage is an absolutely wonderful waitress. She was so sweet and took really good care of us and the tables around us who were quite demanding. This visit; my sister and I tried the specials of tuna crudo, ribeye with ravioli, rose wine, and banoffee dessert. We also had our favorite crispy Brussels sprouts, vegetable goat cheese flatbread, dirty nasty martini, pear martini, and the s’mores budini. I got a salad and chicken e grill carry out for my husband. The food is always consistent. The apps are usually very filling and flavorful but the entrees leave much to be desired. We love having apps, drinks, and desserts at coopers hawk.

    We went for Mother's Day. We did this before, and we've been there a few times before. Something was amiss in the kitchen, what we don't know. Our waiter seemed just a tad off as well, but we took it as being a VERY busy day. Ordered our appetizers, a bottle of wine and a soda. All was good, everything came in a reasonable time. Appetizers were spot on! Then we waited...and waited...and waited. Our waiter came by and having cleared dishes from our table already (from the appetizers) had asked "Did you get your appetizers?". So he got confused. He ran back to the kitchen and came back to say "it was coming soon". 5 more minutes, and he went back again, and again, said "soon". About 5 minutes later servers came to drop off our food. My son's burger was done medium, not medium rare (but was still VERY good). My mom's salmon was well done (we ordered it medium), and her steak medalions were missing their topping. They forgot the asparagus for my wife. This was NOT on our waiter, this was 100% KITCHEN. Whoever was verifying platting missed this. Servers don't do this, and our waiter isn't the one dropping off food. We explained what happened, he offered up to replace the platings. We declined and finished our meals. They did take the appetizers off the bill in compensation. We will go back, but it seems they were very overwhelmed for Mother's Day. BTW: My Tuna was PERFECT. Quick sear on the outside, and raw and cold in the middle. PERFECT. Food tasted great as always, just a few hic-cups.

    We enjoyed a Mother's Day dinner at my favorite restaurant, which did not disappoint. Despite the busy atmosphere on this rather important day, we were made to feel welcome and received excellent service. The bar even mixed up a special cocktail for me, which was really special.

    Service was absolutely terrible. Waited over an hour for entrees to be served even though people that arrived after us received there food and completed their meal prior to us being served. Waitress never checked in our meal after it was served.

    I reserved a table for 5 but 2 more guests was invited and I had no problem telling the server and she accommodated them and added 2 more chairs to our table. However out of the 7 it was my first time there and the food, wine, atmosphere, ambiance, and pleasantness of the servers was excellent. I will definitely revisit and thank you for a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner and Cooper’s Hawk is on my list of recommendations.
