    Our server was excellent. The food was okay! Our drinks were okay. Everything was Tasty overall. My salmon could have been more flavorable but it was still good. I will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu!

    Celebrating with friends 10 year anniversary and 25 anniversary for us My waitress wasn’t super knowledgeable on wine from our wine club I ordered filet which I normally order salads. My filet was so over cooked Very disappointed I ordered medium. Took a while to get it Recooked but the problem then was the manager brought it back to table myside entree’s were cold, the manager then reached over my husband’s lap and got juice from steak all over my husband’s Lululemon pants She didn’t offer any compensation Brought bill with and charged me the 50$ for my steak twice on my bill Took 3 try’s correcting bill to finally get it fixed Our guests used a gift card to pay They brought it back to table and said it hadn’t been activated Luckily we laughed it all off But, I’m not sure I’ll be running back And canceling wine club for sure Sad cuz sometimes it’s wonderful It’s spotty service I’ve found

    First we sat at our table for about 15 minutes before someone waited on us. Then the table was very wobbly. When my sister cut the bread, my drink spilled. I mentioned that to the waitress and she put a stack of napkins on the table. I asked if she could have Nick the manager come to the table. He never showed up.

    The ambiance is always great at CH…nothing different there. The staff was warm and friendly…working together and working hard. Things seemed to be running very smoothly from a guest’s perspective. We had a 7:15pm reservation and arrived around 7:25pm due to a little congestion on the road. We still had to wait about 15 mins for a table but it’s wasn’t a huge deal. Our server was kind & warm but was hard to find at times. She came to the table three times and left our neatly stacked dirty dishes sitting there…at a two top table. Our waters ran empty for awhile. Waiting for to-go sauces took 15 mins. While we had a lovely experience…we could’ve been out of there 20-30 mins sooner if our server was more efficient with her steps. She was a LOVELY PERSON…please do not get me wrong. She attended to our needs but she seemed weeded. As far as the meal is concerned, my husband and I both had the Thanksgiving Dinner. The butternut squash soup was the surprise of the meal for sure. It was like comfort in a bowl. It was delicious and just the right amount too. Pretzel bread is always delicious. The Thanksgiving plate could use a little presentation work but my biggest issue was that the stuffing just looked like dog food in appearance…luckily it tasted AMAZING. The roasted carrots and green beans were okay. They needed TONS more seasoning. The green beans were boring and there weren’t very many of them compared to the amount of carrots. The mashed potatoes were mashed potatoes…nothing special there. Good but standard. The amount of meat given was great! There was a nice 60% white meat/40% dark meat combo that I really appreciated. The gravy needs to be on the side and there should be MUCH MORE than was given. But the biggest issue was the fact that the veggies were cold and everything else was lukewarm. None of our meal was hot…it was barely warm. Overall, it was a tasty plate but definitely needs more seasoning for the veg and a huge temperature lift.

    Great menu, so many choices for vegetarians and meat eaters. Staff were all very friendly. Didn’t feel rushed and service was paced well between appetizers and main meals.

    Service was great. Ordered surf and turf. Fish was delicious. Pork was overdone a lot. In fairness waiter did ask if we wanted to complain to management and we said no. Wasn’t looking necessarily for a discount just wanting better food.

    We were seated at our reservation time (3pm) but it took a while for a waitress to come. I felt a little rushed. We didn’t yet receive our soup and the main course came out. Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner was delicious but the portion was huge. I took at least half home. I like the option of having a senior portion but that usually is not an option. I just don’t eat that much and often it is not feasible to take left overs home. Granted it was Thanksgiving Day and busy so it seemed a little more hectic than usual. Don’t let my comments deter you. It is a great restaurant so give it a try and judge for yourself.

    Server (Angela) made the experience! Attentive, personable, and overall AWESOME! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday - in no hurry, enjoying the wine and conversation. Our server was perfect … we never felt hurried or forgotten which can be tough to balance. She is special and made our night perfect!

    The food and the server were great. But there was 1 thing that occurred that left quite an impression. Walked up to the front counter (the counter just before the dining room). There were no other customers around. Just me and my friend on one side of the counter, and the maitre d on the other side. The hostess then was behind the counter, then a server was behind the counter, then another server. We literally stood there for 5 minutes. At 1 point there were 4 employees behind behind the counter. Not at 1 point did any one of them either make eye contact with us, much less acknowledge our presence. Very off-putting. For 5 whole minutes to go by while standing at the counter, and to have that occur, almost makes you feel invisible. I actually almost left because of it. But finally, the maitre d, asked quietly "can I help you". But, overall, I'm glad I stayed, because the rest of the experience was great.

    The ambiance was very nice, our food was delicious and our server was great. Our bread did come out after we had already eaten our salads and our server didn’t know that you can’t substitute a surf in the surf in turf (& have two surfs), but she made great recommendations for our meal. We will be back!

    The temps on my mahi dish was mixed. Cold veg and potato. Hot mahi but over cooked. All other dishes were great. Bisque was awesome. Picatta as well

    I am a Celiac who loves the many gluten-free options offered at Cooper Hawk. From the delicious bread and butter and the start of the meal, the main course and desserts available. Always the best meal I have ever eaten regardless of which location I have visited.

    I truly believe all of the customers should try the Dana’s crusted Parmesan chicken with the Betty potatoes, garlic green beans were delicious. Including the roasted veggies and the goat cheese flatbread was so delicious with bubbly rose'

    I like that they have a gluten free menu and are accommodating with substitutions as needed. The wine tasting is fun before dinner and generous pours are provided. My husband had surf and turf which was $43, the beef medallions were well done instead of medium rare, but the grouper was good. Mary’s mashed potatoes were tasty. And lastly, the chocolate truffle for dessert was the perfect ending. Monique was a very attentive and friendly waitress. I like that I can reserve for two on Open Table.

    Joining the wine club was an excellent decision a year ago. We have enjoyed it every other month gives us a bottle for dinner and a bottle to take home. We have made this a routine and we look forward to it every time the food, and the service are outstanding.

    Very great for Date night/Birthdays. Server was amazing! Food was ok the steak was extremely tough. Next time I come I would get a sandwich or a burger. Wine was perfect!

    Waiter was great and we definitely needed our Open Table reservation because it was crowded and lively! Gave four stars this time only because my mahi mahi was a bit overcooked and dry, would not recommend. My husband loved his pasta.

    I loved my beef dinner with 3 steak medallions and 3 different flavorful toppings. My two friends who are gluten free loved the GF menu too! Will be back the next time I come to this part of the country.
