They could do better and getting the various food around faster. Thought we were brought the same cheese steak each time.

Was in there for 40 minutes before we even had a drink or any food served. Also they are extremely slow now bringing the meats compared to the past. Half the time you have to flag them down for the meats or no one will even bother coming by. Our waitress wasn't great but we did not get value at all for the cost as I said before they barely came around with meats at least to our table. I would not go back. Tauro Brazilian Steakouse is a much better option

The food was great and came quick. The service was okay up until the last hour or so. It took over 30 minutes for desert to come, as well as asking for the bill three separate occasions. If it wasn’t for the last hour where the service went from okay to bad I’d say it was a great experience.

Went to copacabana for my girlfriend’s birthday. Our server Kris was amazing and so was all the other staff. There were a lot of reviews that I read before going to copa and I can confidently say that the negative reviews were put to rest from our experience. Value is worth it. We will be returning.

What a fun experience! Servers were fantastic and attentive. The samba dancers were amazing and very professional. Food tasted great and side dishes came out fast. We arrived at 5:30 pm and two hours seating time was perfect, we did not feel rushed. We’ll be back again!

I’ve been a regular at Copacabana for years, but this was my first visit to this location, and I’m unsure if I’ll return. The Vaughan location has always been excellent. Unfortunately, at this location, several menu items were unavailable, and the service was slow. We had to wait nearly an hour just to get the picanha, which was disappointing.

Our waitress did not check up on us frequently enough. The 2nd half of our meal they stopped coming by our table with meats and only 1 of our food requests came out. We came at 830, the meats stopped showing up after 9:07. Around 9:40 we had to wave them over to serve us. We didn’t get a refill once and we had to ask the hostess that was cleaning the table next to us. We sat right next to the bar at 8:30pm September 18. Please check your camera footage to see how often we were eating. We were at the Vaughan location 2 weeks ago and did not have any of these issues.

Great food, very friendly servers. Would recommend to any steak lover out there wanting to try a variety of flavour combinations. Great atmosphere too.
