   Food and service was great. Prices are on the upper level for this bar type restaurant. We love bar and pub food but this is generally somewhat lower priced in bars

   I ordered the 2 meat 2 side platter… lots of food… I took home over half my meal. The smoked were fantastic as was the spatzle and cheese. Definitely glad I had booked reservations as it was very busy.

   Portions are small for the cost and the flavor is lacking. Schnitzel was dry and no toppings to help it out on the bun in a hand held. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was uneatable as a sandwich as the toast was soaked and soggy.

   Server was great...witty, thorough and timely. Menu had a variety of options...tempted to try many of the dinners. Food was as advertised, well-presented and delicious. First time back at this location since it became the Crowsfoot Smokhaus. Renovated tastefully and bright compared to what it used to be...good atmosphere. Would like to go back when there's live music. Have to bring the whole family next time. Thank you.

   I have ordered the Harvest non alcohol cocktail 3 times. The first time during lunch with a friend was outstanding. The next 2 times were not. Too much ice and not the same flavor. Fries had to be sent back as they were cold and very dry. However, I'm never disappointed with the schnitzel meal. I do fid there is some inconsistency with meals even with the schnitzel. Sometimes more pork in the saurkraut which dominates.

    We had reservations on a Saturday night at 6. Very busy and it took 45 minutes just to take our food order (our drinks just before). I realize they were busy but this isn’t fine dining where it sometimes takes longer to have your dinner. The food was average (was better last two times we were there). For a restaurant that has a German spin to it, they should look to add German beers to their menu selection.

    Our first time there. Not interested in going back. Didn’t enjoy the food. In my opinion the Brisket was very fatty, fries were over done and coleslaw was bland. My daughter had the same and felt the same about the brisket. The guys had the meat plate (didn’t order the brisket) and seemed to enjoy what they ordered

    First time here. Service was fast, food was tasty . Not very private- open concept. Felt it was built to feed the masses like a cafeteria . Would come again to try other things on the menu, but would like seating in a booth . That was not an option when I booked a day in advance??

    We got together for a birthday celebration party of 10 with 4 kids 9-12yrs , our waiter was slow , we did arrive early 4:30 so we weren’t unhappy considering we arrived 30 min before our reservation (5pm) and got seated right away , but the service was slow . Our plates sat in front of us empty , our bill took forever , took 20 min for our first drink .

    Thinking it was Valentine’s Day, there would be a little effort as far as ambiance was a terrible mistake. We were seated upstairs at a pop up banquet style table that was damaged with small wooden chairs that looked like children’s church chairs. No cutlery, nothing. Waited over 15 minutes for our server to even acknowledge we were there and another 15 to get a drink. Our appetizer was ordered with the drinks and we waited another 15 for that. We then waited for our mains. 15 mins after we finished our appie our server came back and confirmed what our order was for our mains. Well it was wrong. So we sit and wait yet again as they had to remake our order. Another 10 mins and she comes back and says they ran out of mashed potato’s so are fries ok? At this point we just wanted something to eat so we could get out of there. I get being extra busy as it was an occasion and we are very patient. But this was a crappy valentines night out for us. One to remember but not with fond memories.

    Our servers were attentive without being intrusive. They were well versed on the menu and their recommendations were spot on. The food was delicious - arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. We had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer and the pulled pork, fried chicken, brisket and brats, as well as the sweet potato fries, coleslaw and spatzle as our sides. All were fantastic, as was the homemade BBQ sauce. Dinner for two, including tax, tip and beer, worked out to be about $100 which is a bargain (especially since we had enough food leftover for lunch today). Bonus points for how spotless the restaurant (including the bathrooms) were.

    We had a an enjoyable evening , it resembled a place we ate at in Germany 😃 the food was very similar.The only disappointment was that there was no dessert without dairy or alcohol, but by the time we got to dessert we where so full of the other good food it didnt matter.
