Not sure if the service, cleanliness of the restrooms was due to unexpected amount of business (due to warm weather) but the overall experience was rather disappointing. Dishwasher was broken so wine glasses were being washed by hand; better than not washed at all, I suppose. Server either was too busy, or just not attentive. Restrooms were a disgrace. Not likely to return.

It was an excellent meal. I have a gluten allergy and they were amazing at accommodating me. They had plenty of options and the food was fantastic. I would definitely say this one of the best gluten-free pizza crusts I have every had. Our waiter was amazing. He took the time to care for us and was also very engaging. Each time we visit Ottawa, we make a point of eating here! I would highly recommend it!

Yam fries were very good. However, my pizza was burnt on the bottom. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to send it back because everyone would have been done with their food by the time I would get another pizza. It was a disappointing visit.

Game day so busier than usual. Asked for water and was served adult beverages first which ruined the taste. Maybe water should be first? Sever seemed VERY busy. She was pleasant but rushed. Maybe more staff on game days would help? I will be back as the deal for CAA members is great.

We were a table of 4 and although the food came fast and was of standard quality, we had to wait over an hour for take out boxes, the bill and our table to be cleare. Our server kept apologizing saying she was busy but the restaurant was very quiet and she spent most of her time socializing with the other staff.

While the food and drinks were good, we were seated at our table for more than 35 minutes without being served. We had to flag down a server to ask for assistance, and while apologies were offered we unfortunately had to miss our other plans because we were se delayed at Crust and Crate.

The pizza was fine, but nothing too exciting or special. The portions were generous, with all of us taking some home. The service was friendly but not prompt. When our food was brought to us we were asked if we wanted chili flakes or oil and we said yes, but then it never showed up. We also had to flag down our server and ask for more water for the table. Our server was very friendly, and maybe they had them looking after more tables than they should due to short staffing or something, I don't know, but while they were friendly, they weren't very attentive.

Great oven baked pizza in a relaxing yet upbeat atmosphere. Our server Garrett was terrific. A great place to get together with friends or family or even on a first date. No wonder I keep coming back.

It was our first time at this restaurant so we were not familiar with their menu or specials. Our server was extremely helpful, making suggestions and sharing personal favorites. We enjoyed our time while conversing with the staff making the pizzas in the wood fired oven. Craft beer specials and daily menu specials were reasonably priced. Quite lovely. We'll be back again very soon. Pleasantly surprised.

Spencer was awesome! Super friendly and chill. The pizza was amazing, one of the best ones I've ever had. Cheesy and delicious. 4 drinks, an app and 2 pizzas all under 100$. Great date night spot for sure.

Food is always good, we like the woodoven pizzas. Had the following so 2 of us had Until we Meat Again, Pomme de Terre and Just Brie Yourself. All were done well. It was a Sunday, hardly anyone at the resturant. Closed at 8pm, too early.
