   Our group of 15 enjoyed the delicious foods we ordered and would highly recommend the Crave. Servers were excellent at getting our beverages and taking our orders for food. Their friendly efficient service was noted, valued and much appreciated. Maggie managed a last minute table rearrangement request, both promptly and graciously. We plan to make The Crave the location for all of our future gatherings!

   First time doing Mother's Day Brunch here. Nice place, food was excellent, lots of variety. Service was a bit spotty though. Took quite a long time to get a drink order in, some basic soft drinks were unavailable, and nobody came back around to ask if we wanted more. Still, would recommend

   NOT WORTH IT. Service was horrendous. Nobody came to offer us drinks and we had to literally chase after a server. We asked what was available to drink and they said “everything”. I asked for a latte and they said “we don’t have that”. Coffee was cold. Mom asked for a gingerale and they handed her a room temperature can, no glass, no ice. The table mext to us had to hunt servers down for cutlery. Food available was just meh. Also kind of cold. Omelette and pasta guys were nice though! Never coming back for mother’s day brunch. Try Lionhead or Turnberry. They’re a million times better and the same price.

   We got to the Crave restaurant to find out that he actual venue was moved to a ballroom. There was also a line-up to get in, put another damper to the mood. I felt that we should have been notified before the event. The food was below par for the money.

   We found the food was cold on the hot buffet dishes, which was very disappointing for the price that was charged. Someone should be checking these dishes to make sure the food is still hot.

   I took my mom to the Mother's Day Brunch. The food was excellent. The set up easy and the decor was lovely. Service was lacking. I had to get my own tea at times because the servers were inattentive. This is not acceptable! The first tea I ordered was horrible (tea bags on a plate and mugs with tepid water, no tea pot). I had to demand tea pots for proper tea. This was remedied but when going to a fancy brunch that is pricey I expected better. Proper care needs to be taken to ensure diners are treated well. The room was cold as well.

    Service was horrible, took 45 minutes to get a juice. Juice wasn’t freshly squeezed when it came. Food was decent just not as many choices as one would hope for the price. But getting coffee, tea, drinks, even the bill took forever.

    Brunch price increased a lot after pandemic even though menu is similar to previous years. Waiters seldomly come to refill water or tea and we had to go serve ourselves for this.

    Is was an Easter brunch however they were playing Christmas music. Had to ask several times for coffee and there was no juice bar. Food was not replenished when items were out. Had to wait half an hour for fruit Section to be replaced.

    Every year since 1978 I have been taking my family to various restaurants for Easter Brunch. They now are party of 12. First I found the music very poor and noisy. My whole table kept saying they felt they were a wedding and were supposed to dance not chat and relax. The food was just OKAY. Eggs Benedict had very little hollandaise sauce on it; Grandchildren complained marshmallows were hard and stale in chocolate fountain; no fresh seafood like shrimp or lobster; Smoked salmon more like partially cooked; poor choice of salads. In your favour all the table liked the tiny chocolate soufflé's. There were other foods I missed but considering the price I would prefer to go back to 'The Old Mill' except it is quite dark and we did like that your hall was well lit with high ceilings.

    Great selection of dishes at the Easter Sunday Brunch buffet. The kitchen staff kept in mind my request for breakfast potatoes and brought a bowl-full to our table even though it wasn't part of the buffet menu. That's attentive service!

    First of all, the restaurant is in a hotel, so our expectations were not high, but it actually was a great spot.Our group ranged from 12 to 68 and there were menu options for everyone. Service was excellent, food a tad overpriced but again, it is what you expect in a hotel restaurant, and was very VERY good... everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Definitely a spot to consider if you dining in the 404/407 area of Markham-meets-Richmond-Hill!

    It was the first time we ate at this restaurant. The restaurant is located inside the main floor of the Sheraton Hotel. The dining room is quite nicely decorated in a very comfortable environment. The service was fair, the food was pretty good and the portion was quite generous. Because the bar is adjacent to the restaurant and it was a bit noisy when the bar was crowded. For a $150 Valatine's day dinner for two, we were served 2 glassess of champagne, huge seafood platter as appertizer, a 8-oz sirloin steak dinner and a salmon dinner, desserts and coffee were also included. It was good value for the price. Food quality was quite good, except the steak was not cooked to our liking. I ordered it medium rare but it turned out well done. I did not complain because it was a busy night. Overall, my experience was good and for sure I will go back regularly.

    Very amazing experience! Food was lovely and worth the value - good portion for the quality of food. I ordered steak medium-rare and it was exactly what I was expecting temperature-wise. Service was excellent - apps, main, and dessert were well timed and the server was very cordial.

