    We enjoyed our meal. The waitress Katlynd was excellent. Food was delicious. I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it was quite filling. We were in a private room and it was quiet where we could talk and enjoy each other's company. It's a great place to eat, visit, celebrate a special occasion. We've been there several times and will be back.

    The food was good not great. I decided on the brownie for dessert and it was hard as a rock, the only thing that helped was the ice cream on top. It was hot inside and the tables are so close together that you couldn't hear the people at your own table talk.

    Took 45 minutes to get 2 hamburgers and a chicken sandwich and there was almost nobody in the place ... 12 people. Server was attentive so not his fault. Food was good when it got there but to sit for almost an hour ...

    The steaks we ate was a poor cut had alot od fat and uneatable parts. Out of 2 New York strips you could of made half of one that we could not eat. For us thus will be are only visit.

    I have eaten here many time , and the experience ranged fro great to poor. Tonight’s experience was the worst. The food was bad, the service was worse, and the noice was louder than a Mac Donald’s playground. We sat at a 4 top and couldn’t even hear each other. We couldn’t wait to leave. It makes me sad, since the venue itself is great.

    Went for my fiancés birthday, we were r get we timed nicely at the door but the waiter was doubling as bar back and took forever to come to our table. Didn’t acknowledge the birthday we said we were there for. Food was average and not worth the price. We drove all the way up from Kyle. Won’t be back.

    Food was delicious, from the beer cheese to the steaks. The veggies served with the beer cheese were cold, but I'm unsure if that was intentional? In house brews were all tasty, especially the Irish Red. Our server was super nice and on top of things!

    Waitress dumped an entire tray of seven glasses of water on our table, laughed, walked off and never apologized. Management came over to clean it up and provide towels but failed to apologize as well. We were soaked in water and our meal was ruined. We left after staff showed no regard to us and we were not going to escalate the situation further.

    The area was hot, with the giant windows, the fire place going and zero air con vents in the area made for a really hot dinner. The server was a bit curt and was absent a lot when we needed him. We would have to wave him down, and then it would take 10-15 mins for him to come over. I would glance over and he would be on his phone, while we sat with empty glasses. The food is good, but expensive. The prices being charged for the environment that was being presented just did not match.

    Waitress was fabulous. But kitchen runners were rude and had zero customer service. Food was excellent except for dessert. Chocolate creme brulee was still partially frozen in the middle.

    We enjoyed our meal. It was a date day for my husband and me. We requested a table in the private room to have a quiet place where we could talk. Katlyn was our waitress and she was wonderful. Thank you. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

    Unfortunately, C&B did not live up to the hype, or our previous experiences there. Steaks were ordered medium rare, and arrived well-done and dry. We sent them back and we confronted by the chef who attempted to argue with us that the steaks were in fact medium rare, despite being dry and gray throughout. The manager told us he would get our food remade, but what was delivered the second time was not only just as overdone as the previous one, but had been salted to inedibility and completely sliced up into chunks instead of being presented as a complete steak. The manager and our server were both very professional and courteous, unlike the chef, and offered to get us something else, but we had been there for almost 2 hours at that point, so declined and went somewhere else to eat.

    We went with friends on 8/5 and loved it so much, we came back with another different friends on 8/12. The experiences were completely different. We were sweating so much, the drinks weren’t as sweet, and had to send steak back. Service was great! Will be giving it a few months before we’re back. Hoping it was just an off night for them.

    I was not happy with Homer the only other time he waited on us. Rose made sure he wasn’t our waiter again. Unfortunately she moved on, but he stayed. He was just as bad this time. I expect that kind of server/service at Chili’s but not here! Been coming here since the week y’all opened, and still are regular customers here. The garlic shrimp was fantastic last time (about 2 weeks ago) but this time the sauce was kind of watery and lacked flavor. I spoke with Jack about our experience…He was very attentive and seemed to actually care about my feedback. He was great! Thanks Jack!!

    Dinner experience was super, as usual. Our table of five had an ample Nosh Board and Pretzel as appetizers. Irwin certainly didn’t disappoint with the cocktails…the smoky Old Fashion is my fav. Dinner was Fish and Chips, Pub burger, Grilled Cheese and Pub pizza. Apps were great and all would order those entrees again. We were seated in a Snug which provided a unique family dining experience and although we were “out of sight”, server Marie did a very good job of ensuring we had everything we needed.

    This was our second visit. First time was excellent all around. But last night the problems were all service related. We had reservations for four. Hostess took my wife and one son into the seating area, and asked where the first person in our party was sitting. And my wife had already told her that I was parking the car, and our older son hadn't arrived yet. The hostess vanished, reappeared after I found where my wife and younger son were standing and waiting. She finally seated us. Waitress apparently decided we weren't ready to order our main courses until we were almost finished with our appetizers, and mostly ignored attempts to flag her down. At dessert time the waitress took our orders for two lemon cakes and two chocolate crem brulee. She verified what she had written down (two of each type) with us. The server came out with only one of each. We informed her of the problem. She dropped off what she had and went for our waitress. Who was surprised that we had ordered one of each (even though she had verified the quantity) and then handled getting us what we had originally ordered. No apologies. What we saw of the waitstaff and greeters last night was inattentive and slow at best, verging on surly on some of the other staff we saw. Incidentally we had noted on the reservation that our wedding anniversary (26th) was the day before, and we had come wanting a nice evening with family. Considering that we had a tab over $250, we won't be back very soon.

    We loved this place. I have customer meetings here all of the time, this is my and my husbands go to date spot and anytime I have family come into town I treat them here. I was so disappointed in the service. We sat at the table for a very long time before anyone came to take our drink order. It took forever to get drinks. A shared appetizer got cold because we have to wait forever for the waitress to return to ask for plates. My mother had to ask for a soda 4 times before it was brought out at the end of the meal. Our steaks were cold because again, it took forever to have someone come by to check on us so we could ask for steak knives. There were at least 10 flies landing on us and our food that we had to keep smacking away. And they brought an extra steak out that we didn’t order but my husband felt bad so he said we will just take it home. I absolutely love Sam and one of the reasons im always bringing people here is to tell them about the history! $325 later… I don’t think we will be returning. Extremely disappointed.

    When we arrived the hostess didn't acknowledge that we had a reservation. She just left to see if there are any tables available. We finally got seated at a table that was super sticky. It felt like it wasn't cleaned off. When the server came we requested another table and he said they are all like that. He hears the comment all the time but they don't do anything about it. Yuk! Anyway we ordered the pretzel appetizer and a glass of wine but they didn't have the wine I wanted so I ordered something else. The appetizer was actually good, but the menu was just funky. Had your typical burger and grilled chicken sandwich but not a lot of other selections. So we didn't order anything else, paid our bill, and left. The server, David, was very nice and attentive. He apologized that we were not satisfied with the restaurant. The outside of building looked very appealing but the inside wasn't. It was like a big sports bar with TVs on several walls and was noisy. The owners need to decide if they want to be a sports bar or a nice restaurant. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Don't waste your time and money. We went to Jack Allen's Restaurant and it was awesome. Give this place a try!

    We waited more than 10 minutes after being seated by the greeter at the door but none of the servers ever came to talk to us, take a drink or food order, or otherwise check on us. We successfully made eye contact with multiple members of the waitstaff as they walked by but none would come over to talk to us. There were plenty of staff standing around idle, talking to one another. Our guess was that there was confusion among the staff as to who was assigned our table. In the end, we decided it was better to give up and go elsewhere for dinner. On the way out we explained what happened to the greeter who had seated us -- she offered a polite apology and we left.
