We were there when it newly opened. Our experience this time was excellent. Our server Sasha was fantastic and made our dining such a joy, thank you. Too bad the location does not offer a better view of the Niagara Falls skyline.
Great concept. Our waiter explained the program well and helped us choose our dishes. Superb pasta. The mains were quite substantial and we were not able to finish it all. Felt bad and not able to take away with us. Skipped the salad course... too full.... Did save room for the wonderful desserts. Nice wines in the $40 range. Interesting was the lack of Chianti, esp since it is an Italian restaurant.
Excellent food! Server was great! Will be returning had an awesome dining experience. So mich to choose from. The Oso Bucco with the rice and peas was done to.perfection.The beef was sooo tender. Do not change a thing
Really had a terrible experience last weekend. First of all no server showed up for first 25 minutes even though the restaurant was only 25% full. Next food was OK but too much quantity. By the time we reached mains we were already full. When I asked server to pack it us for go she bluntly replied no as they do not carry to go boxes....which was very surprising given the dollars I paid for dinner...really disappointed
First time experience was amazing. Love the concept and had an amazing time
The best idea and place hands down
Service was a little slow. Took a long time to get the mains while other tables beside us received their food fast. Food was not warm enough. The desert was the best. Pasta dishes not so good but the fish and beef were very good. Overall service was good and you get your value for your money.
Food was outstanding! It was a super loud environment. The self-serve appetizer line took us about 20 minutes to get through, with lots of empty trays because people were taking large portions. I also did not like the fact our waiter up sold us on sparkling water, when I asked for water. His response made it seem it was regular water you always get at restaurant, but instead was a full glass bottle we had to pay for.
We previously visited Corso when it first opened and went back only to learn that the menu changed. There were less items on the antipasto bar and we received the main course before we received the pasta course and we were not served the salad course. Also when we went up to the antipasto bar about 50 people all came up together maybe a bus or tour group. Overall the experience was poor for the money spent. We will not visit the restaurant again nor recommend it to family and friends.
Service was sllllooooooww!!
Salad was unedible.
Gnocchi was cold
Dessert ... Nothing special.
Charcuterie was the best part! That was delish!! The cheese! ❤️
The food was fantastic and level of service was very professional. I will definitely return in the future.
My dad 80th Birthday
Birthday. Sasha was amazing and the food was perfect!!
Excellent service and food was superb! Will go back again.
Really enjoyed everything.
the antipasto was good, the cappuccino was also good but the rest of the food was very poor quality for the price would not recommend it (this is from a group of 6)
We had a great experienced, 1st, we had a complementary free parking pass , the food was great especially the antipasto and pizza, the crust was crisp and flavorful. my husband ordered lamb on his main dish, p he really enjoyed it and I had a fish which was great, perfectly cooked and tast. The service was great, fast and he always checking on us, which we don't mind.
The Antipasto bar is amazing however most of the entrées were less disappointing for a 4 top to cost $200 without drinks and tip. The pastas were very good and the deserts were delicious. The music was much too loud and one would have expected it to of been Italian dinner music not popular American modern music. Lastly the restaurant seemed to be a cut through entrance for the casino and hotel as off the street patrons were walking through the restaurant just to get to the hotel or casino. Over all, the wait staff and antipasto bar were extremely good overshadowing the negative aspects I listed. It was much to casual for a meal that cost $50 per person.
Great food for the money
Fast service.. friendly staff
Food was not very good and took a long time. The antipasto bar was good and enjoyed the idea of make your own charcuterie. You do get a lot of food for the price. Would be willing to try again when the menu is changed.
The food was superb. The service was amazing and the amount of food was perfect. We left extremely satisfied and not over stuffed... everything was just perfect. I recommend Corso to everyone!
Overall good food with good service. Very disappointed to know their company policy is to make the Tourist Tax mandatory to all non-local guests. Even though we indicated that we were local we were still asked to provide identification. Following my wife showing driver's license the server walked away with it and went behind closed doors for more than 5 minutes. Should not just showing identification to the server be good enough?
Other restaurants in Niagara that I have been to, make the tourist tax optional, local resident or not.
I was expecting a lot more from this restaurant as a friend recommended it. our pasta was undercooked definitely not aldente we barely ate what we ordered the best part was by far the fish and dessert.
