The meats (selection and taste wise) were great, sides were probably good as well, had we gotten all that was ordered - some sides literally never arrived to the table. Meat servers were the best, however the lady (Kenia, I believe), that was supposed to serve us , was no where to be found, and when she popped up-was quite rude. I guess that’s what happens when the gratuity is pre-included in the price

Party of 6 that enjoyed a birthday party. Our first time there and would go back. Was not happy only with the waitress services. The food servers were friendly and always around. The service from start to end were not a par. Slow and several issues of not getting our side dishes till much later, through us all off. We just ate meat for awhile then finally some side dishes came out. If we didnt stop the waitresses, we be waiting even longer. The noise level is a bit too high. Cant really chat together. We still go back there. Food was good and having an all inclusive option, that was turn on. I will try again and update this. If better, I will post a better review.

Managers here need to be replaced. They over book reservations to the point that there was no point of making a reservation in the first place. We had a reservation for 8:15 but didn’t get seated until 9:50. The entire time we waited in the entranceway packed in like sardines with other people also waiting for to be seated. There were probably about 50-65 just waiting in the entranceway the entire evening. It was absolutely crazy and severely disappointing.

We booked a table at 8:00 pm for 4 people. We got there around 7:55, when we walked in there was at least 20 people waiting. I later found out that they have reservations. Around 8:20 I asked them when can I be seated, they said you still have to wait they still have to sit the 7:45 people first. The reservations are way out of their capacity, I got seated around 9:00, this is so ethical to charge for reservation and don’t have the table ready!

Great place to dine in. the only unfortunate part is the RESERVATIONS process. If you arrive for rush hour, be prepared to wait ! Reservation was made for 8pm and we got seated until 9PM standing around among a crowd of people also waiting around. One employee admitted owner prefers to over book reservation for the business but it hurts the hostesses as they have to scramble around while dealing with customers getting annoyed of the disorganization. It’s not a cheap place, the least you expect is prompt service. Not impressed with the wait game but after that yes, the food quality is there. Dancers were friendly and entertaining so that was a +. Would recommend if you are ready to stand around and wait. Reserve after their peak rush! 9 pm onward.

We came to Copacabana to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. We made a reservation for 7pm and we were not seated until after 8pm. There was a huge line up at the door with many people reserved for 7pm. It was chaotic and the hostesses did not have any information about when we would be seated. The food and entertainment was good. Our servers were good, except we did not get offered all the items on the menu ie shrimp. Waiting over an hour for a table, with a reservation was unacceptable and unexpected (it was our first time at this location) and we will not be attending this location again. I would recommend Copacabana BUT not this location.

Thought it was a different environment that we went to before- 2 levels we previously attended. But we made it work. The noise level was very high- loud and hard to converse with each other. There was only one dancer and it was later than expected. We were abit disappointed with that. Good & service was good.

The price for food was great. The service was poor for 6:30pm with only 8 tables occupied. Ordered a bottle of wine that didn't come until an hour into eating. The wait staff barely visited our table and those that did were not fazed that someone's hair was baked into the mashed potatoes. I lost my appetite and stopped eating within the first 30 minutes, after pulling the hair from my mouth. My friend enjoyed the rest of the meat they brought over. Their cornbread is always amazing!! The staff carrying the meat were very polite.

Service was slow. I ordered sides when we arrived and one of them didn’t come until we were nearly done with our meal. We ordered another side half way through our meal which also took a very long time. The drinks were also just as slow. I saw my drink at the bar, for a while before it was brought over. The food was very good. And they made an effort for the birthday celebration which was appreciated. The staff were friendly and the bathrooms were clean.

We went to Copacabana to. Celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Didn’t see much of the entertainment that is posted online. The all you can eat and drink price was reasonable except that you had to request food and drinks often. Service could be better.

Service was super slow. Had to ask the guys coming around with the skewers to get our server a couple of times. Food was good but if you want the pricier things on the menu you need to ask for them because they don’t voluntarily bring them around. Like the shrimp.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Considering we paid over 200 dollars for horrible service. We asked for a Caesar salad that never arrived, our wine sat on the bar for half of our dinner, and we couldn’t hear a single thing the entire time the mist was so incredibly loud. The atmosphere was so cheap and tacky it seemed like you were in a club. This was for an anniversary dinner and it ruined our anniversary and we paid 267 dollars for such a small amount of food. Also a 18% automatic tip is ridiculous, no wonder our server didn’t care if she gave us good service or not. The food one really good but was completely ruined by everything else.

