    My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at the Corner. We had their Shrimp and Grits and the salmon dish and both were excellent. The service was also excellent and the atmosphere was amazing.

    Disappointed in the food and cocktails. Cocktails didn’t have the ingredients it claimed. Wagyu beef didn’t have flavor, 1/2 of it wasn’t tender. Ceviche was plain, nothing I would order again. Very underwhelmed. Especially not worth the price.

    Great service ( I regret the young server for us, but she was very personable and recommended the Enchiladas, which were outstanding) , great ranch waters and great food. We had dinner before an event at ACL a few blocks away and it was a perfect evening to enjoy dinner and then see the show (Comedian)

    I’m confused by all of the positive reviews shared here— that’s what made me choose this location during my trip— but my experience was the complete opposite. Waited over 15 minutes before we got any acknowledgement from our server (despite being one of only 4 tables). On top of it, their food is not made fresh, which I was informed of when I made a simple request for no cheese inside my burrito. Extremely overpriced for terrible service and subpar food when there are soooooo many better options in the city. Don’t waste your time.

    Paddy was great, our waiter! The cocktails and food were great - went here for a quieter dinner on the last night of a bachelorette and it was perfect!

    Was generally ok. Biscuits were good, but I was told the salad was “amazing”. Definitely was disappointing.

    The burger is disappointing. A thin, under seasoned, frozen patty with Kraft singles for $19? No. The pimento fritters taste like nothing and were filled with velveeta cheese. The fries, Caesar salad and drinks were good and our server was great though. Not worth going back.

    Corner is a beautiful place and located in the heart of Austin. Unfortunately, their service was not what we expected. Food took almost an hour to arrive and when it arrived it was cold. Server didn’t check on us for water or drinks, and we found a piece of glass in one of the mimosas. Corner has great potential and we hope the device gets better.

    Our family of 3 went for Sunday brunch. Our server was busy with a large table that kept calling him back before we could place any order, the restaurants other server did come over and took drink and appetizer orders from us which was great. Once our waiter came over, he too was amazing! Was on top of keeping drinks full and checking in with us. Food was great!!! Had the brisket bowl- cooked perfectly!

    Just the fact they took my big group reservation makes this a must visit for anyone with the same. Plus, the energy at the Corner bar is worth a drink or three.

    Very nice meal. Upscale but not pretentious. Our server was welcoming and attentive. The food was good. Nice drink selections but we would have liked more dessert selections. Dining room was very dim and hrs to read the menu. Overall, a very nice dinner and we would return. I think the outdoor dining and bar area would be great in good weather.

    I’ve always been intrigued by the posh looking restaurant on the corner of a grand hotel named Corner. I had high expectations, but it was nothing to write home about. There wasn’t anything in particular that stood out. The service was average. In the beginning it was slightly better, but got worse as the restaurant got busier. The food was just meh. I had the wagyu burger and it was a tad over seasoned. The chips and queso were like grocery store fare. The restaurant is nice, but nothing I experienced was memorable or made it worth the price. Also, I noted a special occasion on the reservation and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. I won’t return and won’t likely tell anyone else about the restaurant as there was nothing noteworthy. I will say that staff seem to be doing double duty.

    Breakfast was very good. There on the early side for a Saturday so not crowded or too loud. Matt was our server and he was very personable. He offered us a French toast dessert which sounded yummy and it definitely was. However, it was huge and one of the more expensive items on the menu-it cost more than each of our breakfast entries. It wasn’t so much a dessert as one of the regular breakfast menu options that could be eaten as a dessert. Like I said, tasted delicious but did not know the size or the price. Would still go back.

    Cool, place, convenient stop before a moody concern. THe booth was uncomfortable until we discovered the included lumbar pillow. The tortilla chips with the guacamole were stale. The queso is amazing as is the neverita.

    Great food and service. The environment was relaxing. Had a great time as usual. If you are in the area this is a must for dinner/drinks. The Signature Old Fashion is my favorite go to drink. Try IT!
