Our server was attentive without being overwhelming. The food was reasonably priced and everyone enjoyed their meal. Game play was pricey and not everyone chose to participate because of that.

We had a reservation for 11:00am. We got there, and our table wasn’t even ready. They had just opened. Then our waitress was a little slow. She even sat down on a chair while she took our order, instead of going around the table (we had a party of 11) so we were having to relay orders from the other end of the table. That seemed a little unprofessional. Other than that, the food was good and the power cards were a hit with the kids and adults.

Open table was not needed, it was open seating except in the actual dining room. Had to sit in bar area where I did not want sit, staff was very rude about the situation.

We arrived and there was a sign on the front table to find a server or bartender for service. We had never been there before and we’re at a lose as where to go. We wondered around a little and found a server. She told us to set wherever we wanted. Getting our food was not any easier. It took about 40 minutes to get our food, we’re told the holdup was a Philly Beef sandwich. Then the food was brought out, except the Philly because of waiting on French fries. Our first experience was not as expected and don’t know if I have the patience to try again.

We came on a Monday night with our U10 soccer team for an end of the season celebration. Our server, Brendan did a fantastic job accommodating us. He was super kind and helpful and quickly addressed any problems that came up. We had a great time!

Unfortunately just bad service the night of my wife's birthday, we don't want to be rude just feedback, the server could use some more training as she seemed timid around people. We had asked for condiments in the beginning and not until we were almost done and asked for them from a different guy that was helping others tables. We needed drink refills but no one had come to check up. Besides that food was good and the entertainment was great. I definitely recommend D&B just fix some service hiccups .

Our service was great, Bob was great. He was absolutely fantastic. Drinks and food was served in a timely manner. The food and game promotion was also explained by Bob so we used one you offered. Great experience.

Everything was great. What was interesting was the guy at front told us they don’t take reservations Monday through Friday. Glad we got a table anyway since our reservations didnt count.

Our waitress was awesome, but the management gave her too many tables to be successful. She had three different tables of 15+ and us. Food was great and the atmosphere is always awesome.

Everything was FINE, but not great. We arrived a little late and our reservation got pushed back about 30 minutes which is totally understandable. Once we were sat we waited about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. Another 15 before they arrived. And about 10 more minutes before they took our order. It was busy, they were understaffed, but the 50 minutes it took to get our food felt a little silly. We were sat around 6:40, and payed our bills at 9:10. Only about 20 minutes were spent eating food and that food was just barely good enough to make us feel like we weren’t ripped off. Probably won’t be back to eat, but the arcade was a good time.

Got seated at 535 server took our order, it’s was very busy so I didn’t mind the wait. at 7 he tells me that our food either got delivered to another table or he forgot to put it in. (Jaws dropped) he tells us he can put in our ticket or we can leave, but we came to celebrate my sons birthday and I know if we leave the waits gonna be just as long anywhere else as this was a sat night. I just asked if he could rush our order. He puts our food and messes up 2 orders but we’re hungry so just eat it vs having to wait longer. Once it was time to leave he gave me the wrong check so I had to wait for him to come back around, only it was almost like he was trying to avoid my table completely so I called the manager over and I noticed on the bill that he charged us for the refills that he kept bringing after I told him to serve the kids water after their lemonades were done @ $4 a piece it adds up considering he brought them after they left to go play games and never drank them. We didn’t leave the area till 830 the manager did comp the desert but after spending $222 and only being comp a dessert and some game cards even though we already spent $300 in game cards I won’t recommend coming to eat here especially on a weekend

The kids had a blast with the games. The server seemed very over seated. Asked for waters with our drinks and that took about 10-15 minutes longer. The food seemed like everything was pulled out of the freezer and put into a fryer. We also had a high chair that wasn’t at the right height for our table.

Decided to bring it out of town visitor to Dave and busters for dinner after waiting for 60 minutes we still never received our food but other parties that came in 30 minutes after us we brought their meals we had to go someplace else to eat

We reserved a table for a specific time on a weekday night and when we arrived there was no hostess to check in with. After waiting a while, I tracked down a worker who said they were not taking reservations and it was open seating. Manager finally came out and cleared a table for us and apologized. Our waiter was good, food was just okay and took quite a while for us to get our food. Our kids had fun with the games so it wasn’t a complete failure of an evening.

Waited hour and half for food to come out and when it did it was cold and steaks were ice cold and not even cooked. We sent 3 of the 5 meals back to be remade. Meals all came back to the table at different times. Waited another 45 minutes for the final meal and the steak still came back extremely rare and cold when asked for medium rare. They offered to discount our ticket initially but they never did. They only took the one meal off the ticket that was not edible. Very disappointed how the manager handled the situation.

- Most of our party waited for food and drinks for almost an hour and a half. - Our server had no clue what was going on and stopped coming by. - There was poor communication regarding what was taking so long or how much longer it would be. - After half of our table had left, the food arrived - cold. - Only after part of our group left did someone come over to update us and remove items from our bill. - The server, who was also working as a bartender, gave us two free drinks.

Food was good, service could've been easy better. Our group had 11 members, paying separately. Our waiter never asked if we wanted one check or separate checks. The process of receiving everyone's check, the accuracy of them and time it took to pay our bill was ridiculous. And most of us had to walk to the bar to pay instead of paying at the table because he was still getting orders correct. We're a family of tippers and this experience caused us to lower our Normal tip percentage. Ice cream for the 2 birthday folks was an added bonus prior to the check issues. Thought it was weird that our waiter/server did not serve our food. Family members that arrived 30 minutes after our reservation time got their food before those of us that ordered 20 minutes prior. I'd recommend only because the food and drink were decent and my toddler enjoyed the games.

I know it was a Saturday and busy but I reserved a table a week in advance and had to wait 35min when I got there (not a big deal) but it took 3 whole hours to get our food. I don’t want to say that it was anyones fault besides it just being busy and the staff was struggling to keep up. Will have to try on a weekday next time and see if my experience is different. Had so much fun playing all the games though and virtual reality was so fun.

The games were fun we did the $60 dollars for 400 credits! It was our sons birthday and he chose to go here to celebrate! The food on the other hand was not! His wings were cold, not just cold like freezing cold when he got them. The steak salad we ordered was missing almost all the ingredients besides the lettuce and steak, the steak was cold like it just came out of the fridge. We got the nachos appetizer the chips were burnt. My husband ordered a well done burger the middle was pink. We had 6 orders 1 being a kids meals and 3 of them were wrong and the 2 appetizer nachos were over cooked. Although the actual flavors of the toppings were good! We definitely decided on the way home we would come back for the games but not the food again.

Food was great. Waitress made it clear she was having a bad night. She was less than thrilled to be at work serving tables. The table next to us stated, “I hope your night gets better.” As guests of a restaurant, we shouldn’t be fearful to try and enjoy our meal. We love Dave and Busters so we will be back. Open table made reservations easy.

First off the waitress forgot my girlfriend’s order, then when the foot came they got her daughter’s order wrong. Then when the bill came I was charged $50.00 extra, tried to make me pay for someone else’s order. The manager did track me down and make it right but only after we stayed to play a bit. Had we left I’d of never known. Was only my second time there, not sure I’ll return here again at all.

Food extremely over priced for what you got. Example chicken strips almost the size of a nugget. Kids pizza was like cardboard. Prizes way to many tickets required for an item that probably cost less than 25 cents or less. Number of tickets for a game expensive. Good part was the kids enjoyed.
