   Skip this place. The New York sour was undrinkable (zero balance, might’ve only been like juice) and made wrong (the red wine was mixed in, not floated). Service was poor and erratic. Both sandwiches came without sauce - but the waiter didn’t come back for >15 min so we just ate it and left.

   The only awful dining experience we had in Nola. Stay far away! From the nasty hostess who didn’t acknowledge us but spoke to the couple behind us. Then proceeded to tell us there were no reservations for 45 minutes ( while I made a reservation on the app for 15 min later). Our server was very inexperienced and slow. Food order came out wrong twice. The couple sitting next to us got up and left after sitting for 20 minutes. The only upside was getting to watch a street parade from our balcony table and my husband’s hurricane. Our bill was the same at Muriel’s and both the food and service was outstanding there!

   Our service was the best service we had in NOLA. We had dined at several places (including Brennan’s) and this was the best service hands down. We sat on the balcony upstairs and it was perfect. I wish I could remember our servers name bc he was phenomenal! I had the Louisiana Sampler and the gumbo, etouffee, and jambalaya were all incredible. My daughter had the burger which was also good and we split the crab cakes which were tasty! Go! It is awesome.

   The food was good but not spectacular. Our server offered good suggestions but was otherwise inattentive. Our biggest complaint was that the “greeters” were disinterested at best. Even with a reservation, they had no idea where to seat us. I had to suggest a table that had just been cleared.

   Party of two on a Sunday afternoon. One of us got the jambalaya, the other got the shrimp pasta. Both were delicious. The jambalaya was different than what I had had at other places, with a bit of a tang that I really liked. The shrimp creole pasta with the cream sauce was mild enough for my wife who was needing a break from the spicy. Overall, we enjoyed our food. What really stood out was the service. They were very attentive, very friendly and made us feel very welcome. While not one of the fine dining establishments, it was very good and well worth the visit. I would do it again if in the area

    Service was quick and accurate. Server suggestion to add a side salad was a good one! The menu has a bit of everything so that was perfect for us! Prices seem high for sandwiches but it’s the French Quarter and were comparable to other establishments. Food was good and I’d go back again.

    Service poor, certainly not enough staff and couldn’t cope with volume of customers. We had to cancel our last order of drinks we had waited that long. Restaurant also not very clean, food on floor and tables left not cleared. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, I’m sure there are better places to dine. Very disappointed.

    Awful. Rude rude rude bartender. Manager came over to apologize for her actions. But did nothing to help the situation. It should not take 50 minutes for 2 drinks that we’re ordered at the bar at 740pm and came at@830 at our table.

    My wife and I got the sampler (4 items) and shared them. The sampler was excellent, especially the Crawfish Etouffee. The Hurricanes are also outstanding - a bit traditional so more authentic than the Hurricanes you normally get

    The food had a great taste, but everything was Luke warm/cold. Cold brownie, cold waffle with syrup and caramel, cold fries, cold Brussels sprouts. Tasted great, just wish everything was warm! Sat on the balcony which was gorgeous, but the construction underneath was so loud that we had trouble hearing each other, and it was shaking the whole building. Server was friendly, but drinks stayed empty most of the time.

    Fried chicken salad was nothing special. But, that is okay when you are looking for a break from Cajun or creole cooking while in NOLA. For my cocktail I ordered The Offering (tequila,grapefruit juice, lime). It was awful! Good news is the house Pinot Grigio is Santa Margarita. Noise level was insane between music and customers.

    Fantastic food and experience for Easter; from the second level, you can see the floats. The food was exceptional, all three of us ordered different entrees and they all were well prepared and brought different but great New Orleans tastes.
