They can’t even organize and properly book reservations, they always say they’ve overbooked and say that even though patio seating is on the reservation that you won’t get it. Why make reservations if it’s first come, first serve?

Went for brunch buffet on Mother's Day. Ran out of plates, ran out of food and no omlette bar (that was advertised). When food finally was put out people snatched it up as everyone was waiting and they would only bring out 10 pieces of chicken, 12 waffles etc. Worst part, the restaurant was not busy enough to warrant running out of food. When I asked the server if food was being brought out I was basically told to sit back and relax and enjoy the day. I had already been sitting back and relaxing for 20 minutes.

The brunch advertised was misleading, there was no live omelette station and some of the food was quite bad. Waffles very hard like a cracker, lots of empty trays. The desserts were Costco cinnamon buns cut up ... That being said the service was good and friendly. The chicken, hash browns, bacon's me sausage were good. Kind of a misleading menu.

Our server was lovely, and the food preparation was nicely done. The price for $35 per person should include coffee and juice. This shouldn't be extra cost as the buffet price is already quite high comparable to Kelowna restaurant pricing.

Veggies were still half frozen in my cali bowl and the Hawaiian heat pizza was bland. The jalepenos weren’t even spicy! They just tasted like green peppers :( margarita was good, but I was disappointed

I made a reservation several days in advance and even called to confirm a nice patio table. We were stuck in the back corner looking at a wall. We tried to change several times but were not accommodated. Not happy.

Made a reservation on Tuesday, for the coming Friday. When we showed up they told us we might not have a table because there was a private event. And the manager looked very angry that we showed up?it was for a birthday and we asked if we would add one person to the table and they seemed to be very angry. Not accommodating at all. We were kind and told them we could go somewhere else if they would not accommodate. Overall the host and manager were very rude. It is understandable to be frustrated when busy but the way they treated us was very odd.

Unfortunately my get together with friends turned into an UNSocial evening. Have been several times previously, for some reason tonight the music was cranked so couldn't hear servers, or each other. Let with a sore throat and ringing ears.

Dinner for two at 6pm, wanted something casual. Good service and chicken sandwich was okay, though nothing special . Only option for tables was high bar table-type, less comfortable. Music was extremely loud for that early in the evening. It is a pub restaurant, so probably just my wrong choice - will choose non-pub sit-down restaurants in the future, or the few pubs I know aren’t quite so loud.
