   The bottom line is that we are regulars and we will be back. Last Friday was a bad day in the restaurant, as the kitchen's ventilation system had failed. There was no hot food, which some in our group wanted. So we left. But the servers were courteous and understanding throughout. Normally we enjoy the food, the beer, the ambience and especially the servers who are efficient, polite, sometimes funny and always charming.

   Went on a very busy night and the restaurant was short-staffed. The manager told us he had to bring in one of his good friends to help out because they were so short. The new guy was our waiter and he had no idea what he was doing. Food took 50 minutes to emerge from the kitchen and the fish tacos were cold.

   It was extremely busy due to an event at TD Place, but having to wait for only a glass of water took over 35 min. Both bar, service and kitchen was overwhelmed. Won't go back knowing it'll be busy.

   Drinks came slow, if at all Full orders were missed / some folks never got their dinner. One of the initial appetizer and drink orders didn’t get punched in. Ordered the seared ahi tuna sandwich, they told me it was sold out. Suggested an alternative and later said that was sold out too. The Tuna Sandwich was on my bill despite never making it to the table. Someone ordered a pizza and there was plastic melted into it. Not going back.

   Salads were okay. Nothing spectacular. Husband had a burger though and he said that was fantastic. Service was as okay, friendly but slow. For a place that prides themselves on beer, the beer was not cold even bordered on warm. Atmosphere was very nice though. Overall would not go back for the price you pay I would expect better quality in all aspects.

   Service was terrible: Never refilled our water despite us asking x3 Told a friend they weren't sure they had the beer she wanted, but they were checking and would come back but didn't Charged for that beer AND the one she wound up getting as a replacement Seemed incapable of taking food and drink orders at the same time (would do one without asking about the other one) Walked by our table multiple times, which had empty glasses/plates and never looked our way There were approximately 5-6 servers and as many tables for the majority of our time - the service was simply unacceptable.

   Great good, always love craft. However the service tonight was lacking and it wasn’t even busy. Seemed like our waitress came around minimally and we had to flag down a different waitress to get our bill so we could get going.

    One of us got there way early and a few came 15 minutes after the reservation time… staff was fine with it and table was ready. We had a waitress switch and the manager came by but it was all very seamless and friendly. We even asked to switch tables because sun was in our faces and super hot, no problem. All in all, great experience! Would go again and recommend.

    We sat at a one of the couch tables for mother's day brunch by the window and the cushions were in very bad shape. Our assigned server never made eye contact, so I had to keep calling their attention by waving my hands everytime I needed something. Ambient music was too loud. Food was good, it's hard to have a perfect brunch buffet for that amount of people, but it was mostly good.

    Went for Mother’s Day. Music was too loud and the buffet section wasn’t well organized. Long lines that restricted access to the bar and waiters kept cutting in and out of the line to get through. Most of the food was barely even warm and much of it had no flavour. Not worth the $35ish they were charging when a more comprehensive buffet would be that price.

    I attended the Mother’s Day brunch with my family and cannot recommend enough. The food was great, service was excellent. Definitely worth the price for the experience. We talked quite extensively about how great it was and mom really loved it. I especially appreciated how managers went around and asked us about our experiences, alongside our servers.

    The server was excellent when she appeared at our table but absent for long stretches. The food was underwhelming. What was most disappointing was the fact that we asked to be seated at a booth or outside but were told that big crowds were expected. We were shunted off to the far end of the room among several large tables-for-eight where the ambiance was virtually non-existent. We watched the booths never fill up and all the other large tables remained empty. We were a group of five middle aged men. Not cool enough for a booth? You’re unlike to see us again.

    Have to say, out of all the restaurants at Lansdowne, I truly think this one is my new fave. Food was really great, drink selection (especially beer) super, service was even better (thanks Shawn!) and price was decent enough that I actually thought something was missed but nope.     The food choices are interesting - and very tasty. The beer menu is staggering. The service is very friendly and usually quite competent. A few of us lunch as a group almost every Friday. Post covid, we were looking for a place with lots of open air; this place is cavernous and well ventilated. The only small complaint is the sound level of the music, which is sometimes loud enough to intrude upon conversation.

    Arrived fashionably late due to parking. Received a courtesy call at 6:15 from staff as reservation was at 6 pm to ensure we still needed our table. We were seated immediately and even with a full house, staff were beyond attentive in ensuring we were served in a timely fashion. The poutine and salt and pepper wings were delicious.     Was there before an event at TD place. Huge place and everyone working hard. Had the sticky chicken ramen bowl. Chicken was tender but a bit greasy, ramen noodles were doughy and several had clumped together at the bottom of the bowl. Overall, the broth was very spicy and I could not finish it. Husband had hamburger and fries, tasty but very average.

    We had a group of eight and went before a concert. If there was 4.5 stars...I would give it that because the service - food and facility was very very (yes...two verys) good for sure....excellent sort of ....but a solid 4.5!

    They ran out of almost everything we tried to order. ie. nachos, sangria, salmon bowl, aperol spritz. The waitress was rude and unapologetic about the entire experience. She had an attitude and poor customer service.

    Our party of six had a reservation. We were seated promptly and the waiter took our drink orders and said he would bring us water. We received our drinks except one. We were informed that there was no Clamato so the Caesar could not be made. Another drink was ordered. We never received our water (even though the table beside us was served theirs). Our food arrived. Well, four out of six orders. While being served two of our party were informed that they were out of what they ordered (chicken wings and ramen bowl). This should have been communicated to us before we received our food. The waiter then asked if they wanted to order something else. We had to ask for menus as we do not know them intimately. Once we received the menus, the waiter left while the two picked something else. Took a while before he returned and took their order (one ordered, the other decided not to as we were almost done our meals). We had to ask for him more than once and he seemed to deliberately avoid us (took orders from the tables around us during this time). He came back a while later to inform us that this second order was also out of stock. At this point the four who had food were done eating. We spoke to one person who said they would comp our drinks as an apology. I’m sorry but for six people that was two diet cokes, one beer, and two mixed drinks. That was not to our satisfaction and certainly did not address the fact that two people in our party did not eat as it was now too late to order something else (we had tickets to the curling championships). Our reservation was for 13:45 and the match was at 16:00 so you can imagine how long this whole debacle took. It was our first time at the restaurant and I do not foresee a second trip there after that. At the end of it all they comped our drinks and 40% of our food but that did not help with the hunger.

    We were attending the World Men’s Curling Championship Easter weekend. It was very busy for all restaurants in the area. We booked a table both Sat evening and Sunday afternoon. Both experiences were excellent. The staff was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The food was very good and the selection of beer great! Highly recommend!

    Busy, organized and the service was quick and friendly. Always love this place and will be heading back again soon. We were seated on the upper level, which provides for a great view of the rest of the restaurant. We had the margherita pizza and fish tacos (both good) along with a selection of beer on tap (also all good).

    Waitress got one of our orders incorrect. She made it right and a replacement came pretty quick. Overall she was very friendly and apologetic.
