   The food overall was acceptable but the wait staff was slow and not very attentive. We split the bill with two friends; our waitress mistaking charge our card twice instead of charging our friend for their meal. Lastly, we saw a mouse in the restaurant Not a great experience.

   The atmosphere at Corella was quite nice and the food and drinks were decent. However, the service was lousy. It took forever to receive our drinks even though Corella was not overly crowded. In addition, we ordered several appetizers and were there for a few hours. The waitress did not clear the dishes and our table looked like a medieval feast.

   Lounge rather than restaurant (order at cashier and they bring food). Very good quality food and good service. As with most hotel offerings, prices are relatively high for what you get (my sandwich was $14).

   I hate to think I’m wasting more time on this place by writing a review, but it was that bad. We went for Valentine’s Day because it looked cute and they had a prefix menus that looked good. It started by not finding our reservation, but it not being an issue since there were plenty of tables … so why even mention it?! We were there for over an hour and a half, getting our order taken 30 mins in, getting only our drinks and apps (which were cold), and never getting our main course or desserts. I mean, it’s a prefix menu … like how are you not prepared for that? We asked the manager for our check and they disappeared for 10 mins before returning to reset a table across from us, no check in sight. We finally got our check from the third waitress we talked to that night. To put it in perspective the bar was able to serve three rounds of a full bar of people with food & drinks in the amount of time we sat there. As we left it took everything in me not to warn the people waiting to just turn around now.

   Where do I begin? Corella is located off of the lobby of the AC Hotel in Bethesda. The interior is nice. Super large ornate chandeliers hang from the ceiling, very cute outdoor and indoor seating. There is a large bar in the middle of the room where most patrons sat. My friend and I decided to sit at one of the plush sofa tables off to the side of the bar. Right away the bartender, Adam came over to give us menus and ask about drinks. I ordered a glass of Cava and my friend the avectini. We placed a few dishes to order (calamari, quesadilla & paella) and we were off to a good start. Things got off the rails a little bit after. Once our food came out, we began to dig in. All of it very delicious (Definitely order the paella). However, as we were dining and chatting a homeless man approached our table and began to harass me. I asked him to walk away but did not feel safe at all as he walked to the seating in the lobby and stared at me from across the room. I give large kudos & appreciation to Adam for coming over to make sure I was okay and for getting staff to come. He is a gem. One of his coworkers though, is not. I wish I would’ve gotten his name; however while Adam was off getting some help, the gentleman came to the table and asked if we needed anything. I said no and if people were allowed to just walk in. He made a snarky remark to me with a tone before even inquiring about my question saying that the establishment is a hotel and anyone can walk in. Luckily Adam walked over and stated I had been harassed hence my question. The other gentleman proceeds to now become apologetic and say he didn’t know (because Adam backed me up) Adam doted on us the entire night after. Making sure we felt okay and even standing beside me when the guy re-entered the hotel. Again, I can’t sing his praises enough. This establishment could be great if it were not for the allowance of homeless people to enter and harass its patrons. Can’t say I’ll be back.

We do agree with you he is a Gem. We do take the security of our facility very serious. We were able to engage with the local police and this person has been arrested for issues he has caused in the area.

   In search of a chill vibe to catch up with a friend or a nice date night, Corella Cafe and Lounge is the place for you. Stopped by on a Saturday night around 6, and it was the perfect spot for me. It was beautiful inside, chill vibes, no crowd, the noise level was low, plenty of seating, and the bartender was amazing. S/o to William!! He was so attentive, funny, and made awesome recommendations, and even gave us some background on the lounge. 👏 The place is so pretty; it has plenty of spots for cute photo ops. Food: 9/10 Ambiance: 10/10 (If you’re looking for a nice, chill vibe) Drinks: 10/10 Service: 10/10

   Nice open space. Not crowded Thursday at 6:30pm. Hotel is more full on Monday, Tuesday nights. Good flatbread and grilled tuna salad. Not sure if Opentable credited my account, but will check.

   They were closed for a private event, but never called to cancel our reservations. We got there and were told we couldn’t eat because of the event and had to go walk around to find a different restaurant. It looks like a cool restaurant, but really bad management to not even tell us that our reservation is cancelled.

   This place was GREAT! It’s connected to AC Hotel so you will see a few people with their luggages..etc. some people will hang out there to work as well. I went for my birthday dinner with a few close friends and it was amazing! The small appetizers were DELICIOUS and tasteful. I ordered the Grilled Bistro Fillet steak and it was worth every penny. So tender and juicy, and they serve it on top of mash potatoes and string beans. We ordered half of the appetizer menu, and all 3 of the desserts (tres leches and cheesecake was bomb!). We enjoyed it. Our server BRI was very kind, and amazing! We stayed extra long to lounge around, and she was so sweet. Please come see her, and the food, and EVERYTHING! It was delicious and worth it.

    Brand new hotel Cafe and lunch. Came here for happy hour. I saw a few attractive deals. Came again for breakfast the next morning and they were backed up with people and had slow service. Once they add additional help, that should assist. The food was pretty good.
