   Took 45min. from arrival to serving of entrees, but food very good and served hot with attractive plate presentation. Imaginative menu without going totally Californian. Looking forward to a return. Outstanding value. Lovely location.

   Great meal when it came. The wait staff didn’t provide menus & it took 15+ minutes before our waitress stopped by to get drink order & informed us that we needed to scan a QR code to obtain the menu. Slow service all around.

   I requested the roof deck upon making the reservation. Got there and was told that the deck was "first come first served." I wish I had known that before making the reservation. One person in our party was very disappointed with his meal. Service was okay but not great.

    We are long time customers although this was our first visit since before the pandemic. We're happy to see that Daedalus survived the pandemic. We were on a tight schedule on our way to Thursday evening service at St. Paul's next door and Daedalus did everything they could to accommodate us. We are out of practice on the timing! Next year we will make an earlier reservation. We disagree with the elimination of paper menus and needing to scan a QR code on a coaster to bring up the menu on your phone. This is not inclusive, although the staff did bring a tablet with the menu when we asked.

    We were attending a concert at The Sinclair and wanted a delicious pre-show meal close to the venue. Daedalus fit the bill perfectly. I would go to Daedalus again for pre-show food and refreshments.

    We love Daedalus for our early date night dinners. The berry cobbler is our favorite and we always find lovely mains to try. The burger's very satifying when you need one! They have a couple of mocktails that are also very nice in addition to their great drinks list. Hoping they might do weekend brunches once again in future.

    This visit was just ok. No one seemed pleased to see us. We were seated right outside the bathrooms. Service was very slow and the server looked unhappy to be with us. We received appetizers before we even got our drinks. The meals were just ok. Didn't bother to order desserts.

    Over 20 years ago I had an office up the street from Daedalus and was a frequent guest, and my favorite dish was the Butternut Squash Risotto. Now I’m living a bit further up Mt Auburn. The Butternut Squash Risotto is still on the menu and just as delicious. The quality control is amazing. And I return for it at least once a month, alternating with other menu items that I’ve always enjoyed. It’s great to learn that what was my favorite Harvard Square restaurant, still is!

    Nice rooftop deck. Easy to share small plates. The burrata is to die for. The muscles are perfectly done and paired with a generous amount of spicy chorizo. Make sure to ask for extra grilled bread, you will want to sop up every drop of the sauce.

    I've been to Daedalus a couple of times now and go there because the food is good and the atmosphere on the deck is amazing. I just really love being able to be outside whenever possible. Staff are always so nice and on top of it.
