   We waited for 25 minutes for a server to come to our table to order drinks. Our daughter had to go ask a host to have a server come to us. Wasn't that busy in there and servers were standing around talking to each other. My husbands wings were cold when he got them but the waitress we had was nice about getting a fresh hot order for us. Bunch of games weren't working unfortunately.

   There was minimal people in thebdining section. Just to be seated it was quaos even though I had a reservation. The server took our orders and 15/20 minutes later would return. Asked for water for my daughter with eventually having to go to the bar because it never came, just one example of having to go to the bar. The food was cold and then when we got new fries they were not cooked all the way. She never said Happy Birthday to my daughter which is fine but it makes you more personable. The only reason we would return would be fore the games.

   Was as busy as expected. They had our reservation and sat us, but a waiter never came to our table. I noticed several employees standing nearby. After waiting for approx 10-12 minutes we left.

   The food is terrible. Very little selection and the only thing good were the fries. The chicken club, burger, and chicken strips were all not good at all.

   Very loud and very busy on a Saturday night. We made a reservation which helped otherwise our group of 10 probably wouldn't have been seated. We were crammed into a table meant for 8 but since we had kids with us we made it work. The D&B app didn't work so we couldn't sign up for bonus points with our meal or free play with meal, which was disappointing. Between the meal and gaming we spent $250 on a family of 5, so be ready.

    The service was great- the server was very attentive and well-able to handle the big party. The only issue I had was that it didn’t seem like there was enough room for the 20 of us, which is what the reservation was made for. Other than some people leaving early to make room for others, things went well.

    Everything about our experience was wonderful ! The staff and our waiter was fantabulous, outgoing , fast paced , and knew what she was doing ! My nephew had a blast for his 10th birthday 🥳 highly recommend and definitely will be back ! 😊

    First of all the service was horrible. It was nearly an hour before our waiter took our orders. The food was very good. Our food receipt included the eight $45 play cards which they wanted 18% gratuity added to it. I don’t believe we should have had to give a tip for the game cards and should have been given a different receipt for them. Our bill was over $700 for a party of ten. That was hard to swallow. If more information would have been provided on your website in regards to how the play cards work, we would have done something else.

    Jordan was our server, and he was great! Positive attitude, patient, and accommodating. We went on a Thursday night, and it wasn’t super busy, which made it a lot more enjoyable.

    We had a really fun time as a family! The food and drinks were awesome, the service was fast and friendly and very personal and then the play time was a blast. I would like to see more veggies or low carb options on the menu. I was surprised there was not fresh veggies or steamed broccoli on the menu.

    It was a good experience when it came to the arcade, my kids had a blast. But the food part was weird. First off I was waiting at the host stand for 5 minutes with no one around, not busy, waiting to be seated. I see a woman watching the football game who seems to work here. I walked up to her and asked if she works here and she said with an attitude “yeah umm, sorry. I was watching the game..what do you need?” That was off putting. I told her I just need a booth for me and my sons, nicely of course. She replied “can’t, I have a large party coming in.” I told her I have a reservation. She then gets annoyed, looks at the computer “what time?” I thought I did it for 1:15 (it was 1:30) I said 1:15 and my name and she mumbled something under her breath like “it’s 1:30 but whatever” and said follow me. Sat us and said your server will be with you soon. Ok. People got served before us that sat down after, my food was over priced for the quality, and my server was out of sorts and seemed new. I was polite the whole time but man, really need to step up the friendliness of staff, positive dining experience, and definitely talk to that host because I almost didn’t want to eat after my first impression there. Yes, this was my first time celebrating the new year with my kids. Anyways, we had fun. Maybe it was just my experience but it was a little bit of a bummer. Thank anyways!

    Dave and Busters was such a great idea to do the night before Christmas Eve as a gift to my adult children and their plus one! They were very accommodating, we basically had a whole section to ourselves, service was perfect! The manager came by to make sure we all had what we needed. Our server was amazing! The food was great, the drinks were great, the whole night was amazing!

    We booked a reservation for 20 people. They sat another group at one of our tables. Before they sat down we informed the waiter that we were using those tables. He said they didn't want to move so tried to move our tables together so close no one could get out on one side. And about 8 of the guests only had chairs and no table. I informed the manager and she said the other party said they only had a few people but ended up having a lot more. All of the food was cold. We never got any refills. They never came with the bill until 5 hours later when we were leaving and had to ask for it. The server was extremely rude and didn't even take food orders for half the guests either. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant and worst service I could imagine. They were not very busy and had plenty of staff. They never should have sat another group in our reserved seats and then after that demonstrated horrible service in every single aspect. It was really upsetting.

    The fish and chips was very good. The kids pretzel dogs were over cooked to the point my son wouldn't eat the hot dog. We couldn't let the waiter know because he never came back to our table. My husband and I needed refills on our drinks but couldn't get any. In fact my husband had to find another server to get our bill so we could leave. Very poor service.

    We booked 3 different reservations for our hockey team and the staff was so accommodating to try and seat us together. Service was amazing for both the kids table and adults. And the food was a huge surprise! Great selection and delicious!

    We love the food - all the apps and a lot of the entrees are so good… Crave triggering! Pretzel dogs, giant Bavarian pretzel, double pepperoni flatbread, Korean sticky ribs…. YUM! All American burger and the kale Caesar salad with grilled chicken … I’m getting hungry just writing this. really anything is good. Finish it all with a double order of churros!! The arcade is great, service staff are always super friendly.BUT the one thing we don’t like and the reason why we don’t go as much as we really want to is because it is EXTREMELY LOUD! The music is blaring everywhere- dining areas, arcade, EVERYWHERE! You can’t have a conversation with your family or fiends and we usually feel exhausted and hoarse by the time we leave. We would probably go once a month or more but because it’s so loud, we usually choose other places and only go about twice a year.