The food was fantastic! Loved the antipasto bar, fresh mozzarella, pastas and meat dishes were excellent. Best cannolis ever. Pizza was also best ever. We met the Italian chef and complimented the cuisine. Our waiter was also wonderful, perfect timing with the courses. Only recommendation I would make is to have a more cozy, romantic atmosphere with Italian background music. We will definitely return!
Amazing restaurant! Such good food and a beautiful environment. Would recommend they put an alfredo pasta on the menu though. Can’t wait to go back!!!!
The food was delicious. My husband is vegan and gluten-free. He was able to eat very well. They created a new menu a vegan gluten-free lasagna and the gnocchi pasta. Which we both loved! We are coming back.
We enjoyed the new Corso Italian Restaurant in the Niagara Falls Hilton. The food was excellent and the portions were the perfect amount. The ambiance was good but the music could be a little more reflective of the genre of the restaurant. Waiter was excellent and attentive to detail. The managers were filter about to ensure the food was properly prepared. The selection of food was outstanding and the fact that the new format is all you can eat, you can pretty much sample anything and everything. Dessert was amazing!
Great place to eat and not a pizza and spaghetti place for sure! Great new food experience!
Reasonably priced...lots of food...great staff..our waiter was outstanding!
Food came after an hour because apparently they bypassed our order in the kitchen and manager didn’t give us any sort of compensation (such as discount). Many parts of our order was forgotten and some parts of the order came very late (such as coffee). Waitress was very kind and sweet but said manager didn’t allow a discount. Food was great with a lot of variety. In total we were at the restaurant for 2.5 hours because of how slow the service was. Likely will not be coming back.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Corso. The antipasto bar and pasta course were both delicious. The osso buco, however, was extremely dry and the risotto was still crunchy. Also, our waiter didn’t use a tray and carried our plates out with his thumbs gripping the plates. It was off putting due to lack of cleanliness. Also, when he refilled our water, he grabbed the bottle from the top lip where you pour from.
This was our first dinning experience at Corso. It was part of our weekend package with the Hilton. We absolutely loved this restaurant. We were pleasantly seated at our table and greeted by our waiter, Liam. He was outstanding in explaining the menu and restaurant concept. He was very attentive and personable. The family style dinner was served hot and portions were generous. The modern ambiance and tasteful music selection made for a wonderful and relaxing evening. We would definitely dine at Corso again with or without the Hilton packages. Hats off to the chefs, waiters and all staff at Corso. Thank you for a great evening.
We were a party of four and really enjoyed the style of dining, the food is excellent, the service is courteous and fast, a great atmosphere. Will be back soon!
Most restaurants in Niagara Falls are overpriced, so taking that into consideration Corso is reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The anti pesto station, flat bread and all of the pastas except one were quite bland. The main courses - chicken, beef ribs, and fish were very good but very small portions and by the time we got them we were so full from the other courses we couldn’t really fully enjoy them.
Was fantastic but they need some music or something in there :)
The food was amazing! Authentic Italian food. You will not leave hungry! Having to choose between quality or quantity here will not apply as they have plenty of both.
Excellent variety and very tasteful, the portion sizes were good for the different selections with the option of more of anything you desired. (unlimited) I will be returning for sure.
I wasn't for sure what we were going to walk into..My husband loves Italian food so I thought I would treat him for Valentines day dinner and a room with a view of the falls. I seen this when I had booked our room at the Hilton falls view. I thought perfect!!! The everything was wonderful...except to much food!!! You better bring two stomachs with you... The value of it all was outstanding along with the food. Enjoy
A wonderful experience and the food was amazing. Our server explained how everything worked and made the dining experience even better.
Cannot wait to come back again soon.
I would definitely refer this restaurant however only to certain friends. This is not fine dining but great eating. This isn’t for a couple or a set of couples. This is not a long drawn out process. This is perfect for a group of guys. This is perfect for a girls night out .
My cousins and I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing and so unique how it is displayed and served and to top it off our server Issac was outstanding. Will def be back !
Very disappointing The pasta dated like it was from a can. The main course chicken and beef was what I would expect at some no name hall not the Hilton The house I Italian wine was not drinkable
I can honestly say it was the worst italian meal I have ever had in niagara
