The food was amazing, we both had fish (tuna and pickerel). Good portion sizes for value. Great wine selection. Children permitted so if you want quieter environment choose lounge side.

Had some friends in from out of town. They wanted to go out for a great meal so we took them to Cut. Steaks were done to perfection, and the appetizers were amazing also. Couldn't have had a better meal! Thanks so much to Dave and his staff!!

The building is very very nice. The outside and inside interior was immaculate. However the service and food was a disappointment. The waiter was slow, not friendly, very “robotish”. I also ordered a New York steak med rare. It came out extremely burnt “chard” on the outside and cooked medium/well done in the inside. The baked potato was dry. My husband got the rib eye and it was something we could have very easily made at home-cut and taste. They provided us with fancy knife for the steak. It looked great and we were impressed until we went to use it. We had to rip the meat with the knife as it wouldn’t make a clean cut. We also were disappointed that there was no kids menu and very little option of foods most kids like. If you are not family friendly then please make that a regulation so people know.

I've been booking reservations at restaurants through Open Table for couple years now. CUT was the first restaurant to actually read (comments/requests) box and deliver. Service was phenomenal and food was worth every dollar!

Our waitress was amazing so nice and quick to serve but also personable and genuinely caring. Food was ok the steaks were under cooked by alot and the seafood wasn't seasoned well and the butter carafs for lobster were barley warm and had no seasoning.

I thought I booked a table in the restaurant but ended up in lounge where the it was very noisy. I found the booking choices confusing! Anyway when I asked for a table in the restaurant they would not accommodate us even though it was a Thurs nite at 6 pm. The lounge was very noisy but food and service was great! Next time I would phone restaurant directly for a reservation!

Food & service were basic. Steak was way over cooked and the explanation the manager gave was, “the chef is off his game”. Presentation, quality and portions of all 7 meals was below par. The 12 oz ribeye was as thin as paper. We all said we should have went to The Keg.

Great food and wine. Excellent location for a special occasion, especially for beef-eaters. Although the rest of the menu looked really good too. One person in our party had a seafood pasta dish and enjoyed it.

This was our first time at Cut and it was great. Lots of choice on the menu and the food and service were both excellent. I'd have appreciated a larger serving of veggies but probably most diners aren't like me. :) Great place to go for a special occasion because it feels high-end but isn't break-the-bank expensive (considering current food prices of course).

The food was average. Been to better restaurants for a lot cheaper. Our server didn’t come to our table for 15 minutes after being seated. She often disappeared and we waited long periods of time between our service. Food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table after being ordered. My salmon and shrimp pasta had only 3 shrimp on in and a very small portion of salmon.
