Service was amazing! Friendly, timely and very helpful. Food was fantastic. Had the dry ribs as an app then the chicken and leek pot pie. To die for! Would definitely recommend. Will be sure to go again, when in town.

My wife loved her fish and chips. The fish tacos I had actually have more fish than lettuce in them (unlike some other restaurants I have gotten them from). Our server was excellent.

Server was good but our worked..she had too many tables...drinks and appetizers cane quickly..but waited 30 minutes before waitress came to take orders for main course, then waited another 15 min for food to arrive..got there at 6pm...had to eat fast cause food came at 730pm and we had NAC tickets for 8pm..not sure if I woul go back..although food was very good

I always enjoy paying a visit here whenever I am in Ottawa. One criticism: The small main floor room closest to Elgin Street is far too hot. This has been the case on two separate occasions (March 2022 and late April 2023). Once the room has become full it becomes quite uncomfortable - especially while eating. Ask to be seated elsewhere.

I made a reservation and when I arrived at the time of my reservation There was no table assign to me She was searching the all place for finding me a table The couple in front of me in thé waiting line had no reservation but they were given the best table in front of the window Why make a reservation ????

The Chicken Club was really good but my friend had a lack luster Cobb Salad and my husband had the Mushroom burger with Caramelized Onions and could not find any caramelized onions. Wouldn't take much to improve these items to be able to give it a 5 Star rating.

Wonderful experience! We were going to a show at the NAC that evening. We were greeted by our server Dale. He took us to a lovely table. Asked us immediately if we were going to the NAC. I appreciated him asking that because we did not feel rushed during the entire time. The food was great, reasonable prices and great pub atmosphere

The seafood pasta was not great. The linguini was stuck together and the sauce was tasteless. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and got a burger covered with a cheese sauce that was cold, really messy to eat and not what he expected.

We had an amazing meal, I look forward to dinning ate D’Arcy McGees again. The food was piping hot, the flavours were spot on. Reminded me of the steak pies I ate in London and Edinburgh UK.

Just average on all accounts. Our server was friendly but seemed to have too many tables to look after at one time. On a couple of occasions, we had to 'waive her over', as she did not check-in on our table once after delivering the main courses. Two items we wanted to order were not available and one of the four mains we did order was oily and over-cooked.

The food was fine, less like a tradition irish pub and more like a chain restaurant. I booked more than a month in advance and our seating was poor. Service was good but the food and drinks were slow to come. Generally it was just okay.