    We were pleasantly surprised at the variety of foods available and everything we had was delicious. Hotel meals are not known to be great but we couldn’t have asked for a better dinner experience at the Sheraton. In Markham. The bread pudding was a big hit. Service was excellent. The only thing we thought would have been nice was to have had some Christmas trees placed throughout the tables to make a warmer environment.

    Excellent organization, wonderful friendly efficient servers. The buffet should have had two carving stations to handle the crowd. Many people spent a lot of their dining time waiting in line for beef, turkey and lobster. The one man carving was wonderful but he needed help. A second carving station would have solved this problem. The atmosphere in the room was cheerful and fun. The desert bar was mazing but no one told it where it was located and we almost missed it.

    The turkey, beef and lobster line was too long. Our hot food was cold by the time we reached the turkey. That was very disappointing. The dessert station was great along with the pasta station.

    This was our second year for the Christmas Buffet. We we disappointed this year. It took too long to get the food due to long lines and to get the lobster was even more difficult. We spent a lot of the time lining up for food and did not even enjoy sitting and eating together. I paid over $300 and felt that it was not worth it. The lobsters were small and without claws. They also were smelly because they were not cooked with lemons. We will not be going back next year.

    Very disappointing set up for the Christmas buffet for 2022. Long line up for lobsters and carving station. It would be an issue if diners only had 1.5 hour of dinning time which is new to the Christmas buffet. The set up appeared to be a new strategy to limit diners to get more expensive food items. Desserts appeared to be low quality and tasted below average. Pops were charged for a buffet. It’s quite a new experience. I have been celebrating Christmas and new year at your restaurant for years. My general dinning experience has really gone down this year. Hopefully you will improve customer service, food quality and set up next year.

    I was disappointed in our Christmas Day 1:30pm sitting (for 3) and I speak for my party of 3. The food looked tired (as if the buffet offerings were held over the first sitting). The supposed hot food was cold. Indeed, the best example of the lack of quality of the offerings was in what should have been steamed lobster and clarified butter - there were cold lobster pieces and a starchy congealed substance I was assured was supposed to be melted butter (it was not). The worst experience of the turkey offerings was the cold bread stuffing. I took one bite and had to spit it back onto my plate (because it tasted curdled). At that point I could only drink my hot tea and selected commercially baked goods in the dessert offerings - because every other hotel prepared foodstuff became suspect. After 4 years of superb Christmas experiences at the Sheraton, even during COVID, I cannot recommend it anymore.

    It was more like U are at a banquet atmosphere. It was noisy and crowded. The food was ok and the lobster was dry. The server did not greet Us and we had to look for the server for drink. I was expecting a little more formal service but we felt like we were at a cheap buffet.

    This is one of the best venues for Christmas buffet lunch I have been to. Lots of choice of food. Lots of space, so you don't feel cramped. So many starters, mains, desserts and all cooked/prepared perfectly. The staff are all very helpful and available.

    I was there with my family for the Christmas brunch. May be it was the first year that the hotel arranged the buffet style Christmas brunch, it appears unorganized. Long line up for lobsters. My wife and I had two lobsters (water boiled) each and one was totally not fresh and inedible. No background music was played until I asked the supervisor (totally no atmosphere.) Service fee of 18% was automatically added on to the bill. Desert was good with lots of variety. For Christmas meals, atmosphere is of most importance.

    Every year is getting worse, everything was going down hill, I remember going to Crave for the Christmas Buffet 7 years ago, it was great, but every year since the first visit, it has been going downhill slowly. This year was the worse, previous years, it was multiple lobster per serving, this year 1 lobster per serving. Food selection has changed drastically, it seems that the amount of different food or quantity of food available has also changed. Especially the desert section, the was definitely less choices this year, I only made one trip, previous years I would make multiple trips for the end of the Christmas dinner.

    Never eat a buffet like this,lobster are not fresh, the roast beef, the chef curing the roast beef have very perfect technology, he can cut the steak like pulled beef, the whole dinner totally not worth , more like catering company count the head food are just warm not hot dish

    We went to 2019 christmas buffet and enjoyed it so much. We went again this year on dec 24 at 7pm. This time, I had to wait in line for 20min to get one lobster. The waitress told us the chef cooked most of the lobster for 5pm buffet and didn't save enough lobster for 7pm buffet. People at 5pm can have 3 lobsters each, but people at 7pm suffered. Management's fault. The staff who cut the roast beef will only give a tiny piece, less than 3mm thick, worse than Ikea canteen. Also, they kept all the cakes from 5pm buffet and continued to serve them at the 7pm buffet. When we get our desserts, they were all leftover in a mess. It is definitely not worth $80 per person, plus tax and 15% service charge. I don't recommend it!
