We had a great meal! Food came out quick and it was a great amount of food for the price! The only thing is that we didn’t realize that it would be in an open part of the hotel, so the ambiance wasn’t as nice for date night but overall we had a wonderful experience!
Everything was wonderful simplistic but done well great taste good portion size will return for breakfast when visiting next time
Very few diners and very quiet on the Saturday evening that we visited which was during a very gorgeous summer weekend but a time of COVID. Food was good. Service was very good.
Great Bennies and coffee for breakfast, with very good service too!
Breakfast was above and beyond...very good coffee, and highly recommend the thick bacon and sausages...very nice service as well
The service was excellent and the food was amazing
Above expectations, awesome food...the thick bacon especially
The food was highly disappointing, unfortunately everything was pretty tasteless for the price as well..
service was great , there is a feel of a cafeteria. Not what someone would look for in Banff.
Delicious food, beautiful presentation. Lovely views. House burger was outstanding, prime rib was very good. A bit noisy from other diners, and service was somewhat slow. Overall, I’m surprised this place isn’t busier. The price was fair for Banff and for how good the food is!
Thumbs up to the staff who absolutely make the best of it, but from previous comments we came expecting brunch and I guess because Covid it’s not being served.
Good food good prices nice views
The food was average and nothing out of the ordinary. I expected a little more. Flavors were bland.
Quiet place for breakfast. We had the Omelet and Belgian waffles which were both very good and well within reason of Banff pricing. we were staying in the Banff Park Lodge so we only had a few hundred feet to walk which was part of the decision to eat there. We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of Crave for breakfast.
It would have been great if meal was served hot instead of Luke warm and the service could have been better. We had to ask twice for water refills. No check in on how food was or anything.
Everything was overpriced
I really love everything about this place! I love the ambiance in here, the scenic view is really amazing and relaxing to look at. The food is really good!! Also, the staffs are friendly and accommodating. I would definitely eat here again!
Great food. Love the place.
Poor service, food was average, price high for food amount /quality .
Very limited menu with very little chicken dishes and no seafood dishes. There were 5 small, cold greasy-tasting shrimps in my main course salad that was saturated with too much dressing. The waitress had a strong accent and was hard to understand under her mask. The prime rib was good.
Food was unbelievable
Server was not as good as I would have expected to long between visits to the table.
We were there when the earthquake happened and the staff were very reassuring and helped keep us in the loop
Because of Covid they were only offering a limited menu. The prime rib dinner that we ordered was less than impressive. Not worth the money paid.
I would recommend that the tables be spaced out - we had a group of people on either side of us - there was plexiglass but still I would have been more comfortable having a table between each of the other parties.
Extremely small portion of eggs benny for $20 / plate. Orders were not prepared by kitchen properly. Had to be remade while half of the table ate.
Well the second we walked in a lady found bugs in her food and that seemed to set the tone for the rest of the meal. This place sucked. The salt was the best part
Food was great and service was great. Was like going back in time LOL.
Prime rib. One well and one medium rare, both perfect. Excellent service.
The food was fantastic. Our server was very nice. The prime rib was perfect loved it all ❤️
The prime rib dinner is out of this world. Melts in your mouth. A+
We had brunch and it was outstanding! Sophia was great! Will return!
We dined here last Saturday. Looking forward to the Prime rib special. Was probably the worst we have had in recent times and we eat out all the time. It was overcooked and tough!! Come on how do you serve that? The service was adequate but atmosphere was very cafeteria like. Would not return.
Came for the prime rib special. Very tasty. Wish there was a little bit more veggies though as all super tasty!
Steak was very good but the fish (fish and chips) was burnt. Wasn't able to eat the outer part. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you.
We visited Crave Mountain Grill as part of our anniversary weekend celebrations.
We elected to eat the Chef's special (part of the Taste for Adventure offering in Banff / Lake Louise for October / November 2020). We were seated in a semi-private alcove. Service was satisfactory. The food tasty but nothing "wow" - although the Yorkshire pudding was pretty impressive in stature and did dominate the plate.
Our meal was hearty and enjoyable, but the location lacked ambience and wasn't necessarily memorable.
We were very disappointed in the Thanksgiving dinner. It was advertised as a very nice turkey dinner. We were surprised and sad to see pressed/processed turkey. Not at all what we were expecting for the price. Soup and dessert were great. Serving of vegetables vey small. Our server was excellent.
The Belgium waffles were beautiful but almost inedible due to the copious amounts of rock sugar in batter itself. Painfully sweet and when asked how meal was, no apparent concern for issue, even with large sugar chunk from inside batter shown (chunks were throughout batter and actually crunched when you were eating).
Was not impressed and couldn't finish the meal. No solution offered by serving staff.
Views, cleanliness, and menu was good though.
