Cuvèe is a French term that means a blend of wine. However, when referring to champagne, Cuvèe can mean “the best juice.” Owners, Jody and Dollie Plaisance, hope that the name Cuvèe inspires a lively environment where the "best blend" of food, cocktails, and hospitality create memorable experiences for each guest.

Our cocktails are all original and crafted in house. Each wine is carefully hand-selected to offer great value in both flavor profiles and cost. We strive to create a relaxed atmosphere both inside and out so that anyone can come and enjoy that wonderful blend of atmosphere, friendship, and food.

    My husband and I always dine at Cuvee. It’s my favorite spot. The cocktails are always a hit. Food is always very good as well. We are lucky to have them in Thibodaux.

    Way too noisy! Absolutely NO ambience. Overpriced for what you get!! Service was amateurish. Steak was good. Will not come back!!!

    Cuvee has a limited menu, but the meals we ate were very good. I would suggest they add a few more shrimp to the NOLA bbq entree(it looked more like an appetizer dish. They also give a free glass of champagne if it’s your birthday. Our waitress was very informative and accommodating. It was a little loud for me, but some people may like that. Will definitely go back.

    I did reservation on the app and it was accepted but when we got there they said they did not have a table for us and put us outside on the back patio.

    Great for brunch, but keep in mind they do get backed up quickly on the kitchen. Our waitress (forgot her name) worked very hard and was great. Place is extremely loud so keep that in mind if your prefer a more quite atmosphere. Cauliflower bites and the chicken and waffles were great choices.

    Great food, great atmosphere, great drinks. Only complaint would be the bright sun coming through the front near sun down. Having a seat near the front door made it hard to see the anything else for a period. Other than that everything was great.

    We Love Kesha, my granddaughter ask when we arrive if she will serve us. Because of her, we love going. Just wish bottomless mimosa you could get with cranberry juice , Flannagans offers it, most places do, please consider.
