   Lovely dinner. Shared the bread and olives on a recommendation - delicious, the octopus and lamb kebab - both very good, and the chocolate torte and warm cheesecake. All were excellent - we were most sceptical about the warm cheesecake, but it was amazing!

   I visited Darya for lunch and found it delightful. The outdoor seating by the water was relaxing. Their impressive selection of whiskey and bourbon catered to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the Latka, Salmon, and eggs - perfectly cooked and delicious. The bread and olives starter deserves a special mention - the subtle notes of za'atar and lebne it an irresistible treat. I highly recommend Darya.

   The food was good, the restaurant was busy so loud, but that’s understandable. The wait staff were attentive and pleasant. What stood out to me is the 2 male floor managers (not sure the correct title). They seemed to loom over the staff and the staff seemed very nervous of them. They didn’t smile and I found them off putting. I could be totally wrong but this is the vibe I got. Also the chairs were low backed & very uncomfortable. The food was delicious and our waitresses were lovely.

   This was hands down one of the best meals we have ever had. From the appetizer, to the main meal and the dessert. Everything passed out expectations. The service was incredible, and the seating was amazing. We definitely recommend Darya to anyone wanting a night out.

    Service was terrible. We had a blonde waitress (can’t remember her name, probably early 40’s), who was extremely rude to us. She was very unprofessional, and did not make an effort to visit our table regularly. She also mocked us when we were confused about someone else’s food appearing at our table. She also forgot parts of our order (dipping sauce for kababs). She completely ruined our experience. She is the sole reason why I would not recommend Darya to anyone else.

    Party of 8, waitress was hovering when we arrived and then we had difficulties getting drinks, didn’t really know who was serving us. Rice was cold, lamb kabobs were tough, no flavour and wasn’t sure if it was lamb or beef. All 4 bills were incorrect at least once, mostly twice. Had to wait 30 minutes for a beer. No one asked about our meal until they were clearing table and didn’t respond to the feedback. I know there can be growing pains but this restaurant has been open at least 6 months. The lounge benches are beautiful, but blocks the view of the harbour for rest of the restaurant….disappointed in the presentation of the cocktails - expected more from a high end restaurant.

    From the vibe, service and richness of the food, I can’t say enough good things. I wish I lived here so I could visit again soon. Recommend the Falafel Balls and Shaksuka anytime.

    I was expecting the food to be more flavourful. Lemon tree and Turkaz food flavour palette beats Darya’s and so does their price point The restaurant ambience and view is nice. The service was excellent. The price reflects this. However, the food was disappointing.

    Cal amaretti and falafel balls were over cooked. Shrimp kebab was hard to eat covered fully in a shell. Not easy to extract meat . Chocolate torte was fantastic. Delicious. Worth a visit alone with wine.

    Food is not up to par with the ambience. Kebabs feature not enough rice and it comes with pickles, which I think it's not very fine dining

    One of THE GREATEST DATE I could've been on is with Darya. Great food. Fried cheese is always an experience I wouldn't want to miss. I asked if they could provide us a modified menu and they'd have been able to help were it not so much a last minute request as mine.

    The high expectations I had walking into Darya was met, and expanded on. I was amazed by the decor, and the food met every expectation I’ve had when hearing about darya. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

    The food was delicious. Excellent flavours, and fresh. But, the reason for fewer stars is because of the portions. The portion of rice with the kebabs was about a 1/4 of a cup cooked, if that, and no vegetables with it. We ordered a side to compensate, but still left a little hungry. I would recommend the restaurant but warn friends to order lots of food!

    We ordered a variety of mezzo to share then individual mains. overall food was presented nicely but lacking in seasoning and flavour. For a middle eastern inspired restaurant, I found that most dishes didn't have enough salt, lemon, herbs, garlic, spice... Some dishes were very good, the spanakopita was tasty and bread and olives, hummus. They brought out toum and harissa paste for the kebobs, which I used on my snapper to give it a flavour bump. cocktails were tasty, I would go back but maybe just for mezzo and drinks. Service was good.They were open to the feedback and said they would pass it along.

    Had a great evening! Oliver gave us 10/10 service. We had dietary restrictions and allergies and he was so helpful and accommodating and also just so kind and friendly! The food was great - really recommend the beef tenderloin kebab.
