    Warmly greeted and escorted to our window seat overlooking the lovely terrace and lake. A terrific wine selection and appetizers were fabulous- especially the avocado and cheese on toast points. The pasta dishes were hot with sizable portions for our party of four. The salmon was perfectly grilled and the scallop dish was expertly prepared. Highly recommend!

    Listening to Hard Rock music while trying to have a nice dinner is hard not to mention. Not saying it should be, put you to sleep classical but something more calming.

    Overall the place itself is beautiful but food is overpriced and nothing special at all! Service was on even tho for such a high bill I would accorci more detailed service , appetizer 2 pastas and 2 drinks 120$

    Great ambience and food was overall good. Menu items indicate for example potatoes are gluten free when they are fried in a common fryer. Do not list menu items as GF when there’s cross contamination. That could be very detrimental to people who get very sick. Staff need to be more aware of this with questions as well. Some people eat gf for minor reasons, others truly can become ill.

    Surprisingly beautiful view and very swanky decor. Staff was very good and paid attention to little details... Especially enjoyed our server, Frida! She was fun yet professional and very accommodating. Good was amazing, we got 2 bottles of an amazing wine and after dinner went out back to view the beautifully lit landscape and fire pit...We will definitely be back.

    The food was wonderful. The service was great. I went for my birthday and everyone was very kind. The restaurant was beautiful and clean and not too noisy. I would definitely go again.

    First time here and definitely will not be back. Service was poor, had to ask 4 times for a soda refill. But when it came to alcoholic drinks, those were brought out promptly.The caprese salad came out and had no basil whatsoever. We notified the server and basil was brought out after the dinner arrived. Pointless. The food was mediocre. I’ve had a much better steak dining at Cooper’s hawk. The live music they had was super loud and ruins a peaceful dinner.

    Went for Friday Fish Fry. Thought the meal was a great value for 18 dollars. Two massive pieces of cod, hearty potato pancakes, applesauce, and coleslaw. It was delicious. Our group had both baked and fried and everyone was very pleased with their meal!! We had a table of 8 with three kiddos and Frida, our waitress was amazing!

    My boyfriend said that the steak that he had was even better than the one that he had at Ruth's Chris in Vegas. My food was also very good. The host made sure that we got a window seat, without even asking, to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Overall great experience!

    Location, ambiance and food were great. After dinner we stopped at the bar to have an additional cocktail and relax. We waited over 15 minutes while the bartender sat chatting with a friend at the end of the bar. When we finally received our espresso martinis they were not right. They looked like they were curdling and not sure what they actually were. I definitely recommend this restaurant but the services at the bar could use some help.

    Nice place! Tables are well-spaced and that keeps the noise level down, allowing good conversation. 3 of us had the Sat Prime Rib special and it was done perfectly! I would also recommend the antipasto salad. Good wine list, with a number of moderately priced Italian choices. The window tables have a good view of Lake Como. Attentive service!

    First-time customers with a table of 6. We were sat quickly at our table right on time. Ordered drinks. It took some time to arrive at the table. When we ordered our food the table did get another round (which included a 7-up). The food arrived but still no drinks. We then canceled the drinks other than the pop and ordered a bottle of wine for the table instead to go with our food. The waitress was very upset we canceled the drinks that had not been served yet.! Explained we now have food. Food was served and no one liked it. One friend stated it was Gross another Horrible. The antipasto chopped salad was supposed to have salami the items were so chopped you couldn't make out anything in the salad. But I didn't see any salami at all. The bolognese pasta had no meat. The meatballs when cut in half were total breadcrumbs... I could go on but no one at our table would go back. Sadly.

    Service is awesome views were beautiful nice levels lol the only real problem is that we had like five flies, hovering around our table for a whole dinner so that was really annoying and gross but the food itself was awesome. Hopefully they get the fly situation under control.

    Food was average at best. Couldn’t find fault with the server, but no above-and-beyond either. Management chooses to hold Trivia night on Monday’s, that means the place was LOUD. And when the DJ takes a break, country western music took over, so there’s no reprieve for the ear drums. Imagine, country music in an Italian restaurant, what a combination!

    Outstanding, as usual. I tried the salmon and it was delicious. I ended the night with a grasshopper drink and that was equally as delicious. Our server was right there every time we needed something as well. Great place, I highly recommend.

    Crafted Italia is a MUST if you are looking for amazing Italian food with a modern touch. We had the bruschetta which was delicious - had a very thin layer of prosciutto on the bottom under the fresh tomatoes which added a nice saltiness but kept the bread from getting soggy. My husband had the pepperoni pizza which he said was really good - just a tad spicy as it does have the arrabiatta sauce on it. Wood fired and the perfect size for a personal pizza. I had the Fettuccine and added the meatballs. The sauce was a tad spicy but not unbearably so and was so rich and delicious. The meatballs were some of the best we tasted anywhere. Natalyia was our server and she was so cute... very bright, very friendly and accommodating. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely dine here again next time we visit the Lake Geneva area!

    The service was awful. The bottle of wine we ordered was dumped, unopened, on our table, not poured. The entrees came while we were still eating appetizers; the waitress asked if we wanted boxes while we were still eating our entrees. The bill charged extras that we didn't order. Had to speak to the manager to get the bill corrected. The waitress threw down the revised bill. While the food was okay, I would never recommend this restaurant.

    We enjoyed the Friday Fish Fry special. We had a choice of fried or baked cod with a choice of potato pancake or fries. Food was excellent! Our server, Kristin, was friendly, helpful and efficient. We'll definitely return.

    Our book club had a lovely evening here. We were seated in front of the book wall which was a thoughtful touch. Our server was wonderful! Her knowledge of the full menu was amazing. She would make a good trainer to show what professional service is.
