The food was decent and prices were about average, but the overall experience was degraded by extremely sloooooow service. Slower than slow, really. It started with someone finally coming over after we had been sitting there for 15 minutes… who said “I’ll be with you in a few minutes”. To which I replied “can we just get some drinks?” I only wanted water at this point, but he said “oh, no one has taken your drink order?” So we ordered drinks. Those took another 15 minutes to come. And no water to go with. I told my colleagues to figure out what they wanted to eat quickly so we could order next time he comes around, otherwise we might be eating at midnight. Which is almost what happened. We literally didn’t see our server again for almost 30 minutes. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy but maybe they were short staffed… so I’m loathe to take it out on the server. But it took nearly 2-1/2 hours for three people to have a meal… no appetizers, no dessert. Just entrees. And only one round of drinks. Like I said, slower than slow. The pacing of our dinner wore us out and cut into our gameplay time… one person even left without playing any games. The food wasn’t great enough to entice me back, at least not for quite a while.

My family was seated 20 minutes after our reservation time. We waited about an hour and a half just to have our server advise me that they didn’t have what I ordered (so they hadn’t even started making it yet) and the food was disgusting. I have a family of 5 so we only go out about once a month and we will never waste our money here. Everyone was beyond disappointed. Don’t waste your money here.

I really love Dave N Busters. The food is great my server Chris was Fabulous. Chris was very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. My husband loves the Peach Long Island ice Tea. I love the TV all over the dinner area, it's just a great experience. The best Mother Day Gift to me.

Firstly our table wasn’t ready when we arrived, secondly they did not have enough space for all members of our party and not everyone was there yet. We asked the red headed manager for more space and she told us that the rest of our party would have to go on the wait list, keep in mind we only had 15 out of 20 people there. And when we tried to explain to her that our entire party wasn’t there she got hostile and walked away from us. She was terrible and should not be a manager if she couldn’t even fix a simple issue.

The waitress said she would keep our table open while we played games but then cleared it, including the meal that we asked to get a to-go box. I took my 5 grandchildren out for a treat and that put a damper on it.

All in all our dining and playing experience was good. I am not blaming our waitress but the blue icey drink for the grandchildren were supposed to have gummy worms on top. My grandson asked where were they and the waitress said they were out of them. My 2nd glass of sweet tea came after we were ready to leave because they just brewed the tea and was waiting on the sugar to sweeten it. The portions are big but so is the cost. A little over 15.00 for burger and fries but I understand it is part of the play and eat crowd. We will certainly be back though.

Had 4pm reservations. Took 15mins after our reservation to get seated. Food was average, nothing to take home about. But the waiter, I forget his name, was great! Older white gentleman who said he mainly works weekdays but was working on a Saturday.

we had reservations and after 20 min after our reservation time I had to go make sure we were not forgotten about. Then the person at the little kiosk as the name and he couldnt find it so my husband went to show him on the ipad and the gentleman swatted his hand away. I was just stunned he was just helping him since he was having trouble. He came back and said not much longer. So it wasnt and we were seated. The waitress came right away. She was amazing and was on top of our party. When the food came out it all came out except the easiest menu item which was my salad and the waitress was super sweet and kept apologizing saying they were just finishing up on my steak that went on my salad. When she brought it the salad looked amazing until I started getting into it the lettuce and tomatoes were bad and the steak that was being cooked that took so long was ice cold and I could tell it was in a frige some where and just brought out and sliced. I honestly think it was old steak left over. I paid $18 for a salad that was old. I only ate about 5 bites because I was worried about getting sick. However I never said anything to the waitress because it was not her fault. She was amazing and kept checking on us. Shame on the kitchen. I paid about $175 for the meal so I would think everything would have been fresh. The game room was update since the last time we were at D&B. However I felt it was so overpriced on the games. I spend over $150 just on the games. It was ok but to see little kids around 2 running around climbing on games up the skee ball taking balls from other games. There needs to be something in effect for parents having to stay with their kids or staff on hand to control the complete madness. I watched a lady let her kids climb over the dodgeball game and hit the targets. I was thinking where were the staff? I will not go back for a long time if ever.
