    The food was flavorful however the steak was cold and the service was very slow we had to go looking for the server twice he was extremely friendly but it seemed like his workload was too much from bartending to leaving the bar to serve tables.

    Great ambiance, nice decor, comfortable seating, our server Julia was fantastic, the food was great, for the ahi tuna, carpaccio, N.Y. Strip and the Rib Steak, all prepared flawlessly.

    Mark our server was exceptional! Food was outstanding. Wine list wonderful. They only thing we thought to be "off" was the large TVs on the wall. It just didn't seem to fit the vibe.

    The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional with their service. The quality of the food was excellent (the prime rib was done to perfection). As far as steakhouses go, the pricing was very reasonable. Second time there and it was equally as good as the first time.

    Wonderful service by all employees especially Enrique! His guidance on wine was spot on. Unhurried attendance was so relaxing. Stayed for after dinner tea and could have stayed longer in this comfortable atmosphere.

    Wan't bad, but not comparable to other steakhouses (ie: The Keg). Food wasn't any better than what I could cook myself. Steak was cooked correctly, but not served hot. Staff and server were friendly and helpful.

    A lovely restaurant. Great food, and excellent service. A little too bright but that didn’t detract from a fun evening. And they made my son, who was celebrating his birthday, feel super special.

    Came here for a birthday dinner. My partner and I had a lovely time! Enrique was our server and had amazing recommendations which did not disappoint . 10/10 would recommend for special celebrations

    Absolutely fantastic restaurant. This was our second time and it was amazing. The servers are very knowledgeable and will assist you with any questions. The food is all 5 star. All the staff are amazing. Special thanks to Enrique for making our dinner memorable. Looking forward to our next meal.

    Dined on Saturday October 15. Had the Gnocchi. It was delicious. It was quiet and slow (only a handful of tables), and it gave my family a sense of intimacy. Stay away from the sea bass (salmon mousse). My mother said it was tasteless. I felt the value for money was fantastic. Would go again.

    Dinner was fantastic, we notified the business and the waiter of my wife’s birthday, and nothing was done to acknowledge it or make her feel special, little disappointed as we spent over $250 here

    First time eating here,and I must say it was the best dining experience.enrique was our server,and he made the experience memorable.the food was perfect,I ordered the prime rib and it was delightful 😊..I will definitely be returning. It is true-this place is a dining experience. Best steak house in Durham.

    It was overall a very pleasant experience but I think there should be a dress code as some guests were wearing shorts and baseball caps etc. wish the food could could been a bit hotter. It was kind if lukewarm.

    Our waiter Enrique was very professional and a pleasure. I had the Peaches and Cream Risotto with Scallops and Shrimp, with the recommended wine, it was perfect! My husband had the Chicken, it was wonderful. The lava cake was ok. The only thing I would change about the restaurant is how bright it is, too much light from outside and does not make you feel cozy or romantic, they need to shade the windows as you feel too exposed to properly enjoy your meal.

    Amazing food and service. The lamb was a little pricey at $75 but it was really good. If you are looking to treat yourself, then this is a great place to go.

    Our family of 7 went to Copperhorn Meet House Pickering last night Sun Sep 10 and had an amazing time. We started with some delicious appetizers; a dozen fresh oysters, mushroom soups and the Asian beef salad. My mom and wife had the braised beef rib special, son had porterhouse steak, daughter and sisters had the rib steak and I had the lamb chop special. We also shared some Risotto with Shrimp and Scallops. The food was spot on and cooked to perfection(Compliments to the chef!!! Keep serving this amazing food as you never disappoint!!!). We finished our meals off with some dessert; carrot cake, New York cheesecake, apple crumble tart and chocolate lava cake. There's nothing more enjoyable than sharing some memories and laughter with family while enjoying a scrumptious dinner. We had a great time and really enjoyed all the food. The host who greeted us was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The biggest thank you for this night that made it really special for us was the wait staff. Mikhail, Rowena and Gina greeted us with smiles and are the most friendly and hard working people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They always treat us like a part of the family every time we dine there. They know the menu and pay very close attention to detail as my son has allergies to nuts. I will definitely come again many more times with family and friends. Thanks again staff at Copperhorn in Pickering.