Service was horrendously slow. We ordered drinks and it took over half an hour and 2 follow up requests to get the first round. Immediately ordered the second round and it took another half an hour to receive them. It also took over 25 minutes for our server to come back to take our orders for side dishes. The music was good but super loud so it was difficult to have any conversation. It was also super hot and stuffy in the restaurant and we went on a cool fall night. On the plus side, the food was tasty for the most part and the cornbread and cheese buns were piping hot.

terrible service. started to bring the meats while server was taking our appetizer & sides order. Once we got our sides the meat stopped coming. Rude and inpatient service staff. Been to the Adelaide location and never had these issues before. Overall there are better places to spend $1000 with 9 people than this place.

First at this location but not my first time at this restaurant. I generally like it, absolutely love being served fresh hot food. My only complaint is we're often given the same items over and over; flank steak round after round. It'd be nicer if servers rotated the offerings more regularly. We didn't get pineapple served once, nor shrimp, piri piri wings and a few other items; all these items were served to tables nearby. Concept is great but I'd appreciate more thought in serving guests all available items instead of repeating the same item over and over.

The food was ok but the service, especially the waiters, were extremely unprofessional. They don’t care about you and you have to wait for them forever. You order something if you are lucky to catch any waiter but then again, wait forever for your order (e.g. sides or salad)

With reservation we waited 30mins. And then I reserved a date specific to a promotion but when I arrived they said it changed dates. There was no indication stating that it was going to change days either. A pretty small establishment compared to the previous to Toronto location

I received an email on Oct 19 that advertized all you could eat and drink every fri/sat after 9pm. I made a reservation on Oct 20 for November 10 at 9pm but when I sat down at the table I was told that promo had expired and wouldn't be honored, but that we could have one free drink. I looked at the email p and no where does it say it is a limited time promo. This is a case of blatant false advertizing and should have been honored.

Everything was great. Only thing I’d comment on is that service was super slow and we had to wait over 15min past our reservation time to be seated. It’s definitely not the same experience as the original Adelaide location, but was still good.

Good food too crowded we were stuck in a corner and while there was live entertainment, half our group could not see it. Music was good but nightclub LOUD. To the point you could barely hear anyone at your table. Server could not even hear us. Repeating order and forgetting items, Requests for some items came and went. Unfortunately, while food was fresh and good, I would recommend other places at the price point of the establishment.

We were often over looked when it came to the food as there were alot of large table parties around us. We went 20 minutes without being offered anything while a lot of food was coming out of the kitchen. For the price service needs too be better so tables are always being offered something.

If you've never been a Brazilian style steak house before, it's definitely an experience. I've done two different versions of this now and had a good time overall. It's not a restaurant I'd visit frequently, you definitely overeat (because it just keeps coming without you having to do anything) and its a bit pricey. But it's a fun experience for friends / family. Overall the service was amazing, very prompt and attentive - we never waited long for anything, including the bill when we were ready, which was awesome. The food is definitely good, 4/5 - tasty, flavorful, and plentiful. For the flat rate of $75 all the meat/sides you want are unlimited. Some of the meat was more fatty/grisly so a warning there. No stand out negatives though. The pineapple is amazing. The drinks were good - but very ice heavy so they seemed larger than the amount of liquid actually in there. The atmosphere is loud like any restaurant these days - we went at 5PM on a Saturday and it was quiet - but I gather they really get going later in the evening or on the times when they have life music / dancers. That's not a negative for me as most of that stuff is irritating rather than enjoyable personally. Overall, if you want to stuff your face with barbecue that's not your typical "smokehouse western BBQ style" then come and have fun! Finally if I didn't mention it earlier, the concept here is different meat just keeps coming to your table, you don't have to ask or order it, it just appears and is served to you. Sides are delivered as you ask for them (decent amount of options too) - so just sit back, loosen your pants, and enjoy :).

We went on Nov 3rd, 2023. Our server explanined how everything works and got our drinks and sides to is. The guys walking around with the meat, fish, and the yummy grilled pineapple were all so nice. Loved the music that was being played. A dancer would come out every so often, and would dance around the restaurant. I loved my experience at Copacabana
