Excellent Food, very tasty, well-spiced, good portion size. However, the atmosphere is more like a bar with fairly loud music and very dim lighting. Could barely have a conversation or see what's on the plate. So, it really depends on what one wants.

Decent food but expensive for what it was. $26 for a single kebab and rice? The service was pretty bad, one waiter surrounded by a cloud of aftershave and the other only appeared once or twice. Came here on a whim to try something new but won't be back. Knowing how tough it is for restaurants in the city I don't imagine this one will last too long.

Honestly one of the best dinner experiences I've had in the city. I'm not very adventurous when it comes to trying new foods, but I'm glad I tried Darya as an introduction to Mediterranean cuisine. The beef and lamb kebob we're very good and the rice that came with it was packed with flavour. They have a great cocktail selection, I've tried a few and they we're quite amazing. Natasha our server was fantastic, very nice and helpful. Would 100% go again and strongly recommend

Have been here a few times and was excited to bring friends from out of town here. Unfortunately our espresso martinis were flat, our server forgot to put in some of our food order which left some not eating while others were. Our calamari entrees and lamb kebabs were both equally chewy to eat, the server then forgot a wine order and then we waited for a long period before I had to get up and ask for bill. For an upscale restaurant we all expected much more than we received from the experience. My out of town guest were not satisfied with the service to food to price ratio. At this point I would not recommend.

The staff at Darya did an amazing job helping me with a special occasion dinner for 10. They were very attentive and accommodating. They took all allergies into serious consideration and made it a fantastic evening with excellent food and beverage. Will return for any and all future occasions!

Another great experience at Darya! They still had their patio open, so I opted to sit out there, and the nighttime views of the water were great! Great service, and great food! My server recommended the chic peas appetizer, and it was great! I couldn’t help but order the octopus and couscous once again for my main since it was SO good last time. They also had a great deal on wine, so I ordered an 8oz glass of rosé for only 9$. The maitre d is also very friendly and provides a great first impression as you enter the restaurant. Will absolutely be back!

Excellent food and service, our new favourite eastern Mediterranean cuisine (compared to many examples from years dining in Toronto). Just avoid table 12 (too dark in evening to see the impressively presented food and right beside the servers station).

Darya what's an amazing brunch spot. I got the guava Mamosa was absolutely stunning. We had the bread and olives and the chicken kebab all super tasty super well seasoned overall great experience.

My last experience had a few hiccups but tonight far exceeded my expectations! I booked the reservation for my twin sister and her girlfriends from university and she had nothing but positive things to say, our former served reconciled all previous hiccups and it was a wonderful night for all parties!! <3 will be back !!

Overall an ‘ok’ experience. We decided to brave the grey evening and sit outside so noise levels were low but so was the lighting. Pretty much no extra lighting by our table once it got dark. The restaurant inside is beautiful. Was offered blankets when we sat outside first and declined them at the time. Later asked for them as the temperature dropped and it took about 20m to get them despite the fact the restaurant inside and out was only about a third full. Which leads to service. It was odd and sporadic at best. Our waitress was either not in sight or in full hurry elsewhere when we wanted something. There was a very heavy handed push on buying another bottle of wine. Three staff came by and pushed it. Lastly the food: this is exotic Mediterranean so not your typical Mezza, so won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. The appies were good but small portions. The mains were mostly kebabs. While appies were served quickly and efficiently the mains were about 45m later at best. And when we asked about them almost at the 45m mark the waitress treated us like we were asking something completely off the mark. The main meats on the kebobs were good, the lamb was tasty but tough, all were only warm despite the long wait, and they were all served with cold rice.we would have loved to order desert and coffee but the service was so mediocre and wait long we went elsewhere for that. I’ve been to several of these sister restaurants at the Queen’s Marque. Everyone in our groups would say the same about all. Skip the mains have a nice drink and appie in a beautiful space and then go elsewhere downtown for a main.

Staff seems disengaged; they made little effort to build rapport. They made a great menu suggestion 15 minutes after we placed our order. I would have ordered what was recommended, but it was too late. Bill was presented before we were asked; there were many empty tables.

The food was so flavourful and delicious! One of the best meals we have had at a restaurant in a while. The patio views are also 10/10! My husband got the shawarma cured lamb special and it was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!!

Made the reservation through the app, got there and no table was reserved. The host found one on the patio and sat us in the dark. The server was inattentive and did not know how to find us a candle or light for the table. Couldn't read the menu waited 10 minutes for just water and after 15 minutes walked out. I would never recommend this place to qnyone
