   The food was excellent as always. Service was a bit slow and there several inaccuracies with the bill. This is my first time having a less than excellent experience at Cooper's Hawk. I'll still be back.

   The food was sub par this time and the portions seemed smaller for the cost. The service was just ok and I didn’t feel like a valued guest when speaking with management about the presentation and portion size. My discount was also not granted for the wine club.

   Very nice restaurant. We arrive 30 minutes early which was just enough time to do wine tasting. The food was delicious. The staff was excellent. The ambiance was awesome. I can't wait to go back.

   Our server provided horrible customer service. Also, her appearance was not what I’d expect at a restaurant of this caliber. Her hair was uncombed and sticking out all over the place. She couldn’t provide any details regarding any menu items. She didn’t apologize for, or acknowledge forgetting things we requested. She infrequently visited our table. It was also our anniversary, which was noted on the table card when we were seated, but she didn’t even wish us a happy anniversary. The entire experience would have been much better if we’d had the server who attended the table next to ours. I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk before and the experience was delightful. I was surprised they’d allow such poor quality in customer care.

    It's a larger restaurant and so it's noisy. The food was good. The service was okay. I prefer the grand rapids/Kentwood location for ambiance, noise level and especially service. Food was similar.

    I wouldn't have minded if the food came out a little hotter. I had the short ribs. They were very good, could have used a little larger portion. I had the s’more budino for dessert that sounded a lot better that it was. It was shockingly powdery and overpoweringly sweet without a real depth of flavor. Stay away from that one. I consider 4 starts very good as the scale indicates. For 5 starts, someone would have had to walk on water. People over use them

    Ordered the lobster and filet chef recommendation dinner. Lobster being fried was unexpected. Steak was over cooked tremendously. Server Ryan was outstanding. He was kind and on top of it. Amazing service.

    This was our first time. We were all pleased with the large selection of diverse options. The had a variety of wines that the menu offered recommended pairs with the food. Each item we had provide please an flavors. The service was attentive and created an enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to our next visit to taste some of the other available selections.

    Very loud in the main dinning room. The design of the booths facing outward blasts the people sitting in the middle. People were having a great time. The hostess immediately noticed how loud it was and quickly moved us to the bar. Outstanding service and a wonderful ambiance. We’ll be requesting bar seating in the future.

    Going here for the first time I can say that the service was excellent, waiter was great, food was amazing, music choice was perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try something new, go out of a date, go wine sampling, etc. etc.

    It was our first visit. The wine bar and dining areas were bustling. Our reservation was honored without any wait. We enjoyed two generous samples of wine before deciding which one to order. The house red blend was tasty and full bodied. The fish dinner we both ordered was plentiful and side substitutions were allowed. Our waiter was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable.

    We had good food and conversation all evening. We all absolutely loved Joshua and the service he gave us. He was aware and attentive. We never had to ask for refills over the course of the evening and as we conversed over the course of the night he consistently checked in even after we had finished our dinners. We were very pleased.

    What's left to say after clicking all of the 5-Star check-marks? Well, our Culinary Guide Carl, pushed our dining experience "over the top". He not only knew the entire menu and wine list, but he also knew a lot about the other things that revolve around a good dining experience, such as good liquors, the local area and more. His sense of humor was great too. When our party of four's meals were ready, his "accomplice" joined him in cheerfully setting everything in place. Then, he checked in regularly to ensure that our dining experience was enjoyable. The ambiance was nice too and we did not feel rushed to leave. Bravo!

    The service was not the greatest. Our waiter was not attentive and didn’t even come check on us after our food was delivered to the table. Whoever was cooking was clearly not used to using sea salt or Himalayan salt. Everything had entirely too much salt with the exception of the bisque. This was the second time we had a bad experience here. We said we’d give it one more time and if there’s no change then we won’t be coming back.

    This is the first time where my experience was anything beyond great the host and the manager at the Troy location was extremely rude and very much so dismissive. However our server Nadia was amazing she truly turned a horrible experience around for us all.

    Even with reservations, I had a 20-minute wait to get seated. I was very courteous to our waitress the entire evening. But she was extremely rude and had the look on her face that she didn't want to be there. I was double charged for food orders, not discounted for our wine being a club member, and my Loyalty Rewards were not applied to my bill. Poor rude service is a way to kill a good restaurant. Pay your employees well and get rid of the problem ones.
